The GAC team just wrapped up replacing one of my HVAC units and replacing a broken humidifier on another unit. From the first service visit with Freddy, to the replacement discussion with Chris, to the installation with James, Iggy, Blake and John the electrician, the experience has been professional, very well communicated, completed on-time and on-schedule. Every step of the way they proactively shared information, gave me options and explained the process. The office team reached out on a few different occasions to confirm information and set schedules that worked for us. Every member of the team exhibited a desire to educate, sharing their knowledge and recommendations with respect - even when we asked basic questions - so we could make the right decision for us and our situation. The clean up and explanations/instructions when done gave us a ton of confidence on using the new equipment. We're very happy with GAC and will definitely use them again in the future.

GAC’s team of Justin and Jorge did an excellent job of installing my new hvac system. They were very pleasant and answered all my questions as they worked diligently at their trade. After programming the new thermostat, they walked me through the method. They removed all the old equipment, cleaned up and removed all trash. I would definitely recommend GAC to friends and family!

The whole crew showed up sharply to remove my ancient HVAC system and install a new Mitsubishi mini-split system for my condo unit. Kudos to Nelson, Blake, James, Jay, and Christian for a thorough and immaculate job. They were conscientious about masking and protecting my floors by wearing booties and using drop cloths. This was a huge investment for me, and I was a little anxious; but when they turned it on to test it out, my worries vanished. It is fabulous. And so quiet!

The GAC team arrived promptly at 0800, as promised. They were very professional and set about the work to be done very efficiently. We were kept informed all the way through the work which involved the removal of our old oil fired furnace, the removal of our old AC unit, and the installation of a new modern heat pump system. As could be expected with a 70+ year old house, there were quirks that had to be overcome and that was done very efficiently. The workings of the new system were thoroughly explained to us. All in all, we feel very good about our choice of GAC for this work. We had two other estimates but chose GAC based on their reputation, reviews, and the fact that they employ their own electricians, a big plus in my book. The team of Carlos, Jorge, and Jason cannot be commended too highly.

I bought a new heating/AC unit from GAC Services. From start to finish the staff was very polite, courteous and professional. The workers that came out were all so nice, friendly and polite. They completed the job professionally and with a quick turnaround time. When I needed them to come back out for a minor change, there were no hassles about it, I wasn't charged a fee; and they were very accommodating to my schedule. I really loved the service they provided and will not hesitate to contact them again for any future needs and I would definitely recommend this company to all my friends and colleagues. Thank you!

GAC provides the HVAC maintenance for my townhouse. They had installed the HVAC system and thermostat a year or two before I bought the place. So, their HVAC team has always been great with inspections and service. Today, I had an electrical issue. I called and spoke to Lisa at their office and she was super nice and helpful. She was able to find an electrician on call that could squeeze me in. Bruce Moore at GAC is my new favorite electrician! I didn't expect Bruce until later in the day but he was nearby and called and said he could come take care of my issue. He was already able to test my outdoor outlets while waiting for me to return home to meet up with him. He walked through the interior issues with me and showed me what was happening and made his recommendations on what to do to fix everything for the day. He was able to replace the exterior outlet to make sure they were up to code and that the GFI outlet panel was secure. We also talked about a surge protector for the whole house that I had gotten a quote for a few months ago. I asked if he had time for that and he did! So, he was able to install the surge protector. The best thing is that he took the time to explain that it wasn't just stormy weather or the electric company that could cause a surge. Often times, with older large appliances, they could take more to turn on and could cause a spike as well. Bruce was professional, informative and thoughtful. He wore booties and mask throughout my house. He cleaned up everything afterwards. He also made sure I knew what was new in the breaker panel and noted the changes he made. Incredibly happy with GAC and will continue to use them for my HVAC and electrical needs.

We had representatives from three companies offer alternatives and submit quotes for a heat pump system in our home. GAC Services, Andreas took time to suggest options, answer questions and provide additional information about the system that allowed us to research and make our final decision. Installation date was scheduled within two weeks. The electrician and installation team were excellent. Chris, James, Christian and Julian were professional, courteous and personable. They wore shoe covers, put down floor covering in trafficking areas and carefully moved equipment in and out. Installation was completed same day and no mess to clean up. They explained the operation of the thermostat and system in layman’s terms and assured that all questions were answered before leaving.

My AC broke in the middle of August and I called several vendors for estimates. GAC offered a variety of quality options and was reasonably priced. I was impressed with how knowledgeable Danny (my salesman) was. He spent hours at my house thoroughly reviewing my existing setup to ensure his proposals were accurate. After signing my contract, GAC was able to install the new system in 3 days. Not only was their pricing reasonable but they offered name brand systems and the best warranty compared to everyone else (10yr parts and labor). The install team (Donte and Blake) arrived when scheduled and completed the work in 1 day. They left my house clean and exactly the way it was before they arrived. I will be using this firm for ongoing maintenance and for my other units when needing replacement.

In making the appointment initially, GAC Services provided a pleasant experience. Given the "busy season" for A/C issues, was able to get an appointment two days out. As informed while making the appointment, the technician, Jeremiah, called about an hour out and arrived on time. While on site, Jeremiah provided professional and courteous service diagnosing and fixing the issue quickly, and answering all questions. He thoroughly inspected the air handler inside and A/C unit outside and made recommendations based on his findings. All in all, it was a good experience dealing with GAC Services.

Jorge and Oscar installed a new AC and heating system at my residence today. They were professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. They went out of their way to explain everything they were doing and why they were doing it. They seemed to take pride in their work. I appreciated that they wore shoe covers when coming upstairs to work on the thermostat. Before leaving, they cleaned after themselves and made sure I felt comfortable with the new and much more modern thermostat than the one they replaced. Louis was the repair person for my old AC and heating system. While troubleshooting, Louis explained everything he saw and eventually provided options, including replacing the 17-year-old system, which I ultimately took. As with the installers, Louis was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Unfortunately, I don't remember the salesperson's name that evaluated our HVAC needs and provided information on the new system. Again, I had a positive experience, which prompted me to write this review. I don’t write many reviews because I expect excellent service from contractors that walk into my home, but after realizing how rare this is for me- to be impressed with a company's sales, service, and installation departments, I wanted to reward GAC for creating a work environment that resulted in such excellent customer experience for me.

I cannot say enough about my experience with GAC Services. Our AC went out and Luis was assigned to our call. He was the most, friendly, thorough, thoughtful, professional and patient technician I ever had the experience of meeting. He took the time to explain in detail what the issue was, steps for repair, as well as possible repairs and cleaning suggestions for me to consider down the line. He took time to answer every question I had, and he ensured I understood everything. I usually don't write reviews, but I really wanted to take time to thank him for his professionalism and for repairing our unit. I would absolutely recommend this company, and they will be the 1st company I call for any future issues that may come up.

We've been using GAC for several years now, ever since our first installation which was a replacement of one of our systems. The system that GAC recommended was spot on and fit our home perfectly. We have a service contract with them, and when our second unit went up, we contacted them right away and set up and installation for it. Again, perfect fit for our home and budget, and the installation went well. Great job by Jason and Christian, very professional, organized, clean, and quick. We highly recommend GAC for any HVAC needs.

I contacted GAC for a quote for a new furnace, A/C, and smart thermostats. William was very attentive and detailed when he came to our house to create the estimate. As we were changing the size of the system, Brian came out to take measurements and ensure that we picked the right system for our space, which I appreciated. Jimmy, John Pew, John Z & Chris were respectful, efficient, friendly, and very kind to our dog when they came to install our system. The system and the smart thermostats were explained in terms we could understand and the whole experience was fantastic.

Our A/C went out at night during the 90 degree weather. GAC has an answering service so I called at 10:30pm and left my details. I really appreciate being able to talk to a person after hours. We did call GAC the next morning to confirm when they would be able to come out. They said they’d contact us prior to arriving. They called to let me know when they were on their way and arrived 15 minutes later at 11:00am. The service technician, TJ, explained the items he was going to check out. When done, he provided pictures and let me know the issue and the cost. He even provided information on discounts he could offer to save us money. He was on time and professional. GAC originally installed our system 6 years ago and provides regular maintenance for us. All of our interactions have been professional and any services we have needed have been completed professionally and in a timely manner. We trust that GAC will respond and take care to make sure our system is running smoothly.

We were so pleased with Chris' professionalism and work that we've requested him exclusively for all other services since (and GAC is always happy to oblige). Here is your response: John was fantastic. On time. Very professional. He was efficient while taking care of all of our needs. He took the time to update me on what was done and why. He noticed that we had covered all of the registers in our house with dust filters and told us why they needed to be removed, stating that this practice was in the long run a negative for the performance and life of our system. We had issues with our upstairs unit as he found that there was no filter installed during the last service call. He called the shop and had it delivered to us while he was on-site. To make sure all was well, he checked our two outside units and did a small tweak that could have turned into a larger issue. Since becoming a Premium GAC member, we feel secure in the fact that GAC is our servicing company. John was terrific and hope to have him next time. Thank you for the pro's at GAC!

My family found ourselves without air conditioning going into the holiday weekend. I reached out to GAC Services to see about moving our house over to a heat pump system as our furnace was also on borrowed time. I was thrilled that they were able to fit us in for an estimate before the holiday weekend! The company that we had used for our maintenance contracts for years couldn't even be bothered to do that! The sales rep, Mike, was very detail oriented and listened to what we were looking for. He presented us with 3 options and he explained the main benefits of each to us before he left and had the formal paperwork drawn up before the end of the day. Jennifer at the front office was very responsive while we were doing our due diligence and getting other quotes. When we asked Mike for a different heat pump system than what he initially quoted us for, he had a modified proposal to us that same day. The scheduling team got us on the schedule right away once we signed our contract. The install crew of Christian, Sean and Rahsaan were polite, professional, and thorough and left the space clean. From start to finish we were absolutely wowed and impressed with GAC Services and will use them again.

Bruce at GAC services was a delight to work with. We were able to schedule our appt fairly quickly and they were very accommodating when we had to reschedule. On site Bruce was extremely knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. Not only did he break down the work so we could understand what was going on but he also informed us of savings we qualified for but otherwise wouldn't have known about. I had GAC come out for an electric inspection during there special they were offering. House is 47 years and figured time to get it inspected to see what needed to be done to bring it in “code” for today standards. Quote was good for a year, they offer financing, and Technician was so nice, explained what was out of code, and just nice! I had them do the work and am so happy I have GAC to service my HVAC and electrical now. I truly wish they did plumbing too! I’d have them do it all when needed.

Iggy, Dante, Blake and Dave from GAC completed a large installation at our home recently. They did an excellent job in all respects. They arrived within the promised time window. They laid down protective mats in our home and were careful with our yard. They did a thorough and careful installation, making things fit properly rather than pounding them into shape. They explained the new system to us, and they cleaned up completely as they left. They were clearly proud of their work and GAC and repeatedly mentioned the 1-year satisfaction guarantee. While we could do on in greater detail, one example illustrates their approach. As we signed the paperwork and completed payment, Iggy heard a whistling sound in the furnace that he did not like. Instead of ignoring it or passing it off as normal, he took the time to identify the source and correct it. We would return to GAC for another installation (hopefully not for years to come!), and we would ask for this team again.

Josh and his team arrived on time, quickly got to work and kept a clean and orderly work environment. All the guys were polite, respectful of myself and my home. In all they were really easy to talk with. They went through all the details of the system, what to expect during the colder months and were really great about asking if I had any questions at all about the system, it's installation as well as it's operation. I did and they answered all without hesitation. All in all an A1 Top Notch experience with a team of professionals. They will absolutely be installing my next unit! Everything about my experience with GAC has been great. First, the technician who evaluated my old system when I was deciding whether I needed to replace it seemed highly competent and thoughtful, and was good at explaining things to me. Once I decided to look seriously into purchasing a new heat pump, consultant Danny Love was perfect for me to work with. I had lots of questions and concerns, and I mean *lots*, since I tend to worry about drawbacks and all the things that might go wrong, and I also want to understand everything for myself rather than just put things in someone else's hands. On top of all that, I have difficulty making decisions. Danny was extremely well informed, a great listener, and very patient, through *lots* of back and forth discussion. Thanks to this, in the end I felt very comfortable and solid in my decision to spend a lot of money on an excellent system. Then, the guys who installed the new system were skilled and creative in the needed workaround configurations, and they were friendly. Finally, there were a couple of issues with the installation that I noticed a few days after it was done. GAC was prompt in returning to address those issues, and did it right. I'm really impressed with GAC and its team.

Service: Installation of internet cable Chris provided excellent service. He made sure we got the solution that best meets our needs and budget. He answered all our questions clearly in advance and during the install. He showed good attention to detail involving the routing of the cable and install of wall plates. He was able to keep the size of holes for the new wiring to a minimum and kept the install site clean. It was my first time experience with Chris and GAC and I would use them again.

GAC was amazing! Our AC went out and of course it's 90+ outside with humidity. Its a holiday weekend, plus summertime and so I figured no one would be available until Tuesday 5July but was surprised to see openings on their online schedule. I scheduled an online appointment for 3July and was even more surprised when they called within an hour and told me someone could come out today!!! Feng arrived and was very professional, quickly assessed out unit and couldn't believe it was 27 years old. He identified the broken part, fixed it and got our AC up and running again. He tested the output and told us our unit was running better than a brand new one. He was as surprised as us. He did warn us that the next time our unit quits working it will likely be time to replace it. We were so happy with his service and GAC that if and when are unit breaks again we will definitely call them up to replace it. Thank you so much for the absolutely amazing service!!

I have been using Alfredo for the last 12-15 years, and would NEVER use any other tech. He is honest, never ever pushy, and only has your very best interest at heart. Our home is now 22 yrs old, and it is time to replace major units here. So, he came out for our winter system change over, and he explained everything to us, and we are happy to finally get these older units replaced. Edmond, the technician who repaired our system, is a highly competent, skilled, and careful technician. He diagnose the failed two AC systems components (a relay and capacitor) systematically and efficiently. As an electrical engineer I appreciated also his quick recognition of a workplace safety issue that other techs had neglected.The system was up and running again within an hour. GAC was the only of several companies I contacted that committed to immediate repair (a few hours after I had called). Apparently they have a sufficeintly stocked service truck to do so. None of this "we first have to visit and then see what we can do" response of other AC service providers. The work is not cheap, but we had to consider the time overhead cost other service providers would have required on a Friday afternoon. GAC had sent the repair

Totally enjoyed John's visit to my house especially after not having any heat for two days. John was highly professional and a excellent teacher. He showed me what the problem with my furnace and how to perform relatively easy maintenance to make sure it doesn't happen again. He also made suggestions on what filters I should be using and how to know when the battery in my thermostat needs to be changed. Overall, I was extremely pleased with his visit and would like to have John placed on my permanent file as my preferred technician.

Our air conditioning stopped working on Friday night and I looked online for emergency services. I'd had my air-conditioning serviced last year where they put in a leak sealant and new coolant. Brandon explained to me that sealants generally mask larger issues and explained that he'd look for the root cause. Once he found it, explained the options. He got the unit running immediately and setup an appointment for Tuesday after the holiday to decide on a permanent solution. Brandon was professional, competent, friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the system, options, etc. Everything done with a high-level of integrity; something I haven't seen with the other companies. I'm confident that I'll pay a fair price once everything is done and will have the right solution. I can't thank Brandon and GAC enough!

Oscar, JR and Jaco executed the replacement of our split unit indoor and outdoor system flawlessly. They worked quickly, skilfully and professionally through the day, fully completing the job in a very reasonable amount of time. They even made some modifications / improvement and repairs to existing ducting to ensure their install was left working as efficiently as possible. The final installation was neat and tidy and they left barely no trace of their presence. Also a shout out to Julian, the electrical tech, whose work and approach was of the same standard. All-in-all a great service from a team of friendly, polite and professional young men.

Service on 11/16/22 John was my technician. He was timely and thorough. He asked me questions about future use of certain outlets and made suggestions about upgrades that made sense although expensive so I will need time to prepare. I am very comfortable with the service GAC provided today. Drake, my technician, called to ask if he could arrive earlier than scheduled. I was delighted, since I prefer to have work done in the morning. He carefully reviewed what he was to do and then asked to see the work areas. He answered all of my questions and reviewed the cost for a service that I am not prepared to pay for at this time but then gave me a quote on replacing the outdoor lights and two ceiling fans. He let me know that GAC does offer financing that I applied for but was denied, which was fine since I wanted to pay for this one time. He began work and asked me which side of one of the ceiling fans did I want displayed. So glad he asked my opinion because if he hadn’t and he installed them on a side I didn’t want, he would have had to redo it so he gets brownie points for asking☺️. Drake finished and reviewed his work and answered my questions about the ceiling fans operations and let me know that if I needed him to come back to make any changes regarding the installation, he would do so. Drake did wonderful work.

On 7/13/22 I called GAC regarding an issue with a leak from my AC unit. Someone was able to come out that afternoon but I was at work, so I scheduled a visit for 7/14. Luis Ruiz was able to quickly identify the problem with my HVAC: a faulty evaporator coil that caused a build up of ice. He carefully cleared out the ice and the water that had melted, and even removed the absorbent socks I had put down before the visit. He included pictures and videos he took in the email with the invoice. Tim Anderson provided an estimate for a new unit on 7/15, and I am happy with his recommendation on a new thermostat. Paperwork at the end was minimal (since most of it was done online prior to the appointment) and they left the work area exceptionally clean. We had an emergency on a Sunday because we had no AC and had an out of town family funeral to attend on Monday. The thermostat was dead along with the AC unit itself. My normal AC company for the past 3 years could not get a tech out till the following Thursday. When I told them about the funeral they said “that’s a you problem”. My daughter found GAC on line and read their thousands of great reviews. I was desperate so I called them. The service dispatcher Nicholas was efficient and friendly and told me he could get a technician out first thing Monday morning. The GAC technician Charly showed up on time with a fully equipped truck. He analyzed the problems and explained our options to us. He was clear and concise and we chose to replace the thermostat and do some repairs to the AC unit. He gave us the bill which we found extremely reasonable. He could have changed us double because we were desperate and we had no idea of the extent of damage to the unit. Charly had us up and running in no time. He was polite efficient and he cleaned up after himself. We would recommend Charly and GAC to anyone looking for friendly, reliable and well priced AC service. I can’t say how appreciative we are that we finally found a wonderful company like this.

Cost me over $200 for axel to tell us an outdoor outlet was tied to an indoor switch! not to mention 109 to show up and 5 for gas. IMO should be no charge or very little charge. took him 10 minutes to figure out.

Five years ago, we used GAC to replace our heat furnace. They did such a great job that when it came time to change our heat pump as a preventive measure, we called GAC. Our first contact this time was with Alder Cruz. He gave us a 90 mn presentation which was very thorough. He answered all our questions and gave us an estimate which seemed to be fair. We decided to go with GAC. A few days later, a lady named Keri called us to set up the appointment to do the work. She asked us also if we wanted to have an outside company (Atlantic Duct Cleaning) to clean the air ducts. It seemed a good idea since we were installing a new heat pump. It turned out that the upstairs air ducts had fiber glass so they could only do the downstairs ducts. Fiber glass is too delicate to clean since it can introduce particles of fiberglass into the air you breathe. That is according to the American Lung Association. Atlantic Duct Cleaning did a very good job. Keri sent us the GAC contract to sign which we did promptly. A week later, the GAC crew consisting of of Sean V, Junior D, and Christian N. came to install the heat pump. They did an outstanding job of installing the heat pump in the attic. They were very clean and considerate. They took the time to explain the installation and showed us how to work the system. We were very pleased with the whole interaction. At the end of the day, as agreed beforehand, we called Gabriella at the GAC office to make the payment. All went smoothly. We highly recommend GAC. As an added note, if your system still uses the R22 Freon (as our old pump did), it is being discontinued so if you have an older system which uses this freon and you have a leak, it will be harder and harder to find it.

Walter was great for the repair job. The company as a whole, I have a problem with the technicality of calling me a secondary owner for the HVAC unit since it was installed one month before I purchased the home. It was installed for ME in all intents and purposes and having a brand new HVAC unit in the house was the item that moved me over the fence to purchase this 1970’s built house. There’s no reasonable reason for me to pay for this service because the unit broke down only two years after install. This rating is for Walter’s service, not for the company as a whole. Aside from the technicality of screwing me over to pay for labor, everything else is good.

Turns out GAC doesn't do ductwork which is something that I need, so I couldn't hire GAC, but he even recommended anothrt company to me and told me ab I t a test i should have done before I do any ductwork or replacement of units. Five stars for an honest company!

GAC installed and service our HVAC, but given today's experience and misleading charge, I will never use them for any electrical servicing of any kind. The service was WONDERFUL!! they came right on time with tarps/plastic to cover everything, wore booties. they removed 2 old outdoor a/c's and 2 furnaces and replaced them all so very quickly - they were walking out the door to leave around 4:30pm . they showed us everything they had done during the install and all the equipment pieces and parts at the very end - including how to use the new thermostats. they explained all the permits, the new inspections to come, all the paperwork involved, etc The new bryant equipment is so very quiet compared to our old equipment. This is a running commentary: I had scheduled my annual maintenance today and the technicians called me before heading over and was very professional and courteous. During the maintenance session they showed me possible issues and immediately called a comfort care (sales) specialist and asked them to send someone to give an estimate because they have a no heat situation to get an estimate for a new unit. I was shocked - my heat has been working very well so far. They then left after turning the heat back in and then within about an hour the thermostat went blank and the system kept running with cold air blowing through. I am still wondering how a system that was working perfectly well stopped after a service call! And to experience this episode with a company I had a lot of trust in. I called to ask for someone to come back and after three calls Nicholas, the very polite gentleman answering the phones confirmed the dispatcher was able to find a technician to come out today for the recall service appointment. THANK YOU Nicholas!! I’m waiting for the technician and waiting to restore my faith in GAC services. I will update with my experience. Very happy to write that Luis and Miguel from GAC fixed the issue (and thank you to Lisa for calling to make sure they were on their way). Luis shared great video that showed what the issues are and this is really helpful to understand the root causes.

I had a complete heating and cooling system installed in my home recently by GAC Services. From the sales process, duct cleaning, and installation, I was impressed the entire way. The sales person sized everything from scratch instead of assuming my current system was sized correctly. Other companies did not do this step and just read off the AC ton size, blower size, and BTU of my current unit and quoted that. It turned out my old system was too big! Further, the installers (Matt, Phil, and Dave) showed up promptly on the scheduled day and finished quicker than I thought. Their installation was spotless and tidy and did not leave a mess behind. We left for a weekend to come back to a stifling hot house. I did some poking about to try to bring the system back on, but lets face it, our 26 year old system was not up to the task. I did my due diligence and collected several prices...and though they were competitive on price that wasn't what sold me....their sales person (William) spent several hours here at the house (on a Saturday) trying to understand "this old house", and how it functioned, and what could also be done to make it better. He worked up several proposals including a simple replace what we have currently, but we opted to spend a little more and upgrade the system to hopefully see some cost savings in the longer term. We had hot water base board heat, and just cooling only central A/C. Now with the hybrid system heat pump it will cut back on the use of our fuel costs during the not so frigid "shoulder" months, on top of immediately showing us savings with a modern and much more efficient cooling side. After we committed to GAC, they sent their PM out to confirm what the sales person had done and few days prior and he was also here for a few hours! With all that planning, a few days after that, they were here for the install and did the whole job in a day. Everyone was very professional, experienced in what they were doing, fast and efficient. I cannot extend my gratitude enough for the HVAC installation James and his crew provided. His crew went above and beyond to install an hvac system that went out after only a year in service that was installed by another local company. I can not stress enough how critical the installation process is. When we started having issues I thought we would be covered by the warranty coverage but found out labor alone to correct the failure exceeded the cost to start again even though parts were covered. My lesson learned should not be yours too. I can attest the difference. It’s night and day. Anyone who is a diy enthusiast loathes hiring contractors since they often do the basics, cut corners or omit finer details. GAC doesn’t operate like that. They treat your home like it’s theirs. They definitely rose to the occasion and helped us even though they were under no obligation to do so. Everyone on GAC team has been exceptional.

The professionalism of Nelson, Josh, and Jason. They did the work and talked to me asking questions as needed. They took there time and even noticed an issue with a previous installation and made repairs on that as well. Unfortunately they ran into an issue that was not expected and they stayed to fix / trouble shoot it if they could. The heater pack was bad through no fault of their own, it came from the factory broken. This was a great crew. There was an issue with with the new heater pack blowing a fuse and the GAC took care of this asap and replaced the bad heat PAC with a new one. The original crew was awesome and so were the ones that were sent to trouble shoot the blown fuse and resolved this issue until they could replace the bad heater pack. I will use them again by far.

He was thorough and carefully explained everything he was checking and what he was looking for. He took several pictures and videos of the inside of the unit and showed them to me, again explaining carefully what he was seeing. They are very timely and dedicated to making sure the system works. Called on Tuesday to service an old broken down system in a condo unit we own. The technician came out on Wednesday and informed us that the parts are no longer made and there was no guarantee that a similar part, which would have cost around $1000, would work. We decided to have them install a new gas furnace and AC unit since they installed a new electric furnace in our home two years ago and everything there went great and that system has been running fine. The technician then contacted their estimator who came the next day, Thursday morning, to give us an estimate. He provided us with a contract on Friday morning and we signed the contract online on Saturday. They called us on Monday and they came out two days later, Wednesday, to install a new furnace and a new air conditioning unit. So far everything is running fine.

The GAC team, Nelson, Owen, Christopher, and Justin, arrived promptly on the planned installation day. They were professional, and were focused on completing the projects, including both the furnace and air conditioning units. Once completed, they walked us through the changes they made, provided a brief explanation on upgrades in equipment, use of the thermostats, showed us how to replace the air filters, changes made to venting, etc., both inside and outside. Then Nelson explained payment options, discounts and need to call WSSC and Montgomery County for inspections They were friendly and polite. We would call on them again.

I have previous experience using & recommending GAC for all types of HVAC repairs & new installations. After having another repair on my 12-year old Lennox Heat Pump, I called GAC for a review & quotes for new systems. Steve came out promptly on schedule & spent more than 2 hours reviewing, measuring, and filming our current system to confirm which units were good for new systems. After receiving Steve's quotes, I determined it most cost efficient to purchase the Carrier Inverter system, rated @ a minimum of 21 seers & very efficient, since it was only approx. $1200 more than a 5-stage, 18 seers rated Carrier system. After signing the contract on Friday with Steve, Lilly arranged for removal/installation on the following WED & the GAC team arrived on time to begin removing the old HAVC systems, and installing the new systems. While doing so their sheet metal expert detected an originally (38 years) installed duct that allowed too much air to one part of the system & he repair it by closing off a portion with sheet metal. They also reinstalled an electrical outlet that was affixed to the old unit to a new area away from the air handler that provided much easier access. SO, how does it run? I am amazed (not easily) that even with recently installed hearing aids, I had to listen carefully to hear the outside unit running and the same goes for the air handler, that also contained a NEW AprilAire filtration system. It performed very efficiently afterwards providing a very even-leveled temperature throughout the house- much better than the old system. Today, while returning from a trip, it was 80 degrees so we used our smart phone APP to change from Heat to Cool, and when we arrived 45 minutes later the house was evenly cooled to just below our setting. Thus far, I couldn't be more pleased with this Carrier unit, GAC, and their corporate reliability and professionalism. Thanks, to all the install team for their great work with good clean-up afterward.

Very happy with GAC. From the first call after my AC failed the technician Giovanni was at my house in about 30 minutes. Tim the salesperson that worked with me and met with my family was very helpful and pleasant and all the reps were very professional and on time. I went with GAC because of the overall service and the time that they took to investigate and explain the issues and the overall value and quality of service. Noah and Iggy who installed the new system were on time, very nice, and professional, and worked clean. The new set up also looks very nice, quality work. Luis from GAC performed our yearly “winter checkup” yesterday (11/2). He walked me through every step of the service, explained how he was checking the heating system, burners, igniter, blower, etc…. Luis even went so far as to show me and explain the electrical readouts from his devices and how that relates to the manufactures specs. He used all of this evidence to let me know that our 15 year old HVAC is working well within its limits. I truly appreciate Luis’s attention to detail and his willingness to answer all of my ridiculous questions. Luis was very respectful of my home (booties for his shoes) and worked efficiently when performing the winter checkup. In the end it was decided that the fan blades needed cleaning and I went ahead and have requested that service to be scheduled very soon.
