I've been in touch with this service for a couple of weeks now. The first time the owner was 10 minutes late to the appointment. Then after delayed email communication we worked out a time for the service to come in on a weekday (I took a day off for her to come to the house). I waited for over an hour and they still had not come, called or responded to any communication. This is the worst experience I've had with a service provider. I do not recommend. UPDATE: After posting my review, the company got in touch with me immediately to fix the situation. They came that day to do a cleaning (no charge) and then offered another cleaning for the whole house with no charge on a day of my convenience. All of this was much appreciated. The quality of the work was 5 stars and I look forward to booking them in the future!

During the scheduling/pre-cleaning process they thoroughly went through all my needs and even brought up/offered additional services I hadn't even thought of. If you need cleaning services in the New Orleans area (Garden District for us) Irish Channel Cleaning is the way to go. They are great! They not only quote fair, honest and competitive prices for their services but also go above and beyond to make sure that all of our cleaning needs are met. On several occasions we had to ask for additional services or unusual requests and ICC was able to deliver without issue.
