Having just purchased a house to retire in, I wanted to replace the oil furnace and the several window air conditioners with a high efficiency heat pump. I had 3 companies quote the job. Never heard back from one, one showed no interest in installing it any time soon, but All Ways gave me a quick quote, a fair price and a prompt installation. I currently live 3 hours away from the house and All Ways’ technicians installed the unit without my being there. It appeared to be professionally installed and the area was spotless when they finished. They installed a Smart thermostat and I can control and monitor the heat pump from my current home which I really like. It has operated flawlessly since its installation. Ricky even made the 1 hour trip to the house to check on what I thought was a problem. It turned out I was wrong…everything was as it should be. I offered to pay for his efforts but he would not accept it. That is service above and beyond and is so rare these days. My occupation is a plant manager of a manufacturing company and I deal with a lot of companies for materials and services. I cannot say enough good things about All Ways and I hope this review will help you decide to at least let them quote a system for you. I think you will be pleased!

I own several rental properties in the area and most of them have mini-split HVAC units. I have used All Ways Heating and Air for both new construction installs, renovation installs, and both preventative and repair service as needed. The company overall gets a 5 out of 5. This is the second time I have had Jason as the technician assigned to a service call. He is efficient, communicates excellent, takes care of the space, and cleans up well when he is done. He knows what he is doing and has clearly been trained and is highly experienced. I would say I would ask for him every time, but all of the folks I have worked with at All Ways are great to work with, hence why I leave positive reviews and always call them first. You should too.

What a great company! We had no heat and because we were new to the area, other companies said "two weeks or more!" But not this company! They were quick to respond and the technician was so knowledgeable and so friendly. We were notified of his location the day of service so we knew exactly when he would arrive. We took photos of the unit so they could bring parts with them for the repair. Highly recommend this well-organized company with a great team of people!

You can’t go wrong if you choose All Ways Heating and Air. First of all, when you call you actually get to speak to somebody instead of having to jump through a bunch of hoops with the automated system. Also I had issues with my heat during very cold nights with a child living at home, I needed to get the problem resolved quickly and All Ways Heating and Air was able to come out the same day I called instead of being 2 to 3 weeks out like the competitor. They were able to quickly and efficiently identify the problem, ordered my part and had it fixed within the next day. They have also have an app where you can track the technician and get a pretty accurate time of arrival which I thought was pretty useful. I am extremely pleased with they service, and professionalism. I would recommend them to anybody and I plan to keep using their services!

I have an older oil boiler that has been giving me trouble starting up since last year. This year it totally quit starting. I called them on a Monday and they came out Thursday. They gave me a quote to service the system but I wasn’t sure that was all it needed. The technician showed up on time and went straight to work. He had to leave to get a new part since my unit didn’t use the standard part. After doing all that it was about 3 hours and I was actually quite shocked the final price was only $17 more than the quote. I had fully expected a much higher bill after them needing to get a new part and leaving to get it. They have a new client going forward. On time, honest, straightforward billing. I couldn’t be happier.

Josh came out and gave a better rate than some of the places, he set a day and time when they would come out. Technicians Avery and Scott were punctual and professional. These guys were great! They came out to the house right away and gave us three options to fix our old system. We went ahead and decided to get a whole new unit. What we thought was really cool was that they let you know by text when they’re on their way. You guys arrive brain early in the morning around 7:00 AM. Very rare for this area to get people to start early, but they did💪🏼 Nathan and Shawn were great. I had to go to work so I left them doing their job feeling completely comfortable with our house being open to them. When I got home everything was installed ready to use and we are super happy with everything. They sell and install American Standard heat pumps (ranked very high in reliability). In our case we also needed the air handling system and a heating coil to provide more efficient heating from our hot water tank (heated by gas). Their air handling system parts are guaranteed for 12 years rather than the competitive unit guaranteed for 5 hears. Their price for a 2- ton heat pump with air handling unit including additional heating coil, new thermostat, and converting from 110 volt to 240 was $7,383. They installed the system on time in 2 days. They were professional and took precautions relative to the Covid 19 virus.

I can’t say enough about this company and the technician, Brandon Anders who they dispatched. We needed a simple inspection of our HVAC system to make sure we were ready for winter and into next year. Brandon went through each of our two units, checking for any lack of refrigerant or loose connections . While doing so, he explained exactly what he was looking for and made sure each of my questions was answered clearly. To be sure, HVAC system maintenance is not inexpensive but to maintain my home, every dime I spend is well spent. In the even we need repair or maintenance to our system, I will gladly call All Ways and while I am sure all their technicians are just as professional, I will request Brandon be the one they send.
