We have regular cleanings set up with Clean and Simple for many months now. After trying a few different companies, C&S was both the best value as well as the best cleaning. Kayla and Alex routinely take care of our house and keep it looking great. They are fun and professional and somehow manage to get everything clean with very minimal noise. We both work from home and have never been disturbed by them at all! Its an awesome company with great employees. We've had a few different people come and never had a bad experience.

I'm always pleased with Clean and Simple. I like that their scheduling department is separate from the cleaners. It means I can always reach someone if needed. Kayla is my main cleaner, and she often has a second person with her. They do a fantastic job and take feedback to heart. There were some small things when they started that I felt got missed and they have cleaned those every time since. I've worked with a few different cleaning services and have had issues with scheduling, consistency, etc. I've had no issues with Clean and Simple and plan to stay a customer!

We requested a move-out cleaning for a tenant that was living in our spare room/bathroom, and with the 3 hour minimum clean, Chantel was able to clean our foyer, spare room/bathroom, and our 2 primary bathrooms! She organized everything on our vanity counter and left little touches like folding the toilet paper roll. I was really impressed, and she kept strict to the 3 hour minimum like we requested. Everyone I encountered, from the phone contacts to the team of Sidney and Ashley who made my daughter's home sparkle were professional and caring. They go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable with the products they use which was very important in our case as my daughter is chemically sensitive to many cleaning products. The team kept me informed of their progress and when they would be done. The result was stunning! More than happy to recommend them.

Hi Community, I want to share my thoughts about Clean and Simple Cleaning. I have met quite a few really amazing people who are hard workers and really take pride in their work. I've been meaning to write a review, but usually get distracted and busy with life! Today I had Christa, who has helped us before. She is solid. The previous time she helped us, she pointed out that I had mildew growing on my specialty organizer shower curtain liner which I hadn't noticed until she pointed out. Today she said she noticed I bought a new (clean) curtain. This is just one example of her thoughtfulness. Besides her thorough cleaning, she also puts up with my high energy standard poodle who constantly demands to be played with. He drops balls on her pile of rags, trying to get her to engage. Every once in a while she gives in and throws his ball. She's such a nice human to put up with this mischevious guy while trying to do her job. Did I mention she is thorough? She cleans 100+%. Don't hesitate in hiring Clean and Simple, and if she's available, request Christa! One last shout out to another cleaner I've especially enjoyed named Rachel. She has the kindest energy and is such a hard worker. I always feel good when she shows up at the door as I know the house/work will really get done. An okay place to work for. I left since not Only did I feel I was causing a bit of a mess on their rep while struggling mentally but because I felt a few things were just very unfair. Cant blame the undermanagement for any of it since its not really their rules but I really did feel that working there had a lot to offer. Amber was very sympathtic and trained on vacuums high quality work and it was fun cleaning with her. Susan very polite and friendly also sympathetic and is an excellent manager. Most employees were very fun to work with.

I’ve been using Clean & Simple Cleaning services for over two years (maybe 3?) now and with rare exception I’ve been very happy with the cleaning service they have provided! All of the cleaners are professional and friendly. All of the cleaners are at least good and some of them are outstanding in the job they do. Also, I’ve also never had anyone clean for me that I was uncomfortable with being in my home for any reason which is also naturally an extremely important element for such a personal service. When I was a young woman, I used to clean parttime for extra money, so I really appreciate how hard the work can be (especially on hot days in the summer). Finally, I want to give kudos to the office staff who are without exception kind and great communicators. Thank you everyone at Clean & Simple!

Young lady came and wore mask and booties over shoes then began cleaning. The last thing she did was wash all the wood floors on her hands and knees. She was efficient and personable. She used her time well and continued without a break. On other occasions other young women have come and done a good job. I have used them for over a year and will continue.

Used this company for just over a year, only had a few issues on the quality of cleaning nothing terrible just minor missed things. My mediocre rating is for their billing system, twice over 4 months they missed billing me for the service. This last time it was a month later they billed me for two previous visits to catch up and then billed me again for current cleaning. This caused them to bill me $435 instead of $300. Stacie the owner previously said occasionally they are behind in billing or just missed billing me for it. As a customer, this explanation or excuse is not ok and what's worse is lack of communication on most recent inquiry. This led me to cancel my service with them.
