This company is the best! My apartment always looks like I just moved in once they’ve cleaned. We have had a premium cleaning and a basic clean and both times everything looks new. Premium includes window sills, base boards, ceiling fans. They do it all. I always recommend them. Employees are always polite and professional and walk through with me at the end.

If I have ever had a question or minor issue, Chris (the owner) personally reaches out and addresses it. When my soap dispenser broke during a cleaning he reached out to find out where I had gotten it and personally delivered it to my doorstep a few days later. I feel comfortable with anyone from this company coming in my home while I am at work. Plus, it’s nice to support a locally owned Tampa business that really cares about retaining its customers!

Was to have recieved an email with licensing and binding info so I could pay for my sons service he needed this week for a move out clean; along with days that they had available. Never recieved and the owner verified my email and direct contact info too. I even asked if they needed payment in advance as it was a gift offer for my son and his wife in Florida. I own a cleaning business myself in Missouri and offered this as I understand its weird for another state to call in for someone else. I also ask for the same info that I am required to have for my sons protection. It's harder for me to fly down for 1 day to clean then it would be to hire directly, however this is what will be done now.. Gave them the address and everything. Discussed pricing and how they would get in. Just needed license and bonding info along with days they had for the week of 4.17.22. Was told I would have email on Wednesday the 13th when I called. Very unprofessional. If you offer and have direct payment. State you have openings and verify the correct address given along with my direct contact number you can at least call back and cancel. I know we are all busy, but this again is not acceptable. My son was even looking to set up monthly in their new home. Once this quick move out clean for a 1brdm apt was done. Lost business before even had it. Now I get to visit him and clean. Did not want to, but its a good thing too. Much love, hopefully next experience if one will be better. Valarie Russell

We made an appointment on the phone and throughout the 2 weeks before, I had numerous questions, which were answered right away. Edit: Ultim8 cleaning sevices offered another cleaning with excellent service. So changing to 5 stars! I scheduled a premium cleaning for my house. Firstly the cleaner came late. Secondly she doesnt know the difference well between premium cleaning and basic cleaning. Thirdly, she left many places with dust, i had to tell her each time. Not great for the price they had charged me. Still requires more professionalism and expertise.
