They were good, started off strong, but at the end lost steam. They cleaned well, but not deep clean, as advertised with toothbrush. Downstairs floor was not deep cleaned, there was still dirt spots on the kitchen floor.

The Cleaning Authority comes faithfully every two weeks. There are usually two, sometimes three, people working and they do a very good job. They are diligent, friendly, professional, wear masks and are usually done in a little over an hour on our 1725 sq. ft., 1 story, home. We have used The Cleaning Authority for many years both in Maryland and here in Florida.

Niurka and Glendaly did an awesome job deep cleaning my house. They were on time, with supplies in hand. If they were unsure about something they asked questions, politely and respectfully. Have used this company for a few years now. In general, they are reliable and do a good job. They are good about tailoring the services to your needs. I have a neuromuscular disease that makes it difficult for me to keep up with housecleaning, and to put clean sheets on king size bed. They do that for me.

Huge shout out to The Cleaning Authority, particularity Niurka and Glendaly, it was so nice today after a rough week to come home to a sparkling house. The ladies even made a point to check in with my husband before he left to find out where all the different size garbage bags are to make sure all of the cans were in order. I'm always amazed at the attention to detail they give to the rooms that are not being detailed as well. The kitchen and bath were on cycle for a regular cleaning and both were immaculate. Thank you for working with our schedule and freeing up my time to relax.

One reviewer was correct, Antony could use some more verbal people/client polishing - skills. The ladies I’ve had in my home today, I’ll give them a 4 on a scale of 5 being best. I say this because as long as I’m here overseeing the job it’s satisfactory in about 2 to 2-1/2 hours. If I’m not in my home it’s not completed to my satisfaction. The Ladies today were Niurka and Glendaly they did a great 2 - 1/2 hour job. Thank you send them again. I guess that’s a really big deal to me, to have the same ladies. Every cleaning is 2 or 3 different ladies. Sad it’s not the same ones ☹️. Will I continue with Cleaning Authority as my cleaning company? YES thank you.

I have no issue with the cleaning of our home. The ladies always did a wonderful job. My issue is because I live in Haines City and I am the only customer in this area, I get called THE DAY my home is to be cleaned and told they are not coming. It’s not cost effective for them to clean my home because I am the only customer and the ladies have to drive an hour to get to my home. I was not told at the time I signed the contract there would be times when The Cleaning Authority would not honor their portion of the contract. So, if you live in Haines City and wish to give them a try, you won’t be disappointed with the cleaning, but you may be expendable as a customer.

I don't know if you did it on purpose or not, but all of the pets stuffed animals were sitting upright and looking towards the door when i got home.
