My heat went out when the outside temperature was in the negative 20's. White responded super promptly, communicated professionally, and got the heat turned back on quickly. I will be using them again for all of my HVAC needs and recommend them to anyone!

Initially the service and product received was good but over 11 years I have learned a I have to ask for a specific technician or a second trip is needed. Given that I am a few mile outside of their standard service area each of these trips costs me approximately 300 more just for the 45 mile drive. Even with the price of gas that one is hard to swallow. I am in search of another authorized Waterfurnace vendor.

Fantastic service provided by White! Our A/C stopped working on a Saturday. We emailed 5 companies and white was the only to respond during the weekend. We ended not doing an emergency call, but instead called their office first thing Monday morning and got an appointment for that afternoon! Not only was the service tech great, but he even had the part needed for our 1980s furnace!! Price quoted was what we paid. Great experience overall and we will absolutely call them for our future needs.

We called White Heating and Air on Friday because our upstairs was very hot and our central air was not working. Laura was the first person I dealt with and she made my experience amazing. She walked me through what to do so that when the tech arrived things would run smoothly. Laura has the most amazing customer service skills and made the experience so great that she is why we will only be using White Heating and Air Conditioning for all of our heating and air conditioning needs. White has been responsive, professional and thorough from our first interaction with them. They installed a propane fireplace insert for us and did a beautiful job. The day it was scheduled to be installed, we had 2 other contractors scheduled for the same day but for different services. White was the only one of the three to show up on time and get the job done.

We bought an old 100 yr old home that had several additions put on over the years and had no central heat or A/C so we called four heating companies for quotes. White Heating was by far the most reasonable so we decided to go with them. The quote was handled by the owner himself and we were impressed with the company right away. The installation was handled over three days by a very friendly and efficient crew. They had to retrofit the attic, drill holes through walls, run new ducting through ceilings and along walls. All of the work was done with a minimum amount of disruption and the guys cleaned up after themselves. There was a problem with the state of the art thermostat but they were able to figure it out quickly. Over all I was so impressed with the crew, the office and the finished product. We now have a comfortable home with no freezing or roasting rooms. My wife and I highly recommend White Heating and Cooling.

I wanted to get a message to the owners about a great experience I had yesterday when I called for service. I have a fireplace that was having an issue, couldn't get the remote to turn off the fireplace. The receptionist who answered the phone was awesome, she patched me through to Alex and he walked me through some troubleshooting and turned out there was nothing wrong with the fireplace. So many other companies would not have taken the time to do that but would have charged a service call even for the minor issues. I commend your crew, and I hope you do to because great employees are hard to come by these days. Also noted, when I change out my furnace and A/C units in the future, you will be my preferred choice. Thanks again, James White Billings

Our AC unit stopped working in the middle of summer. They came right out and tried a few things and determined we needed a new unit. They then gave us a very reasonable quote and Alex did what he could to get it installed very quickly. Everyone we worked with there was friendly and very knowledgeable. This is the only company to call for heating and air conditioning needs.

We called White's to have our fireplace serviced on Wednesday and they had us scheduled for Friday at 1:00. I received a call from Luke at 12:30 for the appointment. When he showed up, it was very obvious he was a professional and knew what he was doing. Not only was the service fast and efficient, Luke was very professional and nice to work with. We are back up and running and are very pleased with the level of service we were given.

We have a gas stove in the basement that we purchased about 6 years ago from another store in town. Since year two, we have been having issues with a sensor that turns the fan on and off. Every year we've been to the "other store" and had to purchase a replacement sensor with no indication from them as to what the problem may be and why we are having constantly replace this sensor. One stop to White Heating and Air Conditioning and a visit with Alex, their Fireplace Manager, and the problem is finally fixed. The customer service was incredible, even though we didn't buy the stove from them. Can't say enough good things about their service. The next stove or fireplace we buy will definitely be from them!

I have always heard of the great customer service they provide, but it wasn’t until I purchased a home that I experienced it first hand. My furnace started acting up, followed by the AC. The blower motor and fan would run, but the AC wouldn’t put out any cold air. The furnace would not fire on and produce heat. Long story short, there were multiple issues with both. Curt came out after hours and located the issue, and he and his guys came back the next day and made sure they got the problem fixed. They were honest and professional letting me know that it may just be time for new utilities. I will be calling them when it comes to that time!

Owner Curt White knows how to correct flaws other contractors made. We had put up with using space heaters in our master bedroom off and on for 20 years. We replaced the old furnaces with two very highly rated furnaces and it was no better. Then the air conditioners started freezing up. Comfort Heating could not figure out what was wrong and told us that if we replaced them with new units for $6700 it would probably be better. Curt White took a look at what was here and knew immediately what the problem was and how to fix it. For $1800 he rebuilt the box and initial ductwork, on the furnace and added another return air flow. He had us close all the vents in the basement until he could complete the rebuild. We didn''t need new air conditioners. Now that it is cold I know we are no longer going to be using space heaters. How I wish we had worked with White heating when we first designed our home!

When you subscribe to the 299.00 per year plan, they don't change your filter. They essentially tell you to buy the filter y ourself and replace it. If you're looking for a reputable hvac servicing company, go elsewhere. They also lied on my statement. The technician checked that the filter wasn't replaced and on my bill they said it was. Update - Whites heating and air conditioning fixed the issue. Thanks Curt.
