I had Shelby and Luis come just one time so far but they are by far the best cleaning crew I’ve ever had here. They are THOROUGH and go above and beyond. They just came yesterday and I’m still finding things they cleaned and am surprised they went that granular to make my house shine. We have three kids and three cats, a lot of messy hobbies, and a lot of carpeted rooms. When they were done the house felt ready to show as if it were going on the market haha. Honestly, they were great, and Shelby was so kind and funny. Definitely hiring them again!

Update: I was contacted after my review and was scheduled a complimentary cleaning which was stellar. I would recommend if you need standard cleaning services. I was hopeful based on the high reviews. I booked a move in clean, which I was assured would include a cleaning of the appliances. The kitchen was virtually untouched (stains in the fridge, the range was dirty, etc.), and all of the cabinets in the apartment (in the bathroom, kitchen, and closets) were also untouched. It was basically a total waste of money because I had to deep clean everything again. Also, they were late.

The cleaning was really well done. Arrived over 2 hours late though. Also things were moved which is fine but some of those things I still can’t find.The cleaning was great, but I will not be booking again because of the lateness. Updated; they offered me a free cleaning for the lateness so I moved from 3 stars to 4.

I have had the Luxury Cleaning Services clean my house for about 3 years now. Every time, and I mean every time, they do a fantastic job. My wife cook a lot and my kitchen is always a sight by the time its time for a cleaning. Every surface and appliance is always sparkling when I come home. Andrew was pleasant & responsive, by phone & in person. His staff (2 women) were attentive, careful, meticulous, and extraordinarily patient. After undergoing 3 months of bathroom renovation, our 1100 s.f. apartment was COVERED in a layer of fine dust. No matter how often we dusted, ourselves, we simply could not rid our home of the "infestation." The cleaners spent more than 9 hours in our home, giving us the floor-to-ceiling deep cleaning that we needed. By the time they left, there were no remnants of the construction mess. From start to finish, this was an exceptional experience & I would recommend Luxury Cleaning to anyone.

I can’t say enough about Nadoka Cleaning. They are so awesome. We hired them about 2weeks ago. They came and did a great deep cleaning, and they did everything they said they would do for the price they quoted. They just came for a second time, and did the same great job. I've used Luxury Cleaning for my place in Gramercy Park quite a few times. The people always finish in less than 3 hours, but also, it's only me and my place is not big at all...just a one bedroom condo. Either way, my place always looks spotless when they're done. I don't have it cleaned all the time...I'm normally a very clean/spotless type person, but when I've used them, there's never been an issue.
