Around a week ago, we decided to change from our previous local cleaning service provider to The Cleanup Guys. We have been extremely satisfied with their service, as it has been notably more reliable and comprehensive than our previous cleaner. Their cleaners have been fantastic with our pet dog and communication with the company is effortless. Although they charge higher rates compared to other companies, it appears that they compensate their cleaners better and provide more consistent service than others, which justifies the cost for us. We are delighted to come back home to a spotless and organized house!

Right from the beginning, they communicate in a highly professional and comprehensive manner (we really appreciate the prompt email reminders each month and follow-up text reminders, including ETAs!).
