I used You've Got Maids after a particularly filthy tenant was evicted, being 9 months pregnant my cleaning capacity and effort is limited and they took all the stress out of it for me! Both ladies were extremely friendly when I stopped by and they introduced themselves and made me feel very comfortable. The house looks amazing and I couldn't be happier! I believe one was name Celine and I don't remember the other ladies name, but thank you to them both! Will use them in the future and refer friends to them as well :)

I hired You've Got Maids a couple of months ago for my 11,000 square foot office building. The former cleaners had done a shoddy job, so the first cleaning was a deep clean. Each week thereafter they have done a general office cleaning of the hallways, offices, and bathrooms. Everything is very clean and smells great. They have shown up on time each week with no problems. I highly recommend.

I first hired You've Got Maids a year ago for twice monthly cleaning for my house. I've been continuously happy with their service. Christina is the co-owner and she has literally always responded to my texts within an hour, and usually within a few minutes. Bruni is our normal "lead" and she is awesome! In fact, I've liked everyone that has been sent and trust them in my home. Guadalupe and Celine just left and did a wonderful job. We are happy every other Tuesday knowing we'll have a clean house to enjoy and relax in. :)

Price is 45$/hour/maid. my total ended up being 318$ for 3.5 hours of service. but they did a great job

We were quoted that it would take 3 hours to complete a deep cleaning of our house and it took 5 hours and two trips. The first time they came the windows and blinds were not addressed at all which were a part of the deep cleaning package that they provided to us. After speaking with Jorge they came out again to complete the windows/blinds and we were charged the additional time they were there. The cleaning job itself was good, however it seems the underestimated quote was very misleading and the fact that they missed the windows/blinds completely the first time even though that was included in the deep cleaning package.

I got behind on housework but once they came in and did a wonderful job on my shower which I call my problem child I just knew I had to request them to come back on a biweekly basis. With that said things can get pretty cluttered and chaotic around here. I was a little embarrassed, but they were both extremely kind and non judgmental. They went above and beyond, cleaning baseboards, windows, tile, etc., and my house looks and smells clean. With that being said, if you use this company, ask for Jessica and Denise. Trust me - you will not be sorry.

Denise and Krista were prompt, efficient and friendly. I'm renting a condo for the winter. Due to COVID, the unit had been empty for a year. The ladies scrubbed their way through all of the "old dirt". Denise gave me hints on dealing with lime deposits in the shower and Krista advised me on the best use of ant traps. The best brand apparently is "Terro" available in most Dollar Stores. Good thing for a New Yorker in Florida to know! You've Got Maids is going to be my "go to" service every winter.
