Tony was very knowledgeable and thorough with my swamp cooler shutdown and attempted to turn on my aging furnace. The furnace was very outdated and it ended up needing to be replaced due to its malfunctions and safety hazards. Tony recommended a high efficiency furnace for me. He made sure that I understood the process and answered any questions I might have. I also appreciated the reminders as well as the photo identification of him prior to his arrival. The furnace installation went well and the team let me know when they would be arriving. I also received a photo identification of Darius ahead of his arrival. The whole team was friendly and professional and made sure to explain my new furnace before leaving. The whole process went smoothly and they made sure they cleaned up.

TruFlo Air is amazing. Two years ago, we hired them to install 7 units. They are one hard working and professional team, but more than that, we felt like they were neighbors and friends. All of our concerns about the units or installation were addressed. They offered the best warranty and service (12 years), which was the icing on the cake. Last week the service tech, Mike, came out to inspect the outdoor compressors, and also inspected and thoroughly cleaned all of the indoor units. He did an incredible job! The employees arrived at the time promised and began to work right away . They Installed a new evaporative cooler, ducting ,vent and Controller! It took four to five hours to complete the job! I am a super happy customer. The whole process from start to finish was great, and all of the guys involved were phenomenal! They were the 2nd company I met with, and after the first meet I was sold on this company and their knowledge and care. My first quote was from another company (starts with a S) on a Saturday and the guy was in a rush and acted like I was wasting his time because I was concerned about the pricing. He wasn't interested in the suggestions and questions my brother who works in the trade told me to look into during the bid process. I also wanted to get the project financed and although they had other lending options the only one he would give me on the bids was Wells Fargo and I won't use them. A second guy called me the following Tuesday to follow up. I told him I wasn't pleased with the pricing bids nor the Wells Fargo only option. Wednesday I received 4 more quotes, all higher that the first 4, and only with Wells Fargo AGAIN as the lender, after I had told him I wanted a different lender. Now to TruFlo... David the sales rep was so awesome. He took the time with me to take the panels off the blower unit, showing the rust, cat hair, etc that was in my unit. It hadn't been acting right all winter, and parts were burning out. He took pictures of all units inside and out, and emailed them to me with my bid. We discussed doing a service on my existing units for heating and air, but in the long run it was only going to be a band aid. He worked up a bid just so that I had it, and a second bid replacing both the A/C and heater. The pricing was close to the lowest bid from company S, but included better warranties as well. They offered GreenSky as a lender with a lower rate. Unfortunately I had a zoom HOA board meeting that started an hour after he arrived, as we were going over the pricing. David was very patient with me as I trying to purchase a new system while on the HOA meeting call. I wrote down my info for him to use to get the finance approval with GreenSky with his office as I dealt with my meeting. I was easily approved, accepted the Greensky finance offer via email while on my call, and signed the digital contract. He tried to schedule my install for Saturday but the guys weren't available. Tony called Thursday and we scheduled my install for TWO DAYS LATER on Friday! I go to work earlier than most, so they worked around my schedule and the guys Beni and Kalef showed up at 6 am! I stayed for a bit, and then I went to work. I felt safe leaving them there unattended in my home with my cats. I came back around 2 pm to check on the progress, and they said they had about an hour or so left. While I was there they installed the new thermostat and showed me how to use it and the app to download to control it from my phone too. The electrician Darius was on vacation this day, so he came the following week to change out the electrical boxes inside and outside, again meeting me at 6 am. I know this is a lengthy review, but I want to give credit where credit is due! People are more likely to complain in detail, but vague when they have a GREAT experience. Huge props to the TruFlo team. David, Beni, Kalef, and Darius all earned my respect and trust and TruFlo is lucky to have them on their team!

Quotes from another company much higher with less parts included and would take 2 weeks to be able to install, booked with TruFlo Air and they not only came immediately, new furnace installed same day, not 2 weeks later. First things first - I called and spoke with Cindy and she was amazing! She was kind, friendly, and very helpful. I called on a Wednesday afternoon she made an appointment for me for Thursday at 8am. On Thursday morning I meet Robert. He was here a few minutes before 8a. He was very friendly, highly knowledgeable and I never felt like I was being pushed into making a decision on the spot. I was referred to this company by a family member. They were incredibly prompt!! I called at 1:45pm, they told me a tech would be to my house at 2:45pm. Within 5 minutes I received a message that the tech was on his way to my house, he actually beat me there. (I was picking my son up from school) Moe wore shoe covers inside the house. Everywhere else I have interacted with will never come same day without you paying the extra 200 dollars even if they have an opening. We have a multi zone VFR system. The system had lost refrigerant and our thermostat had shut down the system. I am extremely pleased by the knowledge David had regarding the system and how he was able to find the causes of the refrigerant leak, do the repair and restore the system back to normal. We had two leaks and it took an extra callback where we learned that a second cause existed for the refrigerant leak. There was no extra charge for the second trip as it was under warranty from the first repair visit. Everything is cool now, pun intended.

I recently moved back home from Oregon, because I lost my mom and brother who suddenly passed away. I inherited my mom's home not realizing that her heater system was so old and was going to need many repairs. I called, they made an appointment for that day, came out gave me an estimate and I had a check into the bank to pay for the services but unfortunately it wasn't available at that moment and I tried to reschedule with the company but they insisted on coming out to help me. At a time in my life when things couldn't have gotten much worse they came to help me and what they cared more about was humanity than anything else. The men were incredibly professional their work was detailed and they took wonderful care of my mom's home. I'll recommend this company to anybody and everybody that I know who needs these type of services and at a time of year when so many things are hectic they made time for me and I appreciate them more than they'll ever know. We called TruFlo Air when our furnace quit putting out warming air. They were extremely communicative, quick to respond and set up an appointment, and always arrived on or before the scheduled time. The technician (David) who came to diagnose the problem was methodical and thorough in his approach and identified the problem but also indicated that other things could be wrong. He checked motor amperage and concluded that the motor was well on in its lifetime. That coupled with the fact that this was a 17 year old furnace convinced us to replace rather than repair the unit. We also needed ductwork redone since the original ductwork was not effective in heating several areas of the home. Truflo Air was able to schedule our job the following week which was a big relief since it was already getting cold. They arrived on time and Tony made sure the job was done well. The heating works much, much better now and delivers heat uniformly throughout the house. We are very happy with the work ethic, professionalism, and final result of their work and recommend them without hesitation!

The TruFlo Air maintenance rep arrive on time to trouble shoot our Daikin Heat Pump unit that was installed by another company in 2018. We purchased the house 1 year ago and found the heat pump unit never put our warn air. Rather it put our air cooler than the ambient air in our home that we wanted to heat. The TruAir maintenance rep inspected the system and found the original installers made an electrical error in wiring the heat pump when it was installed which resulted in the heat pump coils not being turn on when the thermostat triggered the unit for heat. Therefore fan would blow cold air through the dicts that was cooler that the air temperature in the house. Now we get heated air. . I am surprised the the previous owners of our home, who purchased the heat pump system never addressed this problem. Thank you, TruFlo Air.

I highly recommend TruFlo Air for your HVAC needs. We wanted to improve the efficiency of our heating and cooling, and we were looking to go all-electric. TruFlo Air recommended the Daikin FIT air-source heat pump. The system is incredibly quiet, user-friendly, and the upcoming summer and winter will give us our first heavy-duty test for air-source heat pumps in Albuquerque. They replaced our old HVAC system that was on the roof and in a mechanical closet with a new more efficient Daikin FIT system, It is SUPER quiet. The guys (Tony & Nate) did a great job and were very accommodating. When they completed the job, they cleaned up and made sure we were satisfied. You can’t go wrong with any of the major manufacturers of ductless mini split systems. It comes down to price and/or features. We thought the Daikin line was a good fit for us. Almost a year since TruFlo installed them, the Daikin units have been very reliable. These units are solid delivering ample heat in the winter (it’s colder here in Edgewood btw) and excellent cooling in the summer. I would highly recommend the Daikin line. I would also give a 5 star rating to TruFlo, the company that installed our units. Customer service for any questions or issues we had has been excellent!

We called them about our mini split system (which was a DIY install)not cooling, they came out within 3 days (not 3 weeks like all the other companies I called) they inspected my system, tested the coolant, explained the covering we had on the outside unit wasn't allowing enough airflow and removed it for us, and advised they couldn't find anything wrong but to call them back if it didn't get better. I called them back after the weekend and spoke to Gabe, he explained that they could come out and do a complete clean out of the refrigerant lines and put new coolant but because they didn't install the system they could guarantee or warranty the work, he was very concerned about the cost to us. he asked if he could give me a call back after he looked into other options. He did call me back within a few hours and I was surprised by his honesty, he explained that he and 2 others owned the business and they are all veterans and they could not in good conscience take our money for something they could not warranty or guarantee. He apologized and walked me through other things I could do myself to clean my system to see if it helped. I truly appreciate their honesty and compassion. When and if we need to replace our system we will call them to have it done. Thank you guys so much and thank you for your service to our country, your ethics and honor make us proud!
