Highly recommend using THA Cleaning Services for your next clean!!! I had a swift closing / move-out transition (6 days between the two) and Tetanya was flexible and responsive with scheduling. She was upfront about costs, and the cleaners were excellent and friendly. I got my full deposit back from their move-out clean and felt such a relief handing in my keys to my apartment complex.

We were originally going to use a different cleaning service (kept getting flyers in the mail), but they never responded to our request for a quote. So glad we found THA House Cleaning instead! Tetyana was quick to respond, and scheduling was easy. The day of the deep clean, the team of two arrived on time. They were very efficient and did a thorough job. The gas stove, oven and bathrooms were especially spotless! This is a professionally run service and we will definitely use them again. Highly recommended!

My wife and I hired THA for a move-out cleaning recently. Two cleaners showed up on time. They were very nice, and worked very quickly. They did a great job, and in 3 hours had completed a very deep clean on our apartment. THA was also very responsive and friendly via phone, and always willing to answer questions. I scheduled THA cleaning service because my regular cleaners increased their price and I was looking for another options. We agreed upon an hourly rate for the initial clean and then the price for a full house clean. As their full house cleaning price would regularly be $50 less than my previous company I though this was a good option; however I had an issue with the initial clean. While the women who worked on the cleaning did a good job, they spent 2 hours in a single room that we never use(~ 250 square feet in a 2,400 square foot house). I called Tanya and she was able to quickly communicate a need to move through the house faster. The women were able to complete the initial clean in 7 hours. Having lived in Seattle for 12 years, I have a very difficult time with confrontation and so this was a bad experience for me. I decided to go back to my regular cleaners with the increased price difference just for peace of mind and not having to manage a cleaning crew. Very sad this didn’t work out for me.
