My property was flooded by a water line that broke on the upstairs floor while my family was gone on vacation. Needless to say, not only was the upper floor very flooded, but the water also managed to flood the lower floor too. I was desperate for help cleaning up the huge mess so I contacted SERVPRO after getting a recommendation from a neighbor. They sent a crew out that very same morning and began work on drying out and removing all ruined drywall cabinets etc. Their team was so polite courteous and kind during the whole ordeal. They were also extremely neat and clean. They worked hard to help my whole house dry out before any damage by mold could start. I hope that I never need a water mitigation company again...but if I do...I will definitely be calling SERVPRO of Yonkers North.

We had a major soot issue in the basement at my sister’s house. When I walked in that first day, I didn't know where to turn with the mess. Soot webs everywhere! The SERVPRO of Yonkers crew came in and started the process of cleaning the walls, ceilings and all surfaces. I couldn't believe how wonderful it turned out. They were absolutely professional and very helpful with any concerns we had. I cannot recommend SERVPRO more and especially this crew! Thank you for making this awful mess go away!

We had a lower level door blow open during a recent storm in Yonkers NY causing water, mud, mulch, pine needles and stones to flood out the whole downstairs. SERVPRO’s crew came as soon as possible and worked extremely hard to remove carpeting, trim, drywall and everything else that was destroyed in the flood. They are polite, helpful, friendly and clean up after themselves every step of the way! Thank you!

During the recent heavy rainfall our sump pump was not able to keep up and flooded our entire finished basement. I called SERVPRO immediately and they showed up with a crew that was able to help us. We recently had some smoke damage occur in our kitchen from an oven fire & one of our first calls was to SERVPRO. The team then promptly came out to our home to help us. This was not our 1st experience with them, but when dealing with our home and personal belongings we knew we needed the BEST. Grateful Soul Clearings

My washer flooded my entire floor in front of my bathroom all the way into my children's room. The flooring warped over time and it became unsightly. I called Servpro to come in and replace the flooring, remove all the mold that had formed, and allowed any other necessary processes of recovery to happen. Me and my children feel much safer now and the flooring that was replaced looks identical to the surrounding floor too. Thank you so much we couldnt be more grateful.
