This was my first experience using a housekeeper. I have a small child and just can't keep up with the housecleaning as much as I'd like. I also clean areas where most people don't typically clean so of course, I was hesitant about hiring a cleaning service. However, Tampa Bay Maid made everything convenient with online booking, and both email and text communication. House was cleaned well, and so far have met my expectations. I will continue to use and recommend their services to others in the future.

Omg!!! Talk about above and beyond!!! They deserve more than 5 stars!! The service I received today was absolutely impeccable! Honestly the best service I have received since moving from Japan! Very nice ladies! I actually had to leave and they finished up and locked up for me! I mean the best! I’m self employed and cleaning is hard to work into my already busy schedule. They truly provided the “and then some” treatment! I’m so excited for my next appointment!!!

So glad I found this company! Minandia is always on time, easy to communicate with which works extremely well for me since my schedule changes and is never really the same from week to week. What separates this company from any other cleaning company I’ve hired in the past is that not only do they have an online website to make scheduling and payment easy, but the products they use have such clean ingredients. The house always smells great! I trust this company 100% and so happy I found them!

Great company to work with and they did a great job cleaning. Was quoted us a very competitive price. Of the 3 companies we used the last 5 years to do a deep one time cleaning of our house this is the only one my wife wanted me to call back after using. We just setup a bi weekly cleaning.

Minadia and Kailla showed up and showed out! When I say they they treat your home as theirs when cleaning, I truly mean it. These two young ladies were very polite, good sprited, polite, and professional from the time they pulled into the driveway and to the completion of the job. With a company like this, you can't go wrong. They are very courteous, and explain things they see during the cleaning process, that you're not even aware of(needed info). This, I really do appreciate and value. They come in with all their own cleaning supplies, didn't even take a for sure break( I'm like omg). They advertised getting the job done in one day, from start to finish. And, yes it's so true! They did stand on their word, and left our new bought home smelling so fresh, tubs, sink, knobs, light fixtures, windows, etc(you name it), sparkling like new. They did soo much cleaning, and im so happy to have chosen this company on-line. Yes, Google. Best decision made, and will most definitely be using them again, and already referred them to two friends before they even finished our home. Minandia was very professional and responsive. I was looking for a company to deep clean my house prior to moving in and her company did exactly that. Even when I made the mistake of not having the water turned at the time of my appointment she let me know and made arrangements to come back as soon as water was available. I highly recommend this company for cleaning services.

I usually clean everything in my own before I move but this time I did not have time. I hired Executive Touch to help me out. Minadia did a thorough job catching the things I missed. She was communicative throughout, she verified what exactly I needed her to focus on, sending before and after pictures for me to make sure she didn't miss anything. I don't normally leave reviews, but I had to leave one for Tampa Bay Maid. This was my first time having a professional company clean my home and it won't be my last! From the very first encounter Minadia was very professional. She was very prompt in returning my inquiry and gave me a competitive quote. She answered all my questions and put me at ease about having strangers in my home, especially during this pandemic. One day of my cleaning, Minadia arrived on time and she adhered to covid-19 precautions. She was very thorough in her cleaning. I can be very particular when it comes to how I want things to be cleaned and Minadia far exceeded my expectations! I was and am very satisfied with my cleaning and will continue to use her services. I highly recommend her and company and I know you won't be disappointed.
