I had them come in and replace a water heater and they were able to get the new water heater installed the next day (I asked if they could sooner then The quoted 4 days) which was a nice a surprise and a big help. As I had been without hot water for nearly 3 days at that point. They also worked with me on my schedule and did an excellent job. The tech Kenneth told he had to cut a hole in the wall for the new piping and I was concerned there would be large cut he instead cut into the wall with such skill that it was far smaller then I thought would be and was sufficient for the install. I cannot recommended them enough.

Out of several places I dealt with for getting my water heater replaced this was the most reasonably priced (below $3K) with others going between $3K-$5K. Talking with Charlie to set this all up was the least stressful of all the places I called and he put up with all my questions and was very friendly the whole time. They were able to get my water heater installed the next day with a very friendly and professional plumber Kenneth. He took the time to walk me through what he was going to do and how to maintain and operate my new water heater. They have definitely gained future business with me. Great job!

I had previously had them install a new water heater and air conditioner. This is why I became a return customer for this new furnace once the extent of the damage to the existing furnace became clear. From the very first point of contact through the point of service, I-Deal HVAC provided courteous and professional service for my 13-year old LG mini-split unit. They promptly replied to my inquiries and scheduled me as soon as possible. Paul Cruz and Henry Ortiz were friendly and professional service associates. Within five minutes of arrival they identified the problem--a leak in the refrigerant line. They repaired the line, drained and refilled the system, and inspected the coils. Another company charged me 100 dollars for a "diagnostic service," and never did find the problem, and seemed mostly interested in trying to sell me a brand new unit for an exorbitant price. Paul said their goal is to do the repair, and that's just what they did. I highly recommend I-Deal HVAC!

The reason I chose I-Deal Plumbing was because they were the best out of seven other companies. I had already gotten quotes from six companies before I met with Mauricio. Mauricio was the most thorough and professional; he walked me through every aspect of the installation. Most of the others did not even mention installing the furnace to code nor what it would entail to have the job done correctly. Several even lied about the how to do the job to code. Mauricio gave me an itemized quote listing the responsibilities of I-Deal Plumbing to make sure the job was to code. Even though I had already talked to six other people, I learned new information about the job from Mauricio. He was knowledgeable, conscientious and honest, in other words, he was professional. I had done research prior to getting quotes, so I knew how furnaces were ranked based on quality and customer satisfaction. Lennox was high on the list. Mauricio had to make some minor adjustments for me, but now the furnace is amazing. I did get the variable speed blower and I am so very pleased with how evenly it heats the house and maintains the set temperature. An added bonus is it is very quiet. Ultimately, I-Deal got the job because they offered a high quality product at a reasonable cost. I trusted they would do a good installation because they behaved like a professional should. They did not let me down! In fact, they exceeded my expectation by their commitment to quality work and customer satisfaction.

Faith in customer service and professionalism restored. Let’s be honest customer service went out the door with Covid. At least that has been our experience until we worked Mo Manny and their “IDEAL” (pun intended) team. They were fair, responsive, honest, and efficient. They had to engineer a complicated design to install a new HVAC system in an old home. Not only did they pull through on that, they also saved us when we encountered an unexpected and unrelated plumbing emergency. They addressed it quickly and helped us find the appropriate contractors to take care of the secondary problems like flooring. Their standards for their workmanship and final product are extremely high which is very much appreciated. If you ever find yourself looking for an HVAC specialist look no further because you would be foolish to chose anyone other than I-deal.
