Marlin was super knowledgeable and explained what was going on with my system thoroughly and patiently so I could best decide what to do. Isaac was very helpful with setting up the payment plan and getting all those details taken care of. I will definitely use this company again. The price is much lower than others for the same thing. Service technician, Stephen K., diagnosed the heating problem quickly and the next day brought a replacement part to fix the problem. We appreciate very much the professionalism of Stephen in diagnosis, explaining to me what he was doing and why, and being so responsive to get our heat working again with cold temperatures outside. I’ve been a customer for many years. I’ve never encountered a service tech who was not friendly, knowledgeable, informative and reliable. Marlin did a great job yesterday. He was accompanied by Isaac, also a true professional, who identified himself as a quality control guy. Among other things, Isaac asked why I had stayed with Peachtree all these years. I told him it was simple: “if it’s not broken, don’t fix it.” I’ve had such fine and consistent service from the company over the years, no need to change it up.

Stephen Kimani is an excellent service technician! He was on time, properly masked throughout his visit, and wore shoe covers to keep the house clean. Stephen is unfailingly polite, professional and personable. I’ve been with Peachtree Service Experts since the mid-80’s shortly after moving to GA. Stephen is one of several Peachtree Service techs I’ve met through the ensuing 35 years, and they’ve all been the best! PSX must do an incredible job of screening their techs to be people who are honest and will inspire trust. PSX has never given me reason to consider using another HVAC service provider. July 12, 2022 Stephen and Yonas came to fix my upstairs AC unit and did another terrific job. I’ve come to expect five star service from Peachtree and they’ve never disappointed. I’ve been a residential contract customer since the 1980’s with three houses. I can’t give them a higher recommendation.

Zee came out on Sunday to get our Lennox AC system up and running again after it stopped blowing cool air during the night. He was very thorough when testing and diagnosing the unit, he repaired the fault and then he explained a lot about the maintenance that I should have been doing and need to do in the future. Price was very fair for the time spent and repair done. Especially for a Sunday. Definitely calling Peachtree again next time we have a problem. Glad I found a company I feel comfortable with.

This rating is for Stephen the service tech that completed the seasonal furnace check-up this year. Professional, friendly and competent. My experience is that Most of the time the techs arrive during the window and get the job done. The firm however is an unreliable vendor with an inaccessible corporate management group and it doesn’t seem like they listen to their customers. Do your homework about the product and the firm before you decide to buy an expensive HVAC from Peachtree.

Technician Onesmus and Q came to my residence at 9:00 p.m. due to one of our HVAC units being stopped up and leaking condensate water all over the basement floor. Onesmus opened the unit and found the problem, then both he and Q spent two hours removing some clogged pipes and installing new pipes, followed by testing all of the system’s components. Only when the unit was back working properly did they clean up everything and leave…their work took two hours and it was at night and both were extremely nice to work with, excellent representatives of Peachtree Service Experts. In 2016 I paid Peachtree $20,000 to replace both of my AC/Heating systems. Peachtree installed Lenox. In June of this year, 6 years into my new equipment, my upstairs Lenox thermostat stopped functioning. The Peachtree technician, Paul, seemed very knowledgeable and dependable, and did an excellent job of replacing my thermostat, however it was quite expensive $565. Today, 8/10/2022, less than 2 months since the thermostat was installed, the thermostat was showing a message that it could not connect to the hub which Paul had installed on the upstairs system. I could not clear the message to operate the screen. Paul came back out and got the system running again. I was then presented with a bill for another $99.00 for coming out. I was not happy and let them know it. Finally, the manager got involved and waived the charge. The odd thing is, Paul was telling me how much these Lenox thermostats fail. So why install them then? Next time the thermostat fails I'm having it removed and going back to a simple thermostat.

I called Nick on Saturday, and he came to my house to do a consult to get a replacement HVAC system since mine stopped working. He came to my house within 2 hours. We had a problem with our furnace staying lit to keep the house warm. I called them around 9 p.m. to schedule service for the next morning. I spoke to the girl who answered the phone and I made an appointment. They showed up between 8 and 10 a.m. just as I was told the night before. Tom Avery from sales and Preston the technician showed up in two different vehicles but at the same time and met with my girlfriend and I. They introduced themselves, we discussed the issues we were having, and they went right to work to check it out and give us a diagnosis. We were given a quote on what the cost was going to be with parts and labor and it was explained to us in detail and there was absolutely no pressure. 11/1/2022: Blower went out in upstairs furnace and they sent Wali. I will try to request him every time. Great person. 10/25/2022: Paul Bakor came to help me out at home again and they did an awesome job. Paul came out multiple times to help me on separate occasions and was awesome every time. Peachtree Service Experts hit all the marks when it came time to replace my AC unit. When I first purchased my home, a home warranty was provided with 1 year, and it was an absolute nightmare to deal with. After countless phone calls, the home warranty people only replaced one of my outside AC units with the cheapest option available. Fast forward to this week, I had to replace my AC unit for my upstairs floor and called PSE. They were punctual with sending out an expert (Stephen) to take a look at the symptoms, and was able to let me know what was going on with the unit and it needed replacement. Jimmy Wise was able to come out soon after to provide a proposal, and took his time to go through all the options and explain the differences with great knowledge and expertise. He was really able to make me feel comfortable with the decision I made. Because of the demand of their services, they have 15 separate installation teams, and were able to schedule an install the very next day after providing a quote. The installation servicemen Quin and John came the next day and were punctual and extremely professional. They went beyond the call of duty to ensure everything was installed properly and functioning. They went through how the system worked, and made sure I was happy with the work performed. I could not recommend these guys enough. I would not hesitate to use their services, and stay away from home warranty companies.

Amazing customer service!! I recently got a whole new HVAC system installed to replace the existing 22 year old system. First, Josh was very helpful in understanding the range of models available, how they worked, and pricing trade offs for the system and memberships. The installers (Lawrence & Tom?) were very friendly and professional while over replacing the system. I had a strange issue coincide with the install where a breaker was permanently tripped during and after install. Peachtree sent Michel out to check the installed system and some cursory breaker checks. Though he couldn’t find any issues with the units, he was very professional and nice. They had a small mix up in scheduling someone to check the work originally but worked very hard to correct it when I called. I didn’t catch the name of the second support agent I talked to but he went above and beyond for me. Reggie at Peachtree later organized an electrician they often worked with the come out and check for the issue. The electrician was able to isolate the short over the weekend but not entirely determine what happened (since the cause wasn’t found). It may have been badly timed “just old house things” or unlucky jostling from the install. Either way, I’m very happy with the overall outcome and the steps Peachtree Service Experts took to care for me as a new customer!!
