Haley did a fantastic job- she paid attention to detail and was very thorough. She left my house in better shape with her “standard cleaning” than several “deep cleans” I have paid for in the past. She was warm and friendly, handling the interruptions from both of my toddlers with patience and kindness while still maintaining speed and efficiency.

Stupendous! The housekeeper arrived right on time for the first cleaning on my house which had not been cleaned for 3 months. She did an amazing job, getting into every nook and cranny. When she left I felt like I was in a Five Star hotel. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone.

We engage MaidPro to clean once a month. Our team of Chani, Jordan and Annarose were very personable and courteous. They got right to work and did a fantastic job. We started out using the Cleaning Authority, and were unimpressed by their deep clean, but our MaidPro team (Olga, Adria, and Angerlie) was amazing. Their standard deep clean was quite nice, and our fridge is sparkling from their fridge clean. They were also willing to dust on top of the cabinets since I had a long-handled Swiffer duster. 10/10 would recommend!

We have used Maidpro Tampa for several years now at two separate residences. We have always been pleased with Maidpros office staff and cleaning pros. We had such a wonderful experience today with Chani, Micheal, and Rebecca. Everyone was working quickly and efficiently without sacrificing attention to detail. They hustled! Chani gave me some great pointers and also noticed many things that needed attention that we hadn’t noticed. And she was so right! Most importantly, they have always been so kind and considerate toward our multiple pets. Which is a big deal to our family. But hey, the pets are job security! Because trying to keep your house clean when you have multiple pets is like trying to brush your teeth while eating Cheetos. Thanks Maidpro. Highly recommend!

Alexis N. did a very thorough deep cleaning of my new apartment that was left a mess by the previous tenant. She cleaned everything that I pointed out, from the refrigerator to the oven. I actually noticed she went above and beyond by organizing things after she had cleaned much better than I would’ve organized that’s for sure. After the cleaning she gave me tips on how to maintain my wood floors and wood furniture to keep them looking their best. Excellent experience and I highly recommend the service.

They did a pretty good job when they came out and cleaned my house. I would say they could do better with their understanding of what needs to be cleaned and taken care of when someone is moving. They do not do doors windows walls or vents. Keep that in mind. I was told otherwise when I first spoke to them then the manager who's been there 14 years said that was highly incorrect.

I asked them to wash my dishes and clean off some outdoor chairs that were dirty/stained and they exceeded my expectations. While those weren't part of the normal list of tasks they worked them into our time. They washed, dried and put away the dishes and got off most of the junk from the outdoor cushions! I've used another service in the past and MaidPro was head-and-shoulders above their competition in terms of quality and efficiency. They made my house sparkle!

Dakota and Brittany did an excellent job cleaning my apartment on Sat 7/23/22, and it was one of the best cleaning jobs of my apartment in quite some time. Most notably, my master bathroom shower floor, which is made of textured plastic, has been very hard to clean. It has had black stains that have been very hard to come out. Your previous cleaning crews have struggled cleaning it in the past, and understandably so as this type of surface is very hard to clean. With that being said, my master shower floor is the cleanest it has been in quite some time. While I'm not sure which one of them was responsible for cleaning that particular part of my apartment, I give credit to both of them. And that's not to take away from the excellent job they did cleaning my apartment overall. Best overall service on my apartment from Maidpro Tampa in quite some time, and it's all due to the professional work of Dakota and Brittany. Highest of recommendations!!!

I had some issues with the initial cleaning and called the Company as it was imperative to have my home looking just so as it was going up for sale. Within a few hours, a new crew arrived. Kimberly, PJ and Youany were awesome as they went to work quickly to address the issues. In the short time they were in my home, the home looked 100% better than when the initial crew came. After a round of terrible cleaning services, we have finally hit the JACKPOT. MaidPro made it easy to book our cleanings for our salon. Toya Jones was absolutely amazing!! First time using them. 3 hour minimum for a 1br 1 bath apartment. Finished in 2 hrs. Had to come up with busy work for Rebecca to do. First visit should be adjustable since you are coming into an unknown and your estimate might be too much or not enough. The 2nd visit is a 2 hr minimum. Contract can be canceled after that. Beware when signing contract. They also dont sent all info promise via email. Rebecca did a good job cleaning. I just felt bad for her since she lived over an hour away from me. I am just not a fan of their business structure. So after 2 I am cancelling.

Fracturing my foot ahead of Thanksgiving meant I couldn't be my usual super woman self and prepare everything for family staying over the holidays. Have you ever just exhaled, knowing your entire home was cleaned top to bottom in one go? I did, and realized I hadn't had that feeling in a LONG time. Turned my frown into a smile!!! On 12/4/2021 I had a move out cleaning done. I was told that they would need 6 hours to clean from between the hours of 2pm and 6pm they arrived supposedly at 2:09pm by 3:45 I was called to be informed that they needed another hour to complete the job. After spending $486 of my Christmas money to get there the next day to find out that nothing was done but the windowsill. I made the assumption that the service was excellent however when I arrived to do a walkthrough nothing had been cleaned.they came back to redo the job and I was impressed with the service rendered and grateful for Yinet, and Mejine for a job well done!!

These guys are amazing! I had called them Tuesday morning to schedule a move-out cleaning at a rental house that we had lived in for 34 days after moving from Wisconsin. After living in rental house for 4 day we found our forever home and closed 30 days later. Tuesday afternoon around 12:30 pm when we arrived at our new house with our moving truck, the sellers were still in the house and NOT cleaned. I freaked! I thought it was a long shot, but I called MaidPro again. I asked them if they did same day house cleaning and I was told "Yes, that is why we over staff". Instant relief! In about an hour, MaidPro sent in a team of 3, Derek, Carmen & Hannah to clean our house, with all their cleaning supplies (thank goodness, because I surely had no idea where my cleaning supplies were!). They were professional, calming and understanding of the fiasco at hand. They had house cleaned in no time. I recommend using MaidPro whether it be a one-time cleaning or scheduled weekly/monthly cleaning.

The communication was fantastic, it was easy to add more “time” to their services (for the day), and they were a joy to have in my home.

I gave a four star review but it is a combination of two services. We had scheduled to have a one time deep cleaning. The crew showed up within the time slot and the three ladies were nice and personable. They split up and began to work. Later on the supervisor came to me and requested some additional time to fully complete the job. That was OK since I had been advised of the possibility. Once they were done, they brought me the invoice to sign and I did, but they seemed to be in a hurry and were headed out the door. I said I would like to do a walk through to be sure it was done completely. I did find an area or two that was missed and the supervisor wiped the couple of places I pointed out. The rest of the crew was already outside loading the car. The supervisor then went out and they were gone. I immediately began to fully inspect the house and discovered numerous issues in various areas, so I knew it wasn't just one person who had missed something. I called the office and the person there was very nice and said she would send a different crew out to address the issues. Within a couple of hours Brandy showed up and went to work. In fact, she not only cleaned the areas missed but a more thorough clean in other areas. A little later Katrina from quality control came and helped as well. All together they spent another two hours cleaning. I wish they had been the team who showed up first. I have always used a personal cleaning service, never a franchise. While the house ultimately was done to my satisfaction, I don't think it was a great value since I paid for over 7 hours of time, which did not include Brandy and Katrina since I was not charged for their time, to have my house deep cleaned. In the past I have had a single person spend less time, and at a much lower cost to get the same results. So without Brandy and Katrina I would have given 2 stars. But Brandy's and Katrina's 5 star work pulled that number up.

I am giving them 3 stars because of the customer service, I had cancelled my services over the phone because I was moving to Tallahassee. The next month I got charged again even after I cancelled my services. I spoke with Jesenia and she happened to "finally remember" our conversation from a month ago. She refunded the charge. A week later I get a call from Julie stating that Jesenia informed her that she never had that conversation with me and was not allowed to refund me in the first place because I "never" cancelled. I am forever thankful that my mother taught me to always write down the dates, times, and who I spoke with because of situations like this!

So I was all set to give MaidPro a bad review after the first day - the team that came out might have been new or something - but they performed a "deep clean" of a 2-story, 1800-sq.ft. condo in less than an hour. Needless to say, they did NOT do an excellent job. I was beyond upset, and called the company to let them know that the team hadn't even remotely done a basic clean, let alone a deep clean. It was like they halfheartedly threw around a feather duster and kind of ran the vacuum over some high traffic areas. I spoke directly ith Julie, whom I believe is the general manager, and she advised that they would get someone out the next day to take care of the problem. The team that came out the second day was nothing short of magical - professional, polite, and even funny - and they did an AMAZING job. They met and exceeded my expectations that I had even before the first team had come out - and the house looks amazing. I would like to mention them by name to make sure that MaidPro is aware they are an amazing team - Curtesha Cousin, Rebecca Cooper, and Angela Williams. I can't speak for any of the other teams at the company other than this one and the first one that came out, but if you call, I would request these ladies. You will not be disappointed.

Overall, the experience with MaidPro was a great one! My family recently returned to the state to live in one of our homes; we’re still unpacking, but wanted some cleaning done in the meantime. After calling around to multiple cleaning services, I determined that MaidPro had the most accommodating hours for the prices that they offered. One the day that the ladies were scheduled to arrive, I was a little worried about signing a contract with the company—the cleaning ladies arrived to the incorrect address; but I then learned that it was through no fault of their own, so I kept an open mind about the quality of services MaidPro could provide. Once Visuan, Candy, Giomishia arrived, I quickly gave them the list of tasks I wanted performed for each room; the ladies promptly got to work. I left and came home to a fresh-smelling home. I was even presently surprised that the ladies had time to accomplish additional tasks that I had not even given them, such as putting dishes and pots away that were on the kitchen counters, and even mopping the common living areas. So, I’m happy with the initial services that these ladies provided—it makes me confident that I made the right choice by going with MaidPro! 9/14/19 Update: MaidPro Has Done It Again! I have scheduled monthly cleanings thru MaidPro. This month, I did call ahead to time to schedule a deep cleaning—I’m expecting, so I need my home to be extra clean when I bring the little one home this week. Gloria and Jocelyn did an excellent job in the time allotted. They came in, I quickly gave them the lay of the land, and they got right to work. I have used Maid Pro for years! I find the entire experience to be top notch. I mean, come on, they have some cool marketing- and then when you call into the office to get a quote, they are very thorough and professional. They did a preliminary interview on my house size, amount of people, etc, gave me the price, (which seemed average and fair) and a window of time of when the girls would arrive and we set up the date. The team arrived in the estimated window of time, with just a few minutes to spare. They were in company logo shirts, clean, and friendly. They brought in their cleaning tools, took a quick walk through the house reviewing with me what was most important, and got right down to business. The office lady had estimated I would need 2 girls for approx 1.5 to 2 hours (3 to 4 hours combined) and they were pretty spot on. OK, I admit, it had been awhile since I had cleaned the guest room and bath, so they did need just a tad bit more time. But, the office called me and reviewed this with me and I agreed to the additional fees. Anyway- for the most part they were lighting fast, and did a spectacular job. My floors, mirrors, counters just sparkled, and the house smelled great too. I think I have been using them for 4 plus years- and they are just really good. I mean, I even leave a tip for the cleaners! If you're looking for a good worry free experience, then call them. I'm glad I made that phone call many years ago.

After finally retiring from 20 years in the military, we had lived in our military house for 10 years and it was in pretty rough shape... Way too much for us to clean well enough ourselves to pass a military housing inspection. Our movers took a day longer than expected, so we hired MaidPro to clean our house the day before our final inspection. We were guaranteed that our house would be first on the list for the day, and the cleaners would be there at 8am. At 11am, they arrived and were ready to clean. We paid for a 3 hour cleaning and when they realized it would take longer, the head office called and asked if we wanted them stay an additional 3 hours to guarantee a thorough cleaning. We knew there would be some things even professional cleaners couldn't get, like crayon off the walls, so when the maids left after 6 hours, we started working on those impossible spots. As I was working on the walls, I noticed dust on the walls and baseboards. As I moved to clean it, I saw dust on the adjacent wall... Then I turned around and noticed the doors weren't dusted, the top of the door jam wasn't dusted... Nothing in the house had been dusted at all! We couldn't clean all those impossible spots AND clean all the things we just paid $700 to have professionals clean, so we had to reschedule our housing inspection from Friday to the Tuesday after a long weekend, delay our move, and pay for 3 extra days in a hotel. We called to ask for a reclean, and we were told the cleaners would be at the gate, waiting for an escort on base at 1030 Saturday morning, and we would receive a call when they were 10 minutes away. Instead, we received a call at 9, then I waited an extra hour for the next two cleaners to arrive... Not a good start to the reclean either. Dylan, Misty & Lynell took a look around our house and realized way more than we did that wasn't "up to company standard," as they put it. They set out to make it right, and were courteous, professional and friendly during the entire visit. Additionally, I noticed Lynell got a flat tire on the way to our house, and I was so pleased with their personal and friendly response, I removed and patched her tire myself while they cleaned. In the end, they made it right... But not until after we already had to delay our move and pay for 3 more days of hotels. -1 Star for the initial cleaning, -1 Star for the poor communication getting them there on time in the first place. The 3 sent out for the reclean impressed me so much, I'd be willing to give MaidPro another shot if I was staying in Tampa... But probably not if it was an emergency.

Was in last minute dire need of move-in cleaning for our house - sooo dire and sooo last minute - I paid waaay more than I normally would for a move-in cleaning (hence 4:5 stars) but it was THAT BAD of a need and I'm SUPER grateful that they had cleaners available to come at such short notice so I'm NOT complaining!!! Sarah, Katrina, and Docey worked up quite a sweat trying to erase the prior tenants built-up filth. This house has GREAT potential - just needs to be power-washed inside and out with bleach a couple times and then I'll be willing to invite friends over to enjoy. She made sure the girls were always on time, never sent girls if they had even a sniffle and when doctors appts changed, she was so understanding and accommodated our last minute time changes without hesitation. Samantha, Tyquetta, Ann, Brittni, Jennifer, Donna, Sarah, Amanda, Nate, and Letisha all cleaned the house various times and amazingly, each time the quality of the cleaning never varied. They were all swift, thorough and didn't leave until the place was immaculate. My boss is now able to come back home to Miami but we are so grateful that MaidPro gave us one last thing to worry about during this very stressful time.
