We have been using Home Services for the last year and a half. We found them by asking the previous homeowner who he used since we were new to Key West. They have been wonderful. They come every two weeks. They are prompt, thorough, and courteous. Amanda always responds quickly if I call her. The girls that come to clean are so sweet and do such a great job. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a great, reliable, and trustworthy cleaning company.

After moving to Key West from Chicago, we were looking for a reliable, dependable service for regular home cleanings. Home Services Key West has come to our rescue! The owner Amanda (also from Chicago, ha!) has set us up on a regular schedule. We get the same crew every 2 weeks and they are extremely kind and capable. They clean everything and come with their own supplies and equipment which is the best part. Becuase they come as a team, cleanings take such a short amount of time so I'm not inconvenienced. We are thrilled with the quality of service and responsiveness and highly recommend their cleaning services!

Amanda took over for a cleaner who was quite good but was just too expensive, and Amanda's cleaners made an immediate improvement on the cleans, service, and the overall smoothness of operating 5 transient units having constant turnover. The ease of our system works perfectly now, the communication is perfect, my life is so much easier now, and the tenants have an easier time checking in and out, and the cleans are impeccable. She simply has a business run so well I don't think other cleaners can compete with her level of service and quality. Simply the best, and I've been running vacation rentals for over 20 years with over 300 properties. I can't recommend Amanda and her team enough. Bravo!

Amanda responded to our texts within minutes and most times within seconds! When the Home Services cleaning team finished doing their magic each of our various rentals felt brand new. Amanda and her team go above and beyond. They are extremely reliable and always do a fantastic job cleaning. The girls really pay attention to the little details. My favorite part about the team is that they are so dog friendly! Our dogs can be a bit intimidating to some, but they are so great with them. Before any cleaning gets done, both the pups get a little love first! Highly recommend!

In my experience, the quality of the cleaning decreases over time with most companies. This is NOT the case with Home Services Key West! I have the same ladies each time, and they know my house and are familiar with my preferences and special requests. I prefer having a crew rather than just one person for the cleaning because they are in and out quickly without disrupting my day. We are snowbirds and were not physically in the Keys during Hurricane Irma, but HSKW made sure our house was buttoned up. They even carefully placed as many of our belongings as high as possible (books, electronics, clothes, etc) just in case we flooded. Thankfully we didn't flood, and when we returned for the season all of those belongings were brought back down and placed right back in their place!
