Love the team I am currently using! Very detailed cleaning and thorough. The team is always helpful when I ask for certain requests. I am always satisfied with our cleanings and they go beyond what is expected. I have been using maid brigade for many years and very happy with not only the cleaning service but the calling service as well. In the past I have had minor complaints and they make sure they fix the issue one way or another. Very pleased with our service overall and will continue to use Maid Brigade.

Team #15 did an amazing job!! We are moving out of our home and it was a disaster! They were so great to work with us and start in areas that were ready to be cleaned while we finished getting everything out of the house. Everything smells clean and looks great. Maid Brigade Team 3 came highly recommended to me. I was very impressed with their cleaning of my home. IT IS SPOTLESS.... I recently had to give away my 2 cats, because of my asthma and allergies and I just couldn't breathe anymore. I hated to give them away, but I had to think of my health as I am getting older. We've been using Maid Brigade for a few weeks now after using another service previously, and we really love and highly recommend them! They do a great job, are responsive if we ask them to touch something up, and are always friendly and professional. The staff is absolutely wonderful. Our most recent cleaning was given by Team Eleven, and they were great! They even took it on themselves to re-mop all the floors with extra Fabuloso when I said how much I liked the smell of their cleaners, and went back under the kitchen table when they (not me!) noticed a spot had been missed. We were so happy when the office said that they could perform our future cleanings, too! The only complaint I have is that they were surprised when I tipped them for their hard work. If you book (and definitely do book!) be sure to tip these hard working folks! They more than deserve it. Another note - the deep cleaning performed initially was probably the best cleaning our home has ever seen, either by myself or another service. Even if you don't want regular services, I HIGHLY recommend a deep cleaning by them! Our home has never looked better.

We have been using Maid Brigade for the past couple months, and they’ve been amazing! They are very quick as they move throughout the house, and leave it incredibly clean and fresh after each service. The ladies are a joy to have around, and they do the cutest things in the kid’s rooms - cute ways of folding their blankets and towels, and fun ways of arranging their stuffed animals. The office staff has been great to work with as well, and everyone has been incredibly accommodating and responsive. I’m a working mother of two, so having a reliable and professional group to work with has been hugely helpful. I did a lot of research on the cleaning services in my area, and I’m so happy to have chosen Maid Brigade!

I looked for a cleaning service for several months before deciding on Maid Brigade. I interviewed six companies including Maid Brigade. which I was impressed with the most. They have delivered on every promise. They show up on time, do an outstanding job cleaning my home which is large by most standards ( about 4,500 square feet), are reasonably priced and are a pleasure to deal with. Fantastic company! Very easy to get a hold of and schedule a cleaning. Friendly and professional. They explain everything that will be completed so you know what to expect from the cleaning. We had a deep clean done on our home (3900sq ft) which was immaculate and totally worth the money. They got out stains I thought would never go away. The ladies were so nice and respectful of our home. I will definitely be using this company again.

I have been using Maid Brigade for just over a year. They come bi-weekly to help keep bathrooms and kitchens clean and the house vacuumed and tidy. Most recently, I've had Luz and Melita (Team #9) who are fantastic! They always do special things, like folding towels prettily or wiping down exterior windows. They always arrive on time and are very accommodating to starting where we need them to (my husband and I both work from home). I turned to Maid Brigade after my previous cleaning service - like so many these days, sadly - couldn't retain/recruit staff. Maid Brigade was recommended by someone on NextDoor. Disclaimer: they were ~15% more expensive than my previous service...but you get what you pay for. Salaried, bonded and insured employees. Wonderful scheduling/reminder service (guaranteed 2 hour window, with text messages!) and always available (and proactive) customer service. Finally, always on time (no more being held hostage all day by floating schedules!) In execution: professional, considerate and thorough. My most recent team (#11) did a stellar job in making bathrooms and sinks squeaky clean. The house simply smelled amazing. Everything so nicely organized and put away. I always do a thorough 'put away' before they come to allow room to clean; awesome job cleaning within. This is the third time Maid Bridage were through my house (I signed up for a 6 session package, every two weeks, at a promotional rate), and every cleaning was stellar. Definitely extending beyond this period.

This last week, I had a Maid Brigade for the deep cleaning service for the bi-annual, 5 week in-law visit. This is the first time is 25 years my mother-in-law did not offer to “help” me clean for the holidays because every square inch of my house was sparkling!! The team from Maid Brigade has been routinely cleaning our home for several years and I will never change! I have had several very nice independent cleaning ladies over the years. Nothing compares to a team cleaning! It is convenient to schedule and change, if something comes up. They have always arrived when scheduled, which is very important to us. The quality of service is the best- my home is spotless top to bottom for everything in sight. The price is competitive, and I trust the cleaning team in my home. Owner Carrie Knight has been great from the first visit with quote and Angelica does a great job of making sure we stay on a routine cleaning schedule. Bonus: My cleaning team is friendly, they know my house and family, and don’t mind working around our kids or the dog when we are all here at the same time. I trust and will continue to use Maid Brigade.

Maid Brigade provides an awesome service, for a fairly good price. They are easy to schedule, very friendly when I call their main office and the cleaning groups they send out are always efficient, personable & hard working. Most of the time they always do something a little extra like folding the towels in different designs or leaving a little something behind that makes us smile. They even do things I said were not necessary like cleaning dishes in the sink or completely make the bed. We love their service and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs it.

The notes you give one team are kept centrally, so every subsequent team knows what to do. Cleanings while you're on vacation make your home a pleasure to return to. Important note: Their policy for skipped weeks is more customer-friendly than that of some other services. They are also bonded, so you can feel secure entrusting them with a copy of your house key (that they keep locked up in their office) or the combination to your key's lock box at your door, so you'll return home to a sparkling clean house after being gone for a few weeks or months.

However, I'd be ashamed not to post a review of Maid Brigade. Maid Brigade replaced another local cleaning company that had just been there 2 weeks before and who I had to let go. The ladies from Maid Brigade were fantastic and their attention to detail was exactly what we'd hoped for, but unfortunately not expecting anymore due to prior service. Maid Brigade is a fabulous cleaning service! After moving to Tampa in 2016, I was looking for a reliable cleaning firm and a friend introduced me to Maid Brigade. After speaking with the franchise owner to discuss my preferences, a cleaning "plan" was established. The first appointment was a deep clean where the team took care of everything from the baseboards to the ceiling fans. When I arrived home, I entered to a fresh smelling and sparkling home. Their attention to detail was incredible. They touched every surface and left nothing undone. I was very impressed! I now have my cleaning team come once per month to handle the deep cleaning for me. They actively communicate with me to assure I am prepared for them and that I am satisfied with my service. They always pay great attention to detail. They bring their own supplies and good "green" cleaning products are good for our home environment. They always send a team of two to clean, usually the same two ladies who know my home, kids, and dog. The teams of ladies are warm and friendly! If 4.5 stars were an option, I would have rated as such. We've used Maid Brigade 3 times now and overall have Been very pleased. Although all is cleaned to the very detail, blinds and furniture are often not how we left them after the clean. Great to know that the carpet is vacuumed under the club chair, but putting the house back together is a bother as I do the walk through. Small price to pay for a clean home. I will continue use Maid Brigade for sure.

They did a great job cleaning our entire house after we moved out but before new tenants moved in. Wow, I had Maid Brigade out for the first time to do a deep clean an Team 2 Angie & Ana showed up promptly and went to work. I was amazed at their efficiency and speed at which they worked. They cleaned every nook and cranny of our home, dare I say they cleaned it as if it was their own! Right down from the baseboards to our chandeliers and lighting fixtures. I am sick at this time and they ended up taking care of me bringing me items, drinks, brought our Amazon packages in off the front porch. I felt as if I had two extra mothers looking after me. In closing, they removed all items from our fridge and completely cleaned it out and reorganized everything, cleaned our double stoves, and to top it off they let my two pups out onto our patio and vacuumed/cleaned our puppies wood crate, talk about going the extra mile. I don't have the money to spend on this and when I do I tend to be picky and look over everything that was done, wanting to make sure it was money worth spending. I could not find a single spot that was missed! No shelf was too high or dresser too cluttered for them to dust. All of the things I don't have time to do or don't like doing was all done. Baseboards, fans, blinds, everything. It was money so worth spending because it was the gift of time to me and it was done thoroughly.
