When Yoni and Alex arrived after their long drive out, they were very professional and introduced themselves, we walked thru the house together to locate all the air vents. They understood that we have a handicap niece and was very accommodating to her needs. They cleaned all the ducts in the house knowing that our neices room would be last! They were also very focused, and got the job done in a very reasonable amount of time! It is so nice to be breathing in the freshly sanitized air! I would recommend them to anyone/everyone, especially considering that I made one phone call (after finding them online). The best part is I got to speak to a human being on the phone instead of an automated voice response system! The technicians arrived just before my scheduled appt. They were friendly, professional, explained how the process worked, worked quickly, but were thorough. Cleaned up the area they were working on prior to moving to the next room / location. I was amazed at the dust, and debris that they removed. I know the whole family including the pets , will be breathing better with a clean house. Thank you for the wonderful job. It was a pleasure to have them come and help take care of cleaning the house from the inside .. The parts if the house that you don't always think about. 5 stars.

This included him sharing details about a bit of mold growth we had in one of our air handlers. Because I have some sleep issues I slept through 3 alarms but thank goodness I woke up to the doorbell. I rushed down and opened the door to two smiling young men. I had also planned to get up very early and have my clutter gone and the vents accessible. These two Ducky-Duct technicians went about their vent cleaning and forgave my clutter and over sleeping. I do remain embarrassed !! They were prompt and I have not seen any dust or dirt on my floor or furniture except what was there before they arrived. They also inspected my dryer vent and cleaned any lint as necessary. I gave them 5 stars for their excellent work and highly recommend them.

Kelly was an absolute joy to work with on the phone. And Yoni and Alex were great in person! They were kind and respectful and professional. They even showed us how much stuff they got out of our HVAC ducts and told us it was mostly sawdust, presumably from when the duct holes were cut in the hardwood flooring. They cleaned the dryer vent too, and let us know that our dryer needs to be professionally serviced (something they don't do; they were just looking out for us). We really appreciate these folks and will recommend them, for sure.

These people were great. Came in a week and a half ago to clear out the large amount of lint AND BIRD'S NEST that was stuck in our huge laundry vent. Took very little time and now our dryer works perfectly and they were super friendly and professional during the whole process. I wish I remembered their names, but the two guys were great. The team that arrived to do the work were respectful on time and done the job I would imagine according to there training, I had done a previous inspection of the interior of ducts prior to service and once upon the completion of service I can imagine this has some benefits on a hard piped system “metal Ducts” however after the cleaning I can’t say that there was a considerable difference in the over all cleanliness of the duct system after removing ducts and doing a visual inspection. However I believe it may have some value in a system that is layed out differently not a flex duct system with the vacuum attempting to pull debris vertically out of the ducts it’s not very effective at least in my case. I recommend this company on the basis of what type of system is being serviced dryer vents hard piped systems or the like.

Cleaned out dryer duct. Took all of 15 minutes and was 175. A lot of money for the time invested. My bad for not asking how much in advance. Smelled something burning and wanted it done asap so didn’t bither to ask when she said they could come out same day. The man who came was very nice and informative. Joshua and Yanni did an excellent job of cleaning out our dryer vent, even showing us a video of how much lint was expelled from the vent on the roof. They found that screws which were larger than needed were used to attach the vent cover which were catching the lint and keeping it from escaping. They replaced these with smaller screws that will still do the job but not trap lint. This was beyond the call and much appreciated. They answered our numerous questions and were professional and polite. We have used this company before and will definitely continue.

The service guy said Ducky Ducts could order it for me. However when my housesitter called DD, she was told that you would not do that.

Trevor who came and did the dryer ducts clean up at our house did a great job. It was done from the roof and therefore no dust or anything messed up the inside of the house. He and his co-worker also did an excellent job of cleaning up the outside afterward. They also wore masks and removed the shoes before entering the house. Their charges were also reasonable.
