Dinero was super professional and did a wonderful job! We had our 3 bedroom house deep cleaned and it looked/smelled spectacular when he was finished. Really friendly guy, professional and on time, and fair pricing- will definitely be using his services again.

Lady Red did a very fine job of cleaning . My bedroom carpet is wonderfully clean and looking and smelling great. My bath and kitchen are sparkling clean. The traffic areas in my living Room are nowhere to be seen. I had to have Lady Red move furniture for me. I gladly paid extra for this. I also found my idea for rearranging my furniture did not work out and had to be put back in original places. . He asked rather strongly for payment in advance plus extra for returning furniture to my old floor plan which I paid as asked. I held my breath, crossed my fingers and let him have the entire amount with hope that he would show up to finish the job. He did! There are good people in this world! I have just been burned, quite often, trying to get someone in to take care of my house for me. These are good people. Do I recommend Lady Red, YES. Would I hire again? Probably not. And this is because I just saw the company is Seattle based. I would be more likely to hire locally in the Tacoma area just because I like to support local business. Timeliness was an issue. As they were coming down from Seattle, I understand that better. I must amend this to a point. First, I paid quite a bit of money to have my work done. Dinero is the owner of this business. O K? Tipping, also known as a gratuity, is an additional amount of money paid for a service. It is up to the discretion of the person receiving the service. Normally, it is paid to someone who works for someone else and may make less then sustainable wages such as a waiter, a hairdresser, a taxi or Uber driver. It is not to be expected. Dinero had approached me for a tip after I paid in full for services not yet fulfilled. He said he would send me an Email so that I could tip him after he finished the job. Well, I was taken aback by that I who have always been a very good tipper, had never been asked for a tip before and thought this quite brazen. I had planned to give him something for himself and his girlfriend who had done such a good job on my bathroom. I was sleeping, so he asked my husband, a true Scotsman, for his tip. Hubby woke me and asked about tip and then how much I had paid already, then promptly blew his top. After I wrote the original review, Dinero again approached the tip. I explained my spending on this matter had been quashed and why. Then he got rather nasty. I hired him, he worked for me. I told him I would take care of him. To go to my husband who has never worked for tips in his life was his boo-boo. As the old saying goes “It is easier to ask forgiveness then permission.”
