This is a fantastic company! Our technician was extremely professional and did cleaning incredibly well! He was punctual, polite, and knowledgeable about his product. The stains on the carpets were removed, and now they look brand new! When the carpets are dry, there is no odor or crunchy feel to them. Based on two kids and three dogs, we just had a gut feeling that a cleaning was in order. They arrived on time, were professional, and thoroughly expressed their cleaning ideas and processes.
