Very professional service. Chandler and Dan were on time, friendly, and explained the installation process as they went. The initial unit off the truck had a leak when they tested it, but they made sure to complete the install same day with an improved unit at no additional cost. Shaun was also helpful through the sales process and very personable. The price seemed high but it was a specialty project / historic condo so I’m glad they were able to source the parts and have knowledgeable crew to install.

Steve did a very good job repairing the ballast on an older air purification system we had. He was courteous, very knowledgeable, and fixed the unit in a timely manner. She noticed a hiccup with my thermostats communication to my furnace. She "phoned a friend " to confirm her diagnosis and was able to rest my thermostat and get my systems to operate correctly. They quickly responded to my phone call, sent a technician, Fabiana, who took the time to inspect everything, find the issue and repair it. A HUGE shout-out to Dayco Systems for coming to my rescue when my A/C went down in the middle of a massive heat wave week! The repair part had to be ordered and was going to take possibly a week to come in - so the Tech went to Home Depot and purchased a standing portable A/C Unit for my bedroom to get me through the triple digit heat index until repair could be made. As soon as the part did come in - they scheduled me into their crazy busy day to come out, repair and get the system back up and running. Techs were knowledgeable, efficient, pleasant and very tidy overall. They deserve TEN STARS - not just five! Highly recommend this Company to everyone! Thank you Dayco Systems!!

I did 3 consultation before making my decision. After, meeting with Taylor Sale Rep from Dayco Systems Heating and Air, my decision was made. Also, Dayco Systems provided a portable ac until installation could be done. The estimate was very reasonable. All questions was answered. I was able to contact Taylor directly and ask additional questions. I didn’t feel pressured or rushed to make a decision. At the time estimate was being conducted Taylor was easy going and very knowledgeable about the services I needed. Scheduling appointment for installation was easy; and one week from the consultation. The day before installation I received a reminder message and on the day of installation, I received notification the technicians was on the way. The technicians Patrick and his assistant was on time and very professional. They worked in a timely manner. They took their time, answered my questions, confirmed what I was expecting to be completed . Upon finishing the job, the technicians cleaned up (including vacuuming) removing old furnace and ac unit. Most of all, Taylor the sale rep and the technicians (Patrick and Assistant) was friendly and nice. By the way Dayco Systems send pictures of employee’s identification including name and title before coming to your home. (Highly Important). Thank you’ll for such a pleasant and reasonable services that was rendered. I recommend Dayco System Heating and Air. I am satisfied customer 💯

I am so glad I chose Dayco. I love the communication and scheduling. Their office staff is very efficient, contacting me to schedule service on a Saturday. The value for the maintenance contract was exactly what I expected. The technician (Cory) was very friendly and got the job done quickly and identified an issue, made certain that it wasn’t more serious, and then corrected it. On what has turned out to be the hottest mid-June on record, Dayco was honest with me and admitted they're services are in such high demand that I couldn't get on their schedule for another 3 days. I'm glad I kept the appointment. I had other people even tell me they're on their way, but Dayco held to their word and came through when my wife and I needed their help more than ever. Fortunately, I didn't need a new.system or anything drastic, but I plan to call them when I do need to replace my old unit. Thank you so much for being cool and keeping me cool.

I am just amazed by, & impressed with, this company! I had an AC emergency last night, Sunday evening, & when my current HVAC company was unable to come out, I quickly proceeded to randomly call several other HVAC companies, before ultimately landing on Dayco. Not only was their answering-service agent delightful, but within about 5 minutes of speaking with him, I received a call from Brian Z., one of their technicians (& EQUALLY delightful) -- stating that he would be at my house within 15 minutes! I was blown away. Sure enough, he was at my house within 15 minutes, & even a few minutes early! He promptly diagnosed the problem (which was a short in the outside fan), thoroughly explained what needed to be done & how he was going to do it, & proceeded to repair it ... in the RAIN! Throughout this whole experience, my MAIN concern we're my precious FurBabies, so I was EXTREMELY relieved & thankful when my AC was so quickly back up-and-running again! I could also share a few other really nice things that Dayco did for me just in the ensuing 11 hours since first contacting them last night, but due to time constraints, I'm just gonna have to highly recommend them to you, & vehemently urge you to give them a try the next time you require any HVAC services whatsoever. So, obviously, I was, & STILL am, VERY impressed with, & grateful to, both Brian Z. and Dayco, as a whole. As a result, I have added them to both my Contact list & my Calendar(s), & the MINUTE that my current HVAC contract expires, I will be signing up with Dayco. My service service attendant young is so good. He arrived exactly on time, I was still trying to get myself together. He told me about purchasing a carbon monoxide wall mount if I wanted. We have 0 carbon monoxide coming from our unit. We are so happy with our unit, other than the location. I don't have the silence that I thought that I was going to get, BUT my home sure us warm and in the summer really cool. Thank you Dayco for you excellent work and equipment. This was my first time using Dayco Systems. Michael A. and Wade V. were the technicians that installed the new furnace in my home. Both were professional, efficient, and genuinely friendly. Care was taken to not damage anything in my home. My home was built in 1952 and nothing is standard. They took the time and effort to ensure that any gaps that resulted from changing out the old furnace with the new furnace were absolutely taken care of. They did exceptional work. I will not hesitate to use Dayco Systems again in the future.

We love DAYCO even more now then we did when they first installed our new HVAC system. Our a/c stopped working last night and I called first thing this morning. They were able to get us in as an urgent appointment. Emily was very nice and helpful and reassuring that even if I was not at home or late to arrive they would let the tech know. Caleb, the tech was early and under my permission let himself in to start looking at the a/c as I was still a few mins away. He was not able to fix the problem as they had to order the part but he got the fans running for us until that part arrives. Amazing! We are so grateful he was able to help us out so we won’t melt to death in the heat. Well done DAYCO -we are customers for life.

Koi was INCREDIBLE this evening! We had an emergency need at home when our AC went out. While originally told we wouldn’t be able to get an appointment for two weeks, Koi called and said he would be able to fit us in for an emergency appointment. He arrived 30 minutes earlier than expected. He wore booties in the house and was extremely professional, friendly, and thorough. He gave explanations we could understand and was clear in outlining the pricing for us. The price was more than reasonable and he had the issue fixed within about 45 minutes of arriving. They gave me the best price around on a high quality, high efficiency Trane system. The install was seamless and with no issues. The guys covered our floors, we’re courteous, worked hard, went over the system operations and thermostat controls with me. They cleaned up very well and were pleasant throughout the entire install. I would recommend them to anyone wanting value and quality without any gimmicks.

Dayco installed our system a few years ago. A large mouse made it's way into our unit . Our tech Bryan Zinn was fantastic. He discovered the mouse day one but could not remove if despite trying everything. He came back the next day after finding the tool.he needed and removed the rodent and got our unit back up and running. His commitment and persistence went above and beyond. Absolute great experience, the tech that showed up, Justin, was polite, experienced. He explained what he was going to and explained what he saw and what we should do . He arrived early, called us to let us know he was on the way and when he completed the work explained what he did and what it will cost us. A fantastic experience with day o and they should thank this worker everyday for the polite service he is giving. A letter of commendation would be nice or a bonus, or a hourly raise should be considered. Dayco should go out of their way to keep employees like this.

Justin did an awesome job diagnosing my A/C issue. He also did an excellent job of explaining the issue to me in layman's terms. Turns out my fancy new Nest thermostats which worked great over the winter for heating aren't compatible with the A/C and require a common wire. Justin reinstalled my old thermostats which I still had out in the garage and got everything working. He also provided me with all my options for a long term fix. Very well done!!

All three are very knowledgeable and professional. We are very happy with our new Trane HVAC system that replaced an 18 year old system that was no longer cooling. I have been a customer of Dayco for nearly 20 years. That says it all. I love having a yearly contract where they contact you every 6 months for your check-up. They check your system and change your filter. You also get a service discount with your yearly contract if needed. The service is impeccable and the associates are hands down the best from the office to the techs - professional, friendly, usually ahead of schedule, and very knowledgeable. Mikey is my favorite technician. He does his job and thoroughly explains the process and what we need to do to correct it, if anything. As a customer you will not be disappointed!

My ac was working very poorly. Dayco sent Service Professional David H. for my ac repair. After David listened to my problem description, he immediately diagnosed the problem as low refrigerant. David made it very clear, without doing a leak test (costs extra for that service), he would be able to refill the refrigerant only once due to environmental rules. He also made it very clear, the leak could be small and the added refrigerant could possibly last to the end of the season; or if the leak was large, it may only last a short period of time. He told me the cost and I made an informed decision to add the refrigerant. As a handy person, I had checked a number of the system components with a multimeter before David arrived. I had some questions on some of the values and what they meant. David was very receptive and friendly to answer all questions. I also discussed details of how a new system would be installed and liked what I heard. I was very impressed by David’s knowledge and will be considering purchasing a new complete hvac system from Dayco in the near future.

I’ve requested him several years now because he so knowledge and friendly. He is the trainer of their new hires, so that speak volumes. For peace of mind, he made a thoughtful suggestion to safety switches to my units that don’t have a pan. I did, because I trust him to take care of me. Hamilton was wonderful! So friendly and willing to go above and beyond to make me happy. He did great job installing my furnace which was not easy. I hope I don’t have another install anytime soon but if I do I would definitely request Hamilton. Also, my grass was completely soggy on the day of the heavy equipment delivery but he was VERY careful to minimize damage to my lawn.

We moved into a brand new house about a little over a year ago. Our HVAC system is under warranty with Reliance Heating and Air. We have had a total of 3 issues in which they have come out for and done nothing. About a week ago we started experiencing an issue again and by today it was not cooling at all. We called their ER number and the tech called back to let me know that while everyone and their brother had called for ER air service and he couldn't make it to us today that it didn't matter as they did not make warranty ER service calls. I explained how I had a toddler etc and he told me someone would call me in the morning at 8am and could not guarantee me service until probably Wednesday or Thursday. I expressed my house was hot as hell and he didn't seem concerned. So my google search started and I came across Dayco Systems. This place had ALL 5 star reviews so I called and spoke with a very sweet woman and got a call back from Caleb in a matter of seconds. He was really informative on the phone and told me he would be out in a half hour, which he was. He was kind and professional as well as informative and efficient. While we certainly hated to pay for a service that was technically under warranty you can't put a price on comfort or excellent service. I would highly recommend and completely use them again. My husband and I are very impressed and have even recommended them on our neighborhood Facebook page. Thanks Caleb! You saved us on this Sunday evening!

Our HVAC unit blew a compacitor around 11:30pm. Dayco dispatched one of their techs with in 30 to 45 minutes he was there and had replaced the compacitor with in another 15 minutes. Thats fast service especially for an emergency service call.

Average experience with Dayco Systems. We've been using them for over a year to service our HVAC and heating systems, and also recently had a new HVAC/furnace installation performed. We are a member of the Dayco VIP program. Positives: o Responsive when contacted – including via phone, email, and website messaging o Prices are competitive. We recently had a new system installed, and the sales team took the time to walk us through all of the options to best fit our needs o Everyone we have worked with at Dayco have been courteous and friendly Negatives: o The system that we ended up replacing required three separate visits to diagnose, with the first two visits not fixing the issue o During our recent system installation we were informed that the Dayco office would coordinate a county code inspector to come to review the installation. Unfortunately Dayco didn’t coordinate the inspection, so we ended up coordinating ourselves…and the installation failed the inspection (subsequently repaired and passed inspection #2) o Our basement whole-home dehumidifier recently broke-down. Upon further inspection, the unit hadn’t been serviced in a year or more. We were told that dehumidifiers can be maintained, but that it must be requested (we weren’t aware)

My AC stopped working on a Friday in the middle of the summer in Atlanta. It was terrible, and I wasn’t sure what we were going to do. I had a couple of guys come out to quote me prices, but no one was as attentive, professional, and thorough as Taylor Alford. One of the issues with my old AC system (which was on its last leg, and therefore needed to be replaced no matter what) was a broken control board. Dayco got me in that afternoon to check it out. Caleb is a great tech; even tho he said we really need to replace either the motor or the unit, he did everything he could to alleviate the issue and show us what we could do to try to extend the life of our motor, which I greatly appreciated. I had to call back after he left and he followed through helping me even after-hours. Awesome job! Turns out the motor died that night (which really was inevitable, I was just in denial and hoping for a miracle, lol).
