MarissaWe loved having the Dazzle team visit our place. They went the extra mile by adding stickers to our TP and leaving us with a lovely gift bag with a mug and stickers with cool and motivating quotes as well. They did an outstanding job. I have already booked recurring services with them but this just confirmed that I made the right choice! This was our first interaction with them. They understand customer service!! Can highly recommend them.
AnnieWe switched from another local cleaner to Dazzle about a year ago. We've been really impressed with their service, which has been much more consistent and thorough then our past cleaner. On the rare occasion something was missed (maybe twice in a year, both at the beginning as they were getting to know our place), they have always offered to send a cleaner back to fix it or offered a partial refund. Cleaners have been great with our dog, and communication is easy. Though they are pricier than other companies, it seems like they do pay their cleaners better and offer a more consistent service than others, so for us that makes it worth it. We love coming home to SUCH a clean home!

From the start, they communicate professionally and completely (thanks for the early email reminder each month and the follow up text reminders, including eta!). People who have come to clean our house have always been very respectful and leave our house sparkling clean. Eli has been coming consistently the last several times and is a pleasure to work with. More details: I’m a very private person and having someone in my home cleaning very intimate areas is pretty intimidating! But, Dazzle made me feel comfortable and never judged. For my first experience, I got the “deep clean” service and it was great. My home had not really been so taken care of in nearly 5 years and I’m looking forward to the recurring “express clean”.
My new cleaning friend listened perfectly to my initial instructions and respected my home! They seemed to have and intuition about what I needed. Thank you, folks!

Hailey GMy cleaning was always consistent and well done. The first deep clean I had was a little less than thorough than I expected, some things still a little dusty. But I loved having my bi-weekly cleanings. For a reasonable price, my place was regularly vacuumed, mopped, my kitchen and dishes cleaned. Best decision I made for my overwhelming schedule. Kaitie HuffmanI use Dazzle for monthly home cleaning and have also had a deep clean. The booking process, website, and customer service are all great and very professional and responsive. I have never had a problem rescheduling when I needed or had my questions or requests answered promptly.
The quality of the actual cleaning can vary a lot, which is why I gave only 4 stars. It really depends on who you get that day, and you generally don't get the same person every time. I have had wonderful cleaners who go above and beyond, and some who just do the bare minimum and even leave things undone. I will say the customer service is responsive when there is something left totally uncleaned, but it is frustrating to have to ask them for that. All in all, the price is right so it's a decent service.
