June, Hailee and Kelly arrived fully equipped with the tools needed to clean my small home. They began work immediately after a quick orientation of each room for special instructions or 'off limits' kinds of things. They completed the work in just over 3.5 hours and were superb! I love the end result! I hope this review helps them get a bonus, they really worked hard and in today's world, it is hard to find that kind of commitment!

Pamela and Amber were absolutely fantastic! My apartment needed some TLC and they sure did make it look great within 2 hours! They each had such wonderful personalities and really did great my place to shine. One comment would be for the company to make sure that they have what they need to complete everything seamlessly. I think there was an issue with there being a short in the vacuum and this caused a bit of a headache for them. If the back office makes sure the associates cleaning have what they need functioning the way it should, they wouldn’t have to fight with it to be able to do their jobs efficiently. 10 out of 10 recommend these 2 ladies though!

Margaret Garstka and her team (Team 4, Margaret, Darlene and Amber) always does a great job cleaning our apartment! We have two dogs who shed A LOT and while a robot vacuum does a good job keeping most of the hair at bay, we can always tell when it is time for our monthly Molly Maid appointment. The bathrooms always look pristine after their clean, and Margaret always ensures a high level of attention to detail, which is much appreciated. Thank you for your help, we love Molly Maid!

Margaret and Darlene showed up 15 minutes before the start of the arrival window which worked out great. They were professional and nice and did a great job on the ‘one time cleaning’ of my Riverview home! Would definitely recommend MM, and specifically Margaret and Darlene. They rock!

I just had my home cleaned by Carmen and Jansy and I am blown away. They went above and beyond my expectations and were very thorough. I am pretty picky about how I clean things myself and was a little nervous since I haven't trusted anyone else in the past to do my cleaning for me, but they did a much better job than I could have ever done. Definitely passed the white glove test. Life gets busy and keeping things cleaned like baseboards, windows, ceiling fans, light fixtures, cabinets, countertops, bathrooms, floors, etc are hard to keep up with. This was a huge weight off my shoulders. There is nothing like the feeling of a clean home. I will definitely use your services again. Thank you!

This cleaning was a gift from a dear friend. June and Jennifer showed up on time and were professional. They worked like a cleaning tag team. My floors have never looked this good and they cleaned everything I asked, plus more! The other cleanings I have had done in the past did not compare in the least to Molly Maid. Molly Maid's cleaning was much more detailed and thorough.

There are many different cleaning services in my area, but Molly Maid had the best reviews so I scheduled a walkthrough. Rosa was great and came on time, walked through the house, and left a quote with me. The experience wasn't pushy at all and made me feel very comfortable. I booked a bi-weekly cleaning and so far it's been great. Team 4 (Margaret & Ashley) have been fantastic. The first time they came they did an amazing job - the house was spotless! The second time they came they asked if there was anything that they missed the first time so they could make sure to clean it this time. I love the open communication. The team arrives on time, works hard, and does an amazing job. I would highly recommend. Although Molly Maids was the highest quote I received, I think it is well worth the price for the work they do and they reputation they have.

3 people came in for initial cleaning and it went really well. They cleaned well & the house felt nice for what we paid. I had my toddler & newborn at home with me & they were able to work around us home. I do want to put this out there though, please don't kiss someone else's kid that you don't know!!! One of the cleaners was enjoying time with my toddler which I didn't mind but ended up kissing her on the cheek before she left. Now me, my toddler & my newborn are all home sick with some kind of virus. Obviously I can't trace the exact cause of getting sick but my toddler was the first one to show symptoms, not long after their cleaning. & I really hope this isn't RSV because of my newborn... enjoyed the service but please don't touch my babies. 🥺 Or maybe wear masks?

We've been using Molly Maids regularly for almost a year and Rosa and the team have been wonderful and flexible as needed with our schedule. Susan and crew do a great job every time they come. They ask if there's anything specific that needs focus, they clean thoroughly and everything looks and smells wonderful when they leave. I never knew I'd appreciate and enjoy having someone clean my house, but since they do such a great job, I don't have to 're-clean' when they leave!

I had high expectations based on the reputation of the company, but they greatly exceeded them! I don’t think my condo has been this clean since the builder completed construction on it 18 years ago. Team # 2 (Krista and Belicia) came to our house, for the first deep clean (A little pricey for the first time, yet I was told the price per hour upfront-the hourly rate and approx how long, so it was ok... a lil shock, even with a $25 discount, but 3 hours for our (about) 1200 sq ft apartment. It kinda works out ok because to move forward, it’s then really affordable) They came with all their own cleaning supplies, and they were also covered up due to the pandemic. We have a high-risk son at home, so that was very important. I also got into a very bad car accident beginning of January, so I had high expectations, because I am not able to clean like they did. They came to do a deep clean, they got every nook and cranny in our house, even some places that I didn’t think of. Very detailed and timely. I look forward to building a more long-term relationship with them so they learn everything that I like done personally. I would recommend Molly Maids to anyone! Great team, thorough, and myself and husband were satisfied. Everything super clean with no chemical smells - made my day! Definitely going to have them come at least once a month if not twice. Highly recommended!

My house was very neglected due to my health, it was so overdue for cleaning. Erica and Cristal worked very hard for 2 1/2 hours straight, I never saw them even stop for a break. I was so happy to have them help me out and I felt comfortable with them here. They left everything smelling great and looking clean. I'm excited for them to come back and take care of some things they couldn't get to because I limited the time they could clean. We've been using Molly Maids for years and they are GREAT! We've had a few different teams over time- so I do want to mention that our last team (I believe Susan and Candace) always did a great job! Over the past few months, we've had Amanda & Nicky as our team and they are ALWAYS fantastic! Extremely pleasant and thorough- we have 3 hairy dogs so it's no easy task! We recently went out of town and had to change our cleaning date- so we were sent a different crew. I was surprised when they told me they were finished after an hour, because it usually takes 2+! Once they left, I quickly realized that they had missed A LOT. Maybe I only noticed because the standard had already been set so high by our previous crews...but it was bad enough for us to call Molly Maids to see what could be done. I was willing to deal with it and just finish the cleaning myself but figured we could at least get a partial credit on our account. Molly Maids offered to send the crew back over to finish the job- which I declined. They then offered to send our normal team over- which I accepted. Amanda and Nicky came over the same day-even though it was far from the route they were on- and were incredibly sweet about it. I pointed out a few of the concerns that I had, and they found the rest! The house was then re-cleaned up to our normal standard! This was the only issue that we've ever had, and Molly Maids was quick to make it right! Happy customer☺️

Today I had Molly Maid, Nicky & Amanda, clean my house for the first time. They arrived early and did a great job cleaning even with my kids and husband at home. They were very thorough, literally cleaning everything within their reach, and worked fast and efficiently as a team. Friendly and responsive, I found them easy to be around and would recommend them for whatever housekeeping needs you may have. Their regular weekly cleaning includes many things most of us don't do weekly ourselves, such as baseboards, ceiling fans, light fixtures, and planter shelves, as well as the usual vacuuming, dusting, bathrooms, and kitchen work. I recently used Molly Maid of Greater Tampa for a move-in cleaning and was very pleased with the service. Erica and Mary arrived on time and completed the cleaning with professionalism and were EXTREMELY thorough - e.g., on hands and knees cleaning baseboards, wiping down walls that had scuff marks, getting out hard water stains on toilets. We were able to move into our new home without worrying about anything - I would highly recommend their services. My only complaint is that their pricing is vague - I was quoted a range of potential prices for their services, but since the cleaning took a while, the price ended up being outside of that range based on time. So just a warning, you may have to dish out more than the quoted price, but the quality of the work is worth it.

I am posting on behalf of the following employees: Amanda, Nikki, Susan, April, and Rachel. Monica also came on one occasion when another person was sick. For the first several times of my home being cleaned beginning on June 13th Amanda and Nikki were my main cleaners. They were cordial, prompt, mannerly, and very professional. I previously wrote in to say how pleased I was with their work. They had a “plan” as to who cleaned what room, and it was well done. I was more than happy with their work ethics, and both are an asset to your company. On another occasion, (I believe it was October 3rd) Monica came with Amanda and overall, it was a job well done. Unfortunately, Monica was assigned to change the sheets on my bed. I am assuming that her prior manager did not show her about tucking in the corners of the sheets. She did not tuck under any part of the corners of the sheets and they hung down almost to the floor. The comforter placed on top of the sheets was then placed “horizontally”, and I had to redo it when I realized it was incorrect. Very sloppy job... sorry. Monica also did not wipe down the breakfast table which had individual place mats which needed cleaning, not to mention the table itself. I wasn’t paying my usual attention and didn’t know these things weren’t done. I am usually home when your staff is scheduled to come over, so I can easily watch them clean. At the next visit, (October 17), I felt I had to say something to the manager about the things I found wrong previously. The manager who came was Susan. She came with April, and I spoke to them prior to them beginning to clean. I must say, that cleaning job was exceptionally well done. I don’t know if it was the talk prior to them beginning their job or what, but I couldn’t be more pleased with their work. They were both serious workers who did their jobs to the highest standards. Definitely workers for you to consider keeping in your company. Today, October 31st, Amanda and Rachel came for my scheduled cleaning. As usual, with Amanda managing the job, she has no problem explaining to the other worker how to perform a job correctly, as expected by the company. What I like is she does this in a way that the co-worker isn’t offended and uses the ideas Amanda gives them. Amanda seems to enjoy her work and is excellent at it. Another one not to lose. I would also say the same for Nikki”..

I was called back quickly after requesting an estimate and was able to get a scheduled cleaning very fast. Carmen and Belice showed up on time and they were very nice. They understood what was needed and did a fantastic job. They had a lot of mold, dirt and dust to clean and when the house was done it was a huge improvement and smelled so good. Long but detailed review: I’ll always leave a little room for improvement. I’m extremely picky and just started weekly services a few weeks ago. I provide my own cleaners for 2 rooms with no problem from the team at all. The cleaning is overall 99.9% amazing(again I’m picky). My only pet peeves is the baseboards are done with a duster and not a towel. The towel being wet or dry doesn’t matter. I have 2 dogs and 2 cats and usually a bunch of foster kittens so cleanliness is very important. The room where the litter boxes are always collects more dust because of the litter. I go back in each room and check for every detail that is part of the cleaning. Usually there is something small they miss. No biggie. I point it out to the cleaners and they always fix it. It’s never the same thing each time. I’m so detailed it’s bound to happen because we are all human. My bathrooms and kitchen usually always come out perfect but I notice tiny details they missed like my shower head wasn’t being cleaned to my liking with the cleaner I provide. I pointed it out they fixed it I’m sure it won’t be overlooked next time. Also my caulking around my toilet doesn’t get that “special” detail I like so I always go back and do it. Usually because I forget to tell them while they’re here. Also I’m not sure they even do that. And that all my baseboards are done with the long poles duster and not a towel which makes it harder to actually clean it. I try to always tip the cleaners one because the cleaning is great and two for dealing with me. I also usually provide a big snack bowl and bottle water for them. I would HIGHLY recommend them to clean your home. Amanda and Nicky are amazing!!

I guess I have to get use to how things are done in Tampa. The beds aren't crisp and wringled free. The stove isn't cleaned unless reminded and it seems this may be the same for the microwave. After returning home the first time and seeing the coffee pot not cleaned and mold forming as well as the bed looking as if someone had taken a nap, I reached out to Molly Maids. They confirmed the bed looked as I had described and stated it wasn't their doing. They also stated they didn't wash dishes and the coffee pot is considered a dish. After they cleaned a second time, I took pictures of the bed again [looked the same as the previous pic sent] but this time added the microwave and stove to it. As they hadn't been cleaned. No response from Molly Maids...I told the ladies next time to please make a wringle free bed. I sent an email to Rosa and asked her if she would approve of this bed? No response.... The crew was nice. Ladies, lovely but the training needs to happen to make a bed and clean the appliances.
