my air conditioner stopped suddenly and I have a service contract with Quality Air thank goodness. They came out immediately same day that I called and had to order a part that was expedited and my AC system is up and running 48 hours later. Jonah was very personable, very knowledgeable and very accommodating. He must’ve taken off those shoe guards a dozen times so he would not track anything into my home flooring. I highly recommend Quality Air and all my neighbors also use their services.

All I can say is that "Quality Air" rocks in my estimation. If there's a problem, I'm on the schedule, even if it's after hours because of their already busy day of appointments. On their maintenance plan, they are immediately responsive and it's worth the small monthly installment for the peace of mind. Multiple visits while the determine the cause of an issue ... not a problem. Friendly and courteous always, I just don't think you can go wrong with "Quality Air".

Quality Air is one of the best local service companies that I have had to my house in many years. They fixed a system that another company said was broken and needed $$$ replacement. Many months later the fix stopped working and they came back out for half a day and took care of it. I was handing my CC to the service tech and no charge! Way to stand by work Quality Air!

Jared was on time and did an excellent multipoint check on our heating system.. Had them come out to do a maintenance check a month ago after recently moving here. The tech was nice enough, but I recently found out that the reason why the heat pump coils were freezing over as the weather is getting colder is he completely missed that the coil temp sensor wasn't plugged into the defrost control board. That's kind of a big miss. Also, their prices for further work are really high.

Sharon at the office was really kind and pleasant and got us scheduled same day which we really appreciated and made sure I knew the evaluation fee and process. Explained everything that he was doing and everything that needed to be done and gave me the ok to say yes or no but also reminded me that if he did it now it would be better because he was already here as well as not sure how long it would continue to run (avoid another service charge) answered all my questions as well as benign a tec. what he would reamended to prolong the life of my system so yes jonah was awesome

Air conditioning went out and I am trying to keep a 90 pound dog, with cancer, as comfortable as possible. I called Quality Air and requested James, who I had heard was good. He was great! Very sympathetic towards my “fur baby” and did the repairs efficiently. He was patient explaining how to work new thermostat, etc.

They were thorough and provided great service. The only down side was the cost, but I think it was due to the size of the job which was unexpected, but necessary.

Had my AC go out couldn't get a hold of my other company I use. So I called around also couldn't get a hold of anyone. So I called Quality Air. The service person answered my call said he had 2 more and he would be able to get me the next day sense it was a late in the evening. That he would call me early next day we made a time. He was very nice and called told me he was going to be an hour out told him that was ok. He showed went through the whole service with me telling me what might be wrong then end up finding out the other company that was supposed to have cleaned my stuff did not clean out the AC unit. He was very good and showed me exactly what was wrong. I will be calling them again come fall. Thank for y'all very good service.

These guys were the 6th company to come out and give me a quote on replacing my HVAC system in my condo that had died. The salesman Rocky was nice and seemed to be knowledgeable. The techs that have done the installation have been nice and it appears they have done a good job. They needed to come back to install the heater pump parts, but the whole thing has been an easy process. They gave me one of the lowest quotes but also had available inventory, which has been a major issues with other companies. My one complaint is that I am not able to get an itemized invoice of what all I am paying for. The only thing I have been provided by the office is just an overall price invoice, no breakdown. Would just like to see what exactly I am paying for. So not happy on that part, but have been happy with their people who work in the field with us clients. Would recommend these guys.

Actually I should mention from the very beginning when I called in to book the appointment, I knew that I was going to be in good hands. The woman who I spoke with was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the service that I would need. Jonah was very friendly, kind and quite knowledgeable. He provided thorough verbal and written information about what our system needed to run properly and exceptionally. We had unfortunately, neglected maintenance for a couple years. I would also like to add that the COVID-19 protocol that they follow is top notch as well as other measures that are in place to put a client at ease, such as a call when they are on their way and sending a picture of the technician that will be arriving. I highly recommend this company! Also, I would like to add that I am very excited about the i-wave ionizing air purification system that we had installed...it seems to already be improving the quality of air in our home! Ten out of ten experience!

I have now used Quality Air three times and each visit has been great. The first time was for my AC that had quit working. The visit was scheduled the same day I called and I was not even a previous customer at that point. The AC was fixed and has been working perfectly since. The second time was for my dad's house which is right next door to me. His Trane had a leak which was due to a clogged pipe. Again, they were out to fix it on the day I called. About a week ago, my heat quit working and again they were here to fix it the same exact day. All work they have done has been excellent, professional, and reasonably priced. I am now on their maintenance plan as well due to their excellent service. I highly believe in maintenance on HVAC systems and up until my former service provider disappeared from town I had service performed twice a year. Now I have that again!!! I highly recommend Quality Air. They are EXCELLENT!!

Along with this 5 star rating, I also often tell my friends that they are one of the two absolutely best companies I deal with. All of the service techs I have dealt with have been awesome. And the folks at the office are always, to use the same adjective again, awesome as well. I HIGHLY recommend them. I have no connection whatsoever to Quality Air other than as a very satisfied customer. Oh, one last thing. Rocky, one of their sales/estimators/whatever else he does, Rocks! He's always been a joy to work with. And sooner or later he'll be setting me up with yet another unit.

Quality air saved me from a $2600 bill for an unneeded part and refrigerant replacement in one of my AC compressor units. I asked Quality for a second opinion, and it took all of 30 minuttes for your technician to have my system up and running just fine. He spent a little more time making sure all was going to stay well before he left. Obviously, $179 for a second opinion and repair is vastly less than $2600! Quality will ge all of my heating and cooling business from now on.

This was my first experience with the company. I got an appointment within 48 hours. Tim came today and explained the whole system to me. After a deep cleaning, my unit looks like new (almost, rust is not easy to get rid of) I loved the service . I love that they have those booties to cover their shoes when they come in! Quality Air and thier representative/technician Bob have been great to work with. From initially requesting a quote for replacing our entire ac system, to the delivered quote, pricing as well as installation and time involved, everything was well above our expectation. The whole process was completely hassle free. They even arranged for the completion inspection from the county as well as filing for the Duke rebate on our behalf that we did not even know about. The system they suggested we install was one of the top ones suggested by consumer reports and thier quote was lower than other local ac companies with lower rated units. It's been working great for over a month now. We will never use any other company.

So impressed with Quality Air! Our AC wasn't working and we had a tricky situation that required a lot of problem solving. For a while we thought we were going to need a whole new system, but they stuck with it and went above and beyond to figure out the problem and fix it. Our phone call to Quality Air for a comparative quote on the replacement of our heating and a/c system was responded to on the same day we called. Comfort Advisor David Calloway arrived on time and quickly went to work analyzing our situation, including making measurements and taking photos of our not-easily accessed air handler in the ceiling of our upstairs bathroom. He prepared options and explained each thoroughly. Overall, we were very impressed with David’s personable demeanor and professional approach. We signed the contracts and work will begin Monday. We would highly recommend Quality Air and David Calloway. And a follow up to my first contact with Quality Air: As was agreed the installation crew of John, Cody and Junior showed up on time Monday morning. The company SOP would appear to be a phone call a day or two prior to the appointment and then a second one 15 minutes or so before arrival...nice customer-focused touch for sure. The crew of three were neat, efficient and 100% professional! They explained their work and advised us of the follow-up schedule of inspections and visits from management and quality evaluation. We were impressed with all facets of the company and especially their 10-10 and 10 year warranty on their work. Ask about that when you call. Highly recommend!!

However, after kept hearing a loud boom under the house everytime the thermostat kicked off and house was still cold, I went under the house and found the blower was in off position. Plus the valve on the oil tank was in halfway open position. All is working good now. Plus why is the company charging extra for the filters? We pay enough for the service

Quality Air did an annual heat pump check for me at my rental property. The service guy did a very through inspection and was very knowledgeable about the job. There was one thing he did that I did not like. He tried to sell a $900 cleaner to my system for "mold, allergies and viruses, like we have now" , but I did not feel like I wanted one. In all my years of owning a home, this cleaner has never been mentioned to me by his company or any other company that I have used, both at my house or our rentals. So, he told my tenant about the cleaner and said since I, the landlord, was not going to buy it, maybe he would like to buy it and he could take it with him if he moved. Now, my tenant is looking at me like I am not being a safe landlord for them. I do not appreciate the service guy getting into my rental business like this. Unprofessional!

We had a failure of our 11 year old heat pump (original as installed by the builder... so not the greatest unit and somewhat undersized for the house) Feb 2016. Since we are new to the area, I checked Angie's List and other sources for HVAC contractors. Quality Air was recommended. But more importantly, they were open and could send someone on Saturday to check the system. A neighbor recommended another company, but they could not come until the following Tuesday. Most aren't open Saturday and only have answering services. Once the technician determined our system would cost more to repair than it was worth, their sales consultant came on Sunday (!) to advise us about options. They ONLY do residential work, no commercial, so that probably explains their high availability and responsiveness. I was really happy for this given our unit was only working off electric heat strips.... very expensive. Long story short, their guys got in and had the new high efficiency Bryant system running by Thursday of that week. The two installers were great guys and hard workers. The sales consultant checked in several times during the course of the work and was very knowledgable about how some of our ducting had been undersized when the house was built. They upgraded all that on installation. They also applied for a $300 rebate from Duke energy which came to us in the mail. Service since that time has been great. The electronic thermostat malfunctioned in its ability to connect to the internet during the first year (it happens and nothing that effected the operation of the system), but they were happy to replace it no charge. Their friendly office staff calls to set up scheduled appointments and then calls the day of to let us know the technician is on his way. I also signed up for the annual servicing to ensure we are under the best warranty option. Our energy costs have dropped significantly and we couldn't be more pleased with how this company does business. The house is comfortable and I know we have a good investment in a quality, high efficiency unit that will boost the value of the house if we ever sell it. August 2017 Just had our annual checkup for both systems. The technician, Ryan Koyne, did a great job, was extremely pleasant and customer focused. He explained things carefully and gave me a couple of good tips on how to get the most out of our systems. We can also buy new filters directly from him off his truck inventory at a great discount over what they cost on the internet (like half price). That just tells me they are sincere about wanting us to keep our system in good order and are not trying to make every little transaction some profit center. We feel like this firm is a trusted service provider for one of the most expensive and important mechanical functions of our home. We are glad to recommend them to every homeowner since they specialize in residential work and do not dilute their focus handling commercial work.

Always superb attention and maintenance. Today Jonah was especially helpful in taking extra time to figure out about the leaking pipes that runs from the unit in the attic down to the AC unit outside. Found that after installing our new AC system last Spring, the installers used the old piping, and this caused even more leaking. First leaks happened with the old system. Jonah saw all of that and reported it to you all; thus, getting a work order through for next week for replacing the piping. Very good job and very attentive. Need a recharge of my old AC unit of the "bad" freon - soon to be outlawed by end of this year. Had an other company servicing the unit that said they were not interested in giving or getting the old freon - still available until Dec. 31 2019. This other company said they could fix the unit but did not say that "by the way, if this requires a freon boost of the old stuff, we don't do that." Quality Air worked on my neighbor's unit so I asked about the freon. The Quality air tech looked at funny, like yes I have it, it's right here, doesn't everybody have it? Quality Air came the next day charged the system and gave ne some maintenance advice. All for $300, not the $1600 the other company wanted to charge.
