We had a deep clean of our house. The cleaning technician was polite and efficient. She left our bathrooms sparkling and took care of nearly all the dusty areas. We really appreciate that Susan's Green Cleaning has vaccinated cleaners who wear masks in the home. Also like the cleaning products that don't leave the house with a strong scent after cleaning.

I didn't honestly believe that they would really come back if I found anything that was missed as I know my house better than anyone. I was so impressed with their response. Then when Veronica came the next time she asked me to check any areas I had concerns about. That to me is fantastic customer service - it expects me to be the expert on my house and is responsive ongoing with any missed items no matter how small. No one is perfect and I trust them to believe me and work with me - it is worth every penny in my book. And it is totally worth the small fee to have Veronica put new sheets on the bed - I love how she makes the bed!!!!

The house is immaculate each time, and our regular cleaner, Rayanne, always checks to make sure we’re happy with the cleaning before she leaves. She also give our sweet, old dog lots of love. It also feels good to support a woman-owned small business that ensures employees earn a living wage and are offered benefits. The technicians are all vaxxed and boosted, and stay home when they’re sick, so we never have to worry about covid. Five stars, would enthusiastically recommend Susan’s Green Cleaning!

I decided to wait to write this review until after my second cleaning by Susan's Green Cleaning. I have to say I am beyond pleased with the job the team did both with my initial deep clean and and standard clean the second time around. The team of cleaners were very pleasant and professional and their attention to detail was impressive. While this service is pricey and the package models are a little confusing up front, I do feel the quality is there for the price. Further I fully support the environmentally conscious values and that this business pays its workers a living wage with benefits. I highly recommend Susan's Green Cleaning and will continue to use their services.

When Alicia was done, I did a walk thru I was truly impressed how everything was not just clean but sparkling like it was when the unit was new and no chemical smell! I shopped around for a cleaner for a move out on a larger house property. Eventually I pulled the trigger on Susan's Green Cleaning. From the first time I submitted a form on their website to when my cleaning was done and I was satisfied, susan;s continued to communicate clearly effectively and politely. I had some spots in my cleaning that I thought were missed, so I called back and within 10 minutes of calling the office, Susan herself had called me on her personal cell to see what they could do to remedy the situation and make it right. They offered to send another crew back out right away. I could not recommend them enough if for nothing other then the truly personal touch and care they put into every cleaning and communication with every client.

We were very pleased with the immaculate cleaning our home received from Susan's Green Cleaning a few weeks ago. We have had many people clean our home before, but this was by far the most thorough. Our previous cleaning service was significantly less expensive, but now that my eyes have been opened to what it costs to pay a living wage, including paid vacation, sick leave, and retirement savings, I am ashamed to have used that service for so long. It is not in our budget to have Susan's come in every other week like our old cleaners did, but also cannot in good conscience go back to supporting a business that doesn't pay a living wage. Our compromise is to have Susan's come in quarterly for a deep clean, while we continue to clean our home ourselves in between as we have been since Spring 2020. Thank you Susan's Green Cleaning not only for doing a wonderful job cleaning our home, but also for setting a standard for other companies in the industry to live up to.

I have been hiring cleaning services for my homes since 2006, so I've experienced every kind of service from the abysmal to the fantastic. Susan's Green Cleaning is simply the best cleaning company to ever work for me. This isn't a group of ragtag folks just offering to clean houses as a way of scraping together a bit of stop-gap income. Their people are trained in the actual profession of cleaning: the procedures, tasking order, and chemistry required to maintain a household without damaging its varying materials, surfaces, draping, electrical equipment, and upholstery. They know the seasonal tasks required for household changeovers and perform them on schedule. They're neatly dressed, efficient, quiet, and personable. While present in my home, they've never interfered with my ability to get things done, and I appreciate how sensitive they are towards my pets. As someone trained to manage large estates with live-in staff, I assure you that you won't find better cleaning personnel short of importing full-time staff from Europe. But of course that will run you considerably more. I am very pleased to be among Susan's clientele.

Getting a home professionally cleaned is one of life's great luxuries. I've used other cleaning services before, which worked great before they didn't. I reached out to Susan's Green Cleaning because my previous service became flaky, and would regularly reschedule or cancel service. Susan's cleaners were right on time. Unlike another service I've used, there were two people cleaning simultaneously. This makes the service more convenient for me, because it means less time trying to stay out of the way in my own house. They were courteous, and did a great job. The thing I appreciated most, though, was the smell they left behind. My house just smelled clean; not chemically or overwhelmingly scented. I came to dislike the scent that was left behind my previous service, and thought it was just the price I paid for asking someone else to do my dirty work (pun intended). Susan's Green Cleaning was like a breath of fresh air (pun intended).

Wow. Amazing! All I can say is I know that it is a huge privilege to have your mess cleaned by someone else— and during a pandemic at that. We are thankful. Our family is getting ready to list our house for sale and needed a good deep clean before showings. Our house has never looked better. Such attention to detail, such beautiful work. They did such a great job (thank you, again, Tanner) that I received my entire deposit back (in full) from a management company that is notorious for NOT refunding deposits. This is the best home cleaning service I've tried, and I've tried a couple others. Every time I came home the place was spotless down to the smallest details. I love that they don't use chemicals that leave a lingering smell. Susan and her team also have impeccable customer service skills, they're friendly, and give you the benefit of the doubt. Even when I messed up or could have been a little bit frustrated, they maintained professionalism and friendliness. Once I got the flu the night before an appointment and they didn't charge me for the late cancellation, which is an example of their exemplary customer service and their contributions to public health (and that of their team!). Only once did someone accidentally miss a minor detail, however, they offered to come back to fix it, but I declined since I just wanted them to catch it next time. My point in sharing this is that you simply can't make a mistake by at least trying Susan's Green Cleaning --they'll come back to fix anything. They're rock stars and trying their service seems quite risk free. Give them a try!

Also as the cleaner she followed all of the covid-19 restrictions to an absolute T!!! If I forgot anything positive to saya its not at all because the company is lacking its sheerly due to the speechlessness I have when trying to describe my experience with this company!! Didn’t actually get a clean so can’t comment on that. Liked: easy communication, online scheduling, easy to get refund. Disliked: nagged for review, estimate for initial clean seemed outrageous (12 hours vs repeated actual experience 4-5hr), no option to do a lighter clean, so had to choose just a few items they’d clean to their standards, they couldn’t commit to start time in a way my nanny could plan around, so ultimately I booked someone else who would clean the entire house (not just a portion) in 4-5 hours and always arrives at the same time of day. If you have a serious need for toothbrush type cleaning I think this place would be great. If you have a toddler and scheduling/price/flexibility counts more than super-clean, this likely isn’t the place for you. I’ve had Maidpro for a long time and independent operators, and everyone has gotten a clean I’m happy with in 4-5 hours. I guess my standards just aren’t that high, lol. I think this company just was too high-brow for me!
