Wires and tubing were installed in a very neat, organized and professional manner. Great experience today with the Installation of our Unit! Steve arrived on time, very personable and did a great job keeping me informed of the progress. Respected my home with the shoe covers and left me feeling cool and feeling positive about the experience. Even shared a few personal Grand Baby stories! I would Certainly recommend using him again! Adding a ductless mini-split unity to our rental cottage was a snap from start to finish with Bullman. The sales agent came to our home within hours of our initial phone contact, and he was personable, forthright, and highly accurate in his representation of what the company would do for us. It was a month's wait before the unit could be installed, but the installers appeared as scheduled, and they too were neat, efficient, and very clear about what they were doing. The unit was up and running a half day after they appeared at the house, and the electrical work they had to do to accommodate the installation was sensible in its design and convenient to use. Every Bullman worker cleaned up after himself, and they consistently consulted us about options for how to accomplish the tasks. The unit itself is whisper-quiet and highly efficient, transforming a sweltering space into an inviting asset. We highly recommend Bullman and will certainly use them again ourselves.

Bull man did a great job installing a heat pump , air exchanger, and all duct work in our 1929 house that has never had air conditioning or forced air heat. They were neat, efficient and pleasant to deal with. The only thing they could have done better was to cover up our furniture better to avoid dust getting on it. Upon completion, they showed us how to adjust the thermostat and familiarized us with the system. I would recommend them to my friends.

Bullman just replaced one of our HVAC systems. Jason, the maintenance tech, did a great job trying to repair our current sytem which was 22 years old two times. When it was apparent we needed a new system, Jason did a good job of explaining what replacement system we needed, the pricing and the process for ordering and scheduling. Our new Trane system was installed last week. Everything went exactly as promised and we are now enjoying heating and cooling with a quieter and more effecient system. Their install team was professional, completed a very neat install and cleaned up perfeclty when finished. Additionally Bullman now offers a new air purifier which does not require any replacement parts or maintenance like UV systems and others. We are very please with our experience and have been very pleased with Bullman's service and management of our account for years.

We have a three year maintenance contract for our heat pump. The staff at Bullman call twice yearly to schedule a maintenance visit that coordinates with my work days. I receive reminder calls and email and the technician calls to let me know when he is enroute. He is always professional, prompt and polite. Altogether an enjoyable experience.

I am ill so took a minute to get online to give this review, but Steve had such great service, I had to find the time. This company prides itself on not just selling equipment. The service was excellent, quick, and inexpensive. The previous company, affordable heating and cooling wouldn't even service it, said it was too old and were only interested in me as a customer if I bought a new system. I was heartbroken, I am permanently disabled and on a fixed small income. My illness is affected by cold temperatures and there was no way I was going to be able to buy a new system with no warning. Bullman heard my story and immediately sent a great tech out, who did a very extensive servicing, much better value than all my previous and also reassured me that my system would be around for more than long enough to save for a new one. I can't express how grateful I was to find such a great company. Don't hesitate, call Bullman before any others, I know, I called a ton.

I received 4 quotes for Mitsubishi Hyper Heat & Cooling systems. Bullman's was the least expensive. Nathan was fully versed on this system and answered all my questions. My wife and I talked about it and agreed to commit, signed the contract, put down a deposit, and got a firm installation date. They came on the date of the installation, and didn't stop the installation until they finished and they cleaned up all the debris. They showed us how to use the remotes and everything works like it should. These mini splits are extremely efficient and are very quite. Bullman IS the answer for heating and air!! My wife and I got 4 different quotes from 4 companies in the area. Bullman came highly recommended, and they seemed to be the most professional of all of the people we talked to. They were not the most expensive, they were not the cheapest, and their attention to detail was worth every penny. They got the job done in a blink of an eye, and our system is running like a gem! The customer service doesn't stop there though. We've had some regular maintenance done and the staff is always so quick, respectful and honest it's unbelievable. If it's not broken, they are not going to fix it. No hidden charges. Bullman installed our furnace and heap pump on or home many years ago. The unit is still running great. We had an issue with the thermostat once and they responded quickly and gave us a replacement unit for a reasonable cost. We had a water leak from the drain line in our gas furnace and Daniel, a service pro with Bullman Heating and Air, came to resolve it. We were very impressed with Daniel's expertise and efficiency in quickly resolving the problem. He identified two possible sources of the leak and corrected both of them. He also left a follow-up note for the Bullman technician who comes for our winter tune up to check the drain lines to make sure there's no leak. We use Bullman for all of our heating and cooling needs and have been impressed with the quality of their service technicians - that's certainly the case with Daniel.

Our HVAC system is at the age that everything is breaking. We had contacted a couple other companies that were either more expensive or would take two weeks for a service call. A friend recommended Bullman. We have dealt with several service techs, Philip, Daniel, and JD to name a few. Each one of these techs were knowledgeable and did a great job. I had even left a message on the emergency line on a Saturday and really didn't expect to hear anything until Monday. However, a tech came out Saturday afternoon and determined my problem so we could get a part ordered.

Bullman Heating & Air quickly helped us get things cool again by sending their service pro, J.D., out to diagnose and fix the problem. The Bullman crew did a great job installing by nice new Trane HVAC system. With six guys and three trucks, they finished a very difficult installation in less than two days. The Asheville inspector just finished checking out the system and remarked that Bullman did fine job and left a clear attic. Original review 2/6/23 The service visit went fine, normal maintenance. I paid for a year of service as was quoted to me about a month before. However, the following week after my paid visit I received a call from the office telling me they quoted me incorrectly and she then asked for 50% more on top of what I already paid. That was very unprofessional. Reminds me of tactics used at the Michael Scott Paper Company.
