Excellent service. I had a leaky HVAC system and couldn't find where the leak was coming from. Mauricio found it within minutes. He made himself available the same day. He came over and fixed our leaky system and explained everything that he was doing. He cleaned and tested everything to ensure that it wasn't leaking anymore. Very good service! I asked him to do a cleaning of the ducts but he honestly told me that I didn't need it - saving me money. I'll be calling him back over to service our HVAC system in the future!

Mauricio helped me not once, but twice as this week! I had construction performed in my house and it was filled with dust. He did an excellent job cleaning my HVAC ducts and repairing some motor components. I haven’t been able to breathe this well in months! A few days later I heard a scratching sound coming from my HVAC exhaust duct. I texted Mauricio and he was able to swing by a few hours later. It turned out to be a baby bird who had fallen down my chimney. He rescued the bird and referred someone to fix/close the hole at the top of my chimney. If I could give 10 stars I would! Mauricio is responsive, more than fairly priced, does not recommend services that are unwarranted and has a super cheerful personality. Highly recommend!

Mauricio and his amazing team were able to find an appointment for me during the week and provided confirmations of the appointment and called me when they were on their way. They are true professionals who respect your home by wearing shoe protectors and explain each step of service. I cannot recommend them enough. They offer a wide array of services aside from HVAC which I discovered by talking to them. I am getting my ducts cleaned and they truly take the time to diagnose and check. They are worth every penny. I highly recommend them as very few businesses provide honest and fair prices. My HVAC is working great and I plan to use their business in the future for all my cooling and heating needs. 10/10!

Our heat pump went out in July, which meant our AC was blowing nothing but warm air. Mauricio came out at 6:30 AM the day after we requested service and identified a tripped breaker that had cut power to one component of the system, stopping the heat pump from working. Felt really stupid to have him flip the breaker we hadn't seen tripped, but he was professional and kind and conversational, and had resolved our issue (and our 82 degree house) in 30 minutes. Glad that the problem we were having wasn't more serious. When it is, we'll call MVM Home Services again.

I can't say enough good things about MVM Home Service. When my husband put in a request for service, Mauricio responded within a few hours and we had our appointment scheduled within a few days. Mauricio arrived on time (a few minutes early actually!) and was eager to get started. He walked me through the service he would be performing, the parts of the HVAC system he would check and their function. We ended up getting our ducts cleaned as well. Mauricio was able to complete everything within the original time window we had for our appointment. The work was done efficiently and extremely professionally. We would be happy to use MVM again, as well as recommend them. 5 stars!

Mauricio Lopez of MVM Home Services installed a new whole house humidifier and UV Air Scrubber (air purifier) in my home. His work was exceptional. One week later all systems are working perfectly, his working area was kept very clean and his pricing was particularly fair. We received several cost estimates and he was considerably lest expensive than his larger corporate competitors. This is the second successful job at our home and we have decided to use his firm for our future work. We recommended him to my daughter and his work at her house was equally successful. I am very happy with MVM Home Service and will recommend them with no reservations. My furnace stopped working and I contacted a few companies. While others were not able to come in the same day during a winter storm, MVM Home Service was very responsive and came to rescue us. Mauricio did a through inspection of my HVAC and found out that the motor blower needed to be replaced. The motor store was closed in that day due to weather so we were not able to get the part. However, Mauricio came in again first thing in the morning (7:30AM) the very next day with a brand new motor. He finished the job with great professionalism at a very fair price. He is beyond fantastic. Excellent services and awesome experience!

Updated Review: Mauricio is always so quick to respond and extremely professional! We had a new HVAC system installed at the top of this year and when we thought the furnace had blown in the old system before the install date for the new one on the 1/2 days it snowed in NOVA, they were going to start rounding up space heaters before I realized the furnace switch had been turned off (Oops! My mistake, not theirs). On top of that, the quote we got for the new system was thousands less than the other quotes we received AND could be installed the fastest out of everyone we received quotes from! I never worry when working with MVM because I know they are going to be fast, reliable, friendly, reasonably priced and professional with the work that they do. Original Review: Andy was professional, helpful, and friendly throughout his work at our house today. He did a great job and took before and after photos to show us what a difference the work made. Cannot recommend them highly enough! As we just moved into a new house and have tons of people coming to help, I wish every company could provide service like this one!

MVM Home Service is top notch!! Our air stopped working a week ago. We called another "well known" company and they scheduled an appointment for 5/19 at noon. At 1pm, I called to find out when the technician would be here. I was told 45 minutes. 4.5 hours later, we received a call that a tech was on his way...I told him forget it. This morning(5/20), I called MVM Home Service and spoke to Mauricio. He let me know he could come take a look at our ac and would be here in an hour. In an hour, he was at our door and had our ac fixed within 15 minutes. He was professional, honest, kind and his prices are very fair!!! Mauricio did and awesome job. He responded to my text and call, He scheduled the appointment and confirmed the appointment. He was on time and my settlement was done early and I just checked to see if he was available to come early and he did. He wore his mask and made sure he had shoe covers even though the home owner said it was fine. The home owner had a couple other questions about his new home purchase and Mauricio took time to talk with him about the projects and is doing an estimate. Mauricio and his team were fantastic! Started with diagnostics after a crazy high electric bill and went for a complete replacement of two very old HVACs and a complete duct cleaning. Couldn’t say no to the pricing and the service to be provided. Added an air purifier which has completely eliminated the headaches I was waking up with every day. Also the care that they took during install from cleanup to the work being completed was beyond anything I was expecting. One of my two AC units quit working. Two HVAC companies said that I needed to replace the entire unit at significant cost. MVM diagnosed the problem as only a defective fan motor. MVM replaced the motor for substantially less than the cost of replacing the entire AC unit. The AC unit has been working fine since. MVM is a customer-oriented company that is prompt, friendly, and competent. I strongly recommend MVM.

Finally at 6pm we realized it wasn’t getting better and started looking for solutions. I remembered seeing mauricios contact information on a neighborhood website. When I contacted him he told me due to extreme weather conditions he couldn’t come but offered to help us over FaceTime. He found the solution in less than ten minutes and our heat was back on. He was nice and friendly and very professional. We will definitely be calling him back whenever there’s a need. Honest, reasonable guy.
