I am very happy with Josh the service technician. He found the problem and fixed it quickly. What I am unhappy about is the price. He found a blown fuse and discovered a nicked wire. He replaced the fuse and put a piece of tape on the wire. Total price $578.00. That includes the visit fee and taxes. Don't know how this compares to other companies but I will find out if I need more service.

Very happy with my experiences with Champion! Every aspect of the process from the initial quote to the installation was positive and professional. The consultant who came out to do the initial assessment and quote, Madison, was extremely helpful with answering questions and getting the different aspects of the project started. The technicians who came to do the installation, Hunter and Tyler, were friendly, professional, and efficient. They went above and beyond both during the installation and the following day returned to address a concern I mentioned to the representative when they reached out to ask about my satisfaction with the provided services. Overall a great experience; quick appointment scheduling, responsive and knowledgeable employees, and efficient services.

My husband Darrell and I used Champion Comfort Experts on 11/10/21 to replace our heating system. “Tyler” and “Hunter” to say the least, were VERY OUTSTANDING..These guys arrived early morning around 9:30am and didn’t leave until after 6pm, until the job was COMPLETELY done. They were so professional and polite and worked diligently to get the work done. You could tell that they were compassionate about their work and concerned about my husband and I having heat that evening. Jacob was very respectful and friendly. He greeted me with a smiled and once I showed him what the issue was he immediately went to look at it. Explained what he was going to do step by step, the amount it would be and if I wanted to proceed with the job. Once he was done he waited to make sure everything was working properly. Not too long ago, I discovered my water heater tank was leaking. Luckily, it had just started leaking and at 3:49 pm I called Champion for some assistance. In less than 30 minutes Nick arrived and quickly assessed the situation. I needed a new water heater and having never dealt with this before, Nick explained everything in a professional, knowledgeable, and patient manner. Soon after he began to work his supervisor Jeff showed up and they both worked hard to complete the job. Nick and Jeff were so friendly, courteous, and respectful and helped to alleviate my stressful situation with humor and candor. All told from the time I called Champion to the job being completed was only four hours and twenty minutes and I had no water damage from the leaky tank. Thank you, Nick and Jeff!!

Cannot say enough great things about the service we experienced today! We had a major pipe leak that flooded our entire basement. It’s Sunday morning and they showed up within 30 minutes of the call and had the repairs done quick! The technician helped connect us to restoration services immediately and now it’s mid day and everything is under control. I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else but if it does call Champion!

We couldn't have asked for better service from Champion. We had a scary situation with our breakers burning and they came out asap, even calling when they had a cancelation. The techs Andrew and Ben showed up exactly when we were told. They took the time to explain the process, how long it would take and were very professional. They even took the time to reset the clocks. We have used Champion for our heat pump and furnace and have had nothing but great service. I highly recommend them, they take care of their customers. Used them for an HVAC servicing. Bought the house recently and wasn’t sure when the last time it was looked at. The tech was very friendly and knowledgeable, but I felt as though it was all a big up sell. Paid 200+ dollars to have the coolant topped off, on top of the 150$ for the inspection. More tried to be sold to me as preventative maintenance. They did a good job of what they were asked to do, I would just prefer for a company to shoot straight with me, and not try to up sell me on things I don’t need yet. I will look elsewhere for future needs. However, I think these guys will take good care of any issues.

Had a poor install by a previous contractor my builder used. Had exhaust from my furnace getting into the home, and it was HUGELY loud and rattled through the exhaust. Called Champion, and they had me on schedule for 8 am the next day. Cameron arrived and met with my wife. My wife told me later that he was a great technician, thorough, and explained everything to her where she could understand. He made her completely comfortable in our home. I received his write up, and estimates to repair the issues we have. Greatly impressed! In a world of horrid contractors Champion stands out!

Robert and his team were fantastic, as always. We had a really tricky plumbing/drain problem, involving nearly 100-year-old pipes in areas that were hard to access and buried under the house. Every time we though we had the problem solved, something else cropped up, and our friends at Champion were up to the challenge. The kept us informed throughout the process and welcomed our questions and concerns. They thoroughly explained what they were seeing and how they were handling each issue, and stayed late to let us run the system and try and flush out (ha ha) any more hidden problems. We’re big fans, and recommend Champion to anyone in their service area. As many thumbs up as possible!

Technician Tim Roland is an HVAC super hero! We've had 5 other technicians over the last 2 years tell us that our system cannot be set up to work as a heat pump/propane unit and in order to fix it, we would have to spend over $5k in new equipment. Tim came over today and fixed EVERYTHING. He caught mistakes made by the original install team, made our system work exactly as we need it to, and instead of $5k in equipment, it will only need a $300 sensor. Wow!! He's amazing and we couldn't be happier. Thanks Tim!

I really appreciated the job he did for us, and I feel good about purchasing a maintenance plan from Champion. I also like the fact that he did not try to do a hard sell on anything, which I have had happen in the past (not this company). We had scheduled a tune up for our HVAC system but it was a few weeks out. Our heat began to not work properly. We called to see if we could move our appointment up. They sent Cameron out the very next day! He was thorough and got it running correctly. Our system is older. I've had an ongoing open ticket with another electrician for 4 months. I paid that guy about $4,000 to improperly install a panel in a cottage and to order parts for a completely new panel which is what he stated was necessary due to a fire risk. My power went out today and the generator did not kick on. I called my electrician and he came out but then left for a part and never came back. That was the third time, so I reached out to Champion. They were at my house within 20 minutes, with all parts needed on their truck. They ran a diagnostic which revealed that I've been taken for a ride by this other electrician. I appreciate the honesty, professionalism, and speed in which they dealt with this matter because it's going to be 8° tonight and I have children. I'm so grateful for the support and for the awareness that I was being taken for thousands of dollars without an end in sight. Thanks guys!!!

Move this company to the top of your list. This business is top notch. They installed a new furnace in my crawl space from hell. They also figured out my electrical problems that just happened to coincide with the furnace install. Their technicians were all excellent--on time, listen, explain, keep you posted, offer alternatives, and then the final product is just exactly as advertised. The office staff was also very nice and easy to work with. Hire this company--you won't regret it. I did not find them expensive given what I ended up with, but the quality of service was worth every penny.

While it's a little disappointing that everything wasn't working perfectly from the beginning, they have been very responsive and professional, and have come out quickly to address the issues as they come up. When they realized the problem was different than originally expected they proceeded to split the difference as I needed a new blow motor on our fan. As a Realtor, I highly recommend having Champion Comfort perform a Realtors’ HVAC inspection and report during the Due Diligence period for my Buyers. The information Daniel and then Madison provided and explained about the recommended repairs will help my Buyers negotiate their repair request with confidence. Today Devae came to my home and serviced our HVAC system in preparation for the Winter heating season. He was extremely thorough and also explain to us how the system we had just had installed in our newly renovated home functioned. He was able to modify the vents to improve the airflow and heat in a superior manner to another HVAC company who in stalled the system originally. This second or third visit was very good as well but a bit more Suprised by the cost. Materials have gone up but this visit was a bit unexpected. Devae the technician was on time and courteous. I called them several weeks ago to have my A/C checked out. They rescheduled my appointment 3 times because they are short staffed like everyone these days. I’m glad I rescheduled. There were a couple problems that needed attention that would have cost me more money if I had waited to fix them when they broke. I could hear a difference in the sound of the air coming from the vents. He also thoroughly cleaned the outside unit until it looks brand new. I attempted to install a new Nest Thermostat. Somehow I blew a fuse in the unit in the attic I didn’t know about. I called at 8 am and told the representative what I did. I had no air. Tim was at my house at 1pm and fixed the fuse and installed the Nest Thermostat. He was very friendly, efficient and personable.

The house is much more comfortable since they installed the system. They found an electrical issue that delayed the completion by a week. They didn't bother to get our input to schedule the eletrical work. We were expecting them after that weekend, but they had scheduled it for the week after. No call. No email. They did reschedule to accommodate us. One of the rooms wasn't getting enough air, so we needed to have the system modified. They scheduled me for a day which was convenient for me, but when that day came, no call, no show. I wasted a whole day waiting for them and had pulled everything out of my closet. When I called, they had someone out sick and scheduled me for a day that was not convenient for me without asking for my input. They do good work, but they need to improve their communication with their customers.

I called Champion for assistance repairing an oil leak in my whole house generator. Matt, the generator tech, was on-time, diagnosed the cause of the leak while taking time to explain and show me the not very obvious or typical problem - a leaking fin on the oil cooler. After ordering the replacement part and a 2nd on-time visit to complete the repair, my genset is back on line at what I consider a reasonable cost. I am editing my previous review and changing to 3 stars due to a recent experience... A part need to be replaced that was UNDER WARRANTY. I was charged $125 for their "standard diagnostics" then $149 more for "Additional Diagnostics" which the technician said was because he had to go into the crawlspace and take a panel off the air handler to test the control board. Then an additional $249 to install the part. So a total of $523 to replace a part that was under warranty. I called to confirm the charges on the invoice and was told it was all correct. $249 was for installation of the part and for shipping. I've never heard of having to pay shipping on a warrantied part. When I asked what their hourly labor charge is I was told they charge by the hour not by the job. This is not a complaint about their service. Their service was great and they got the issue fixed quickly, but their pricing is way too high. 3 Stars.

Everyone at Champion has been terrific - the receptionist who helped answer initial questions and book our appointment, Jacob who came to thoroughly examine our existing system and presented multiple options for us to consider; Dillon who priced each possible option & walked through the pros and cons of each; Tyler and Hunter came today to install the new A/C unit and were thorough, courteous, patient with questions, and stayed longer than expected in order to resolve some unexpected issues. A couple of months ago, we scheduled an inspection of our plumbing system and draining our water heater as part of our annual maintenance contract. This was our first time using this service as we signed up for the contract when we purchased an HVAC system in 2021. This review of your employee's performance is long overdue as I was expecting to receive a request for review from Champion and it didn't come in an email. When I called to inquire, I was told to leave a review on Google. The plumbing inspection was performed by Joel Collins. As has been the case with everyone we have dealt with at Champion, Joel did an excellent job of completing the work we needed. After draining and refilling the water heater, he inspected all of our sink faucets and the plumbing underneath each sink and gave me some tips on how to maintain our system. I've come to expect the best from Champion and Joel really delivered that experience. I continue to be impressed with everyone I've dealt with at Champion from the person who answers the phones, to the schedulers, and the technicians who do the work. I don't believe I've ever dealt with a company that is consistently in the "Excellent" category across the board. I had replaced both heating elements and the top thermostat and still no hot water. After talking to their sweet Receptionist, she put me on hold and had me scheduled for the next day!! Since a pipe burst and water was pouring out we could not leave it in this condition. Champion Comfort Experts walked us through shutting off the gushing water and got a qualified plumber out to our very rural location within an hour's time. Thank goodness! Joel Collins repaired the issue, explained what had happened (not anyone's fault - just time and age and a few issues with the quality of materials used) and we do need some future repairs. Travis was great! Another company told my mom she needed a new motor for her heat pump air handler, and there was reasons to doubt it, but suspect it needed repairs. I had purchased my heat pump with Champion Comfort years ago and have been happy with their servicing and maintenance of my heat pump. I felt confident recommending them to my mom. Tosha delivered same day service. Travis came out, found problem part, that was not the motor, and replaced it quickly. He even properly screwed metal panels that other company left leaning to vibrate. We got the right part replaced and it was way more affordable. While in the process of buying our first home, we discovered an issue with the HVAC system not creating any warm air. Two companies were hired (by the sellers) to diagnose & fix the problem, and both replaced components they thought were the issue, but both were wrong. Literally ON closing day, Champion squeezed me in for an emergency diagnosis, first thing in the morning. Their team worked from the moment they arrived, found the ACTUAL problem with the unit, and explained in detail the processes they were using to get there and what their deductive reasonings were.
