Judy, Jessica and Liz are the team that have been cleaning my fathers home, and they are amazing. He gets a kick out of how much they love is dogs. They always do a great job with cleaning the house and the communication is alway great. There is a lot of family coming and going in the house lately and these ladies flexibility and professionalism is a great help.

10/21/22 Today Molly Maids sent 2 new girls to us, Shannon and Andrea, it took them 2 hours to clean my house and I really felt like I got my money’s worth. I saw them do things that no one else has ever done before. They moved small items and vacuumed where they were. They wiped base boards as they went along, really dusted pictures and cleaned backsplashes and around faucets. It was amazing how much cleaner my house looked with just doing the little extras that I do when I clean. 🙌🏻 Hands up for these two girls. Amazing!!! Want them back!!!! Five + stars for them *****+ Emily and Selena are two of the best girls sent to my house. We have requested them permanently. I've always cleaned my own home and I'm meticulous about it, but after hand surgery having me down for four months, I needed help. I LOVE me some Sabrina & Jenny! They listened to me regarding my concern over the antiques and gladly used they product I prefer for these items. If I asked if they had cleaned a certain area, they were never offended. They are so sweet, engaging and really care about doing their job right. These ladies can clean! They're also full of knowledge with tips on long term care of things such as appliances. And let's not forget about Veronica at the office. Another team came one week, did an awful job and even broke an item. Veronica took care of the issue quickly and made sure that team will never come to my home again.Veronica also, quickly, scheduled a free re-clean for me. Veronica then made sure that I was put me on Jenny & Sabrina's team permanently! The re-clean team that came, Cheyanne & Amarie were also top notch. Those young ladies actually earned their pay checks. I think they're old souls because they clean like my granma did. They didn't hesitate to ask questions and made sure that everything was redone right! If you need cleaning, definitely work with those mentioned above!

We live a crazy life. Both of us have 2 federal jobs and I am full time in a Master's program. Staying a head on my cleaning was taking too much time. I finally decided that the money spent would be well worth the time saved and I contacted Molly Maid of NOLA. They came out and gave me a bi-weekly price that was well below what I thought it would be. They did my first deep clean and my house was spotless. Throughout the next week I kept finding areas that they cleaned that didn't standout at first, but that I noticed once we went on with our normal routine. Called to quote a move out clean. House was empty and not in terrible shape. Cabinets and standard glass needed cleaned. Some light dusting and sweep and mop of floors. Did not clean outside of cabinets. Did not clean glass storm door. Did not hear from anyone from arrival time or completion. Never received an invoice or break down explaining my charges. Poor communication all around.

Due to a bad run of luck during the last 10 days of my recent move, I was having a difficult time getting my last residence prepared and cleaned in time for my move-out date of 30 Sept 2019. I contacted Molly Maid of NOLA on the 24th of September to get a quote for a move-out cleaning. They gave me a reasonable estimate and on the 25th, were able to set up a cleaning crew to come in on the morning of the 27th to do a thorough cleaning of my apartment. Scheduled for a start time of approximately 8:15am, I drove from my new apartment in downtown New Orleans fighting rush hour traffic Friday morning and arrived at 8:14am to find the workers, who had apparently just arrived as well, standing at the front door, on time and ready to work. The 3 young ladies, Delaney, Chrystal, and Jemika, came in and went straight to work cleaning my 1 br apt from front to back, top to bottom with smiling faces and a bright and sunny demeanor and disposition. While I worked outside in the yard and the garage, these 3 wonderful young ladies cleaned my entire apartment with a positive attitude and a great work ethic. They were efficient and did a spectacular job, finishing the job within the estimated time frame and leaving everything spotless and looking exactly like the apartment looked 5 years ago when I first moved in. I was so impressed with the job they did I called several friends over the course of the day to tell them about how good a job they did and recommended them to every one I spoke with during the course of the following weekend. I had been struggling physically in the preceding days due to a serious automobile accident I was involved in on the night of the 20th, and they really helped ease the stress and chaos that had come with my recent move. Thank you ladies for your help, hard work and positive attitudes and I will definitely reach out to Molly Maid of NOLA for any future needs as well as recommend them to friends and associates who may be in need of the services they provide.
