This is the first time I’ve tried a cleaning service, and I’m so glad I did - they did such a fantastic job! The house is spotless after one day. The two-person cleaning crew had great attention to detail - they covered details like baseboards, window sills, window tracks, my washer and dryer down to the lint trap pocket - you get the idea! Also such a relief that the big hard tasks like deep cleaning the bathrooms and laundry room are suddenly just done, and done well. It was also awesome that they needed almost no input from me before diving in, I was able to work a full day from home while they quietly and efficiently did their thing. I will definitely do this again.

I was a little surprised at how long it was estimated that things would take but I watched her work and she could not have worked any faster. My bathroom has never been so beautiful! They were prompt, kind, communicative, and able to take care of the move-out clean I needed on short notice even with a holiday approaching. The rates are very forgiving, and I ended up spending less than I thought, so I was able to tip for travel time which I highly recommend. If I need any more help cleaning while I’m in the area I know who to call. :)

We hired LaDonna’s Cleaning Service for a deep clean of the kitchen and bathroom of the apartment we were moving into. The unit clearly hadn’t been deep cleaned in years and there was a build up of grime. LaDonna’s Cleaning Service was able to thoroughly clean the rooms we wanted to a high standard at a fair price. The move out cleaning included everything in the house from baseboards to ceiling fans and even the blinds on all my many windows. The staff are amazing! Margaret scrubbed our bathroom until it shined. She is a detail-oriented person who always goes the extra mile—last time she came by, she polished my kitchen cabinet handles, which had never even occurred to me. Ladonna's Cleaning Services has done great work for me on very short notice, just one day. This has been for my daughter's apartment cleaning on two occasions when her regular cleaner didn't come. Ladonna sized up the job with me over the phone ahead of time and gave me a reliable estimate. She did work-arounds with her schedule to accommodate my daughter's constrained schedule (awesome!) and then arrived on time and did the work just as we wanted. I filled in an online form on their website at 6:00 AM and Ladonna called me early in the morning around 7:00 AM the same day to schedule a viewing of my apartment so that she could give me an accurate quote. She explained what all needs to be cleaned with the hours needed and gave me a precise and fair estimate. She accepted my cleaning request at the last moment without charging any last minute fees. Her cleaning staff was very detail oriented and they left my apartment spick and span. They needed no supervision. Ladonna kept me updated with the progress being made on the cleaning while I was at work, even sending me picture updates. All in all, Ladonna went above and beyond my expectations and I was very satisfied with her service. I would recommend her to a friend any day!

Ladonna was super nice and quick to respond. She personally came out to give us an accurate quote. The cleaning staff was efficient and polite and our difficult to clean wood floors looked so much nicer after just two hours of scrubbing. The rates are very reasonable and competitive and they pay their cleaners well unlike some companies that have bargain basement prices. (Avoid those too good to be true rates). I would definitely call Ladonna again for future cleaning.

What a positive experience. I called last minute for a deep clean before listing my house for sale. Ladonna came out that same day to give a free in-person estimate. The pricing was super detailed and totally transparent--no surprises at all, and the owner helped me make smart choices about what services to select to stay within my budget but have the most impact. I’d like to start by saying that when other cleaning companies wouldn’t even get back to me, she called me within the hour of me inquiring about a cost estimate for an apartment cleaning. The cleaning crew worked on my apartment that same day and completed the cleaning with astounding results. The best cleaning service I have ever used in Seattle! I contacted La Donna through their website this morning and received a call back within 10 minutes. Susan, the owner, came by to give me a quote in person and she explained the thoroughness of the work they do. LaDonna’s schedule was pretty flexible and we were able to get on thier calendar very quickly. The team did a great job and within a day and a half the house was ready for us to start the listing process. We recently hired Ladonna's Cleaning Service to clean our 3 car garage after a construction project in our home. The builders had set up their saws in our garage and everything was covered in fine dust. We store a lot of things in our garage (I only park one car in it;) I have asthma and really needed the dust out of there.. It was a very daunting task. I asked to have everything, and I mean everything including the shelving removed from my garage and wiped down before returning the items to my garage. Ladonna's crew was up for the challenge. I stayed in the driveway so I could answer questions. Those ladies did an amazing job. They were intelligent and worked effieciently. To top it off they had a fabulous positive, cheerful attitude. They actually finished before the estimated time so the job cost less than I expected. Things couldn't have gone better. The finished job was excellent.

Ladonna's Cleaning Service saved us in an emergency. Here's what happened: on the Thursday afternoon my mother in law, who lived in an apartment in our house, became gravely ill, and the doctors in intensive care told us it was time to call in family to say goodbye. My mother in law had never been one for housekeeping when she was healthy, and when she was sick, things slid even more, so the apartment was in somewhat alarming shape. I called cleaning services until Ladonna picked up the phone. The owner came by within an hour, gave me an estimate, as well as some valuable advice about tackling the job ahead. She called in her crew. They worked in my mother-in-law's apartment from 6 a.m. until 7 p.m. on the Friday, and transformed the place. My sister-in-law, a genuine neat person, stayed there for the weekend and was impressed with it. Through it all, everyone associated with the company was professional and kind. They made a terrible time in our family so much easier. My mother in law died on the Saturday morning. On the Sunday, we were able to host a Shiva in her apartment. Hire this service.

Despite the negative reviews here and on Yelp - I feel like some people who have never cleaned in their life don't realize that it is actually very difficult and time-consuming work and can't be done in 2 hours for $50 - I had a very good experience with Ladonna and her crew. I recently bought a condo and felt like I wouldn't feel "moved in" until the kitchen and bathroom were deep-cleaned and feeling like new. Ladonna almost immediately responded to my request for a quote and met me later that evening to go over the job. I was very pleased with the end results - in particular, the kitchen cabinets and surfaces were immaculate. Ladonna is definitely talkative and a bit eccentric, and maybe not everyone is willing to accept others' uniqueness which I find very un-Seattle like, but fine, we're all different after all. However, I really enjoyed the experience and appreciated the end result. I will be recommending her to other people and likely using her services again in the future.

This by far has been one of my greatest experiences that I have had dealing with any business in general. Susan, is amazing- I cannot put into words how accommodating she was. She came to my house two separate occasions LATE to accommodate my schedule just to be certain that not only myself was comfortable but that her employees would not be overwhelmed once they arrived. I work in an industry (property management) where we use many different cleaners and vendors so her level passion for what she does is so refreshing. She is honest, straight to the point and she doesn't accept every job just for the sake of making money. I truly feel connected to her and will be using this company in the future. Now to the job portion, this was a hard job. I have two dogs that create a lot of mess to say the least and an 8 year old. My partner is away fishing in Alaska so the housework just piled on top of me. Her cleaners showed up promptly, prepared. Joey arrived first to assist as they worked me into their very busy schedules! They had a 50 hour job that they were able to squeeze me around. She cleaned my bathroom SPOTLESS in literally less than an hour and by the time she was exiting Jenn and Rosie showed up to tackle the rest. They were so sweet and efficient- even visited and joked with me. I thought it would be awkward to be home while they were cleaning but they made me feel very comfortable and did an amazing job. There was a 3rd woman who showed up to assist (so sorry I cannot remember her name, but also so sweet even though my dog would not stop barking at her, which is another note they were so great with my pets and working around her) so they could keep me within my time frame and budget. My house looks so much better and now I will be able to easily manage staying on top of the housework. I will be using them again!! Susan also came back to check their work and collect payment and made it so seamless. Also, this is complete unrelated to business but i got pretty emotional explaining my situation because it is just not like me to have fallen so behind and i truly was embarrassed by the condition of my home and i was venting about my full plate and all my responsibilities of being a mom on her own! But she had her dog walker reach out to me and she sent me a complimentary walk and dog park trip. This brought me to even more tears. But the care and passion these that has been shown to me is amazing! There is hope in humanity after all, the universe has a funny way of connecting you to people you are supposed to meet! Let me set the scene... I had a rush job I needed done. I had called 2 other cleaning services in Seattle and I was told the same thing -- there was a waitlist about 2 weeks long and no room for budging. Finally I call Susan, the owner of Ladonna's and within the hour she's at my place inspecting the apartment. She breaks down exactly what her crew could get done within my timeframe and budget. Once we agree, she's off and back within the next hour with Mindy and Kelly in tow. It was phenomenal! Watching them work was like seeing a well-oiled machine purring away. And this was after a 6 hr shift! Not only was my place cleaned in record time, they were able to get some extra furniture dusting done as well. Long story short, the service was phenomenal! 10/10 would use again :)

We arranged with LaDonna to clean our daughter and son-in-laws house before they moved in. LaDonna and her crew began work almost immediately working into the night and finished quickly before the movers brought in the furniture. She and her crew were meticulous, cleaning and dusting even the odd corners and places that aren't normally accessible when a house is occupied. The house was left sparkling clean. Ladonna's cleaning service is fantastic. I just moved to a loft in downtown Seattle, and they put their heart and soul into making sure every last bit of dust and dirt was lifted off those floors. Everything is sparking clean- couldn't have asked for more. Definitely recommend!

The owner came out within an hour or so to do a very detailed and clear estimate. We needed a cleaning of all walls in a newly built house where the contractor did the work out of order: first walls / sheet rock / mud and tape and then primer, then painting. Then he decided to use the space for two months to do all sorts of carpentry and specialty wood work, with a couple of guys and several table saws etc.. in the space. Things were fresh on the walls, and then he did that work, and then it sat for two more months. Needless to say, it was bad. She suggested five wall cleanings, and had three people do it carefully, with fresh microfiber rags on swiffers and similar large flat cleaning tools. Amazed.. by the end of the third cleaning the walls, which had been a pale cream, were no longer the color of cedar, and were starting to get back to the cream. Four and five did it: complete restoration and no need to completely repaint which would have further delayed a months late project, and cost a couple thousand more. She's a cleaning genius. Love her. And will be calling when we need the complete site cleaned after all construction is done.

Pros: LaDonna and Christina were very nice, and I have no complaints about the end result of their cleaning. Cons: Miscommunication in pricing. On the phone, I was quoted $40/hr, with a minimum of 2 hours. I assumed this meant that the cleaning will cost me around $80. I was surprised when LaDonna came to my apartment with another person, and quoted me 3 hours for two people, which meant an hour and a half of work for each person. I checked around and $120 is the going rate, so I accepted it. Another "con" was that, since I was hanging around the apartment but tried to stay out of the way, LaDonna engaged me in conversation a few times instead of cleaning, or she would clean very slow while talking. In the end, they stayed 15 minutes later than they were supposed to, so I was charged a total of $130. While I enjoyed her conversation, I think she could have been either more professional and focused on cleaning, or she should not have charged me extra for conversing on the job. She was also on the phone while cleaning, though I couldn't tell if that distracted her from the task at hand. Overall, both women were very friendly and genuine, but I don't think I will seek out LaDonna for cleaning services again.

I had to get a house ready to sell within 30 days of evicting the prior tenants, and the house was a nightmare after 30 years of neglect by the previous owner. The walls of the kitchen, dining room, basement and basement stairwell were covered with cooking grease, and every surface was brown with nicotine and tar. The tub and toilet were black with mold and mildew. There was a pan of very old mac and cheese left in the filthy oven, and a cobwebby, burst bag of cornmeal in one cupboard. There was dirt everywhere, and the windows were opaque with dirt, grime and tobacco. Ladonna's team quite cheerfully tackled this nightmare, and over a long weekend had it looking habitable again. Windows sparkled. You could see the floor tile. The tub was white, and so was the toilet! They scrubbed so hard to get rid of grime that they took 2 layers of paint off the kitchen door. Each and every member of the team took great pride in their work, and it showed. I definitely recommend them!
