City Maids is just awesome! Angie was right on time, friendly, professional, and did a thorough deep clean of a one bedroom home. She paid attention to every little hidden corner and didn’t miss one spot of dust! Scheduling an appointment was easy and Peach is always a pleasure to speak with. She has such a positive attitude. I highly recommend her as well as City Maids for booking your next cleaning. Danielle and Myra were wonderful! My house had been rented for months at a time as a long term Airbnb and desperately needed a deep cleaning. Danielle and Myra worked as a team to clean every baseboard, ceiling fan, high dusted, sanitized and put everything back together in a lovely way. They arranged the pillows and bedding and couch the way I would have. They were quick and efficient and worked hard the entire time. They suggested things like washing the shower curtains to freshen things up even tho I didn’t have it on the list. They walked me through every thing they did room by room. I was so appreciative of their professionalism and thoroughness. I have signed up for regular cleaning with City Maids after this successful experience. Peach was also great from the first point of contact. She answered my call at the very end of the day during a holiday season and got me a cleaning appt the very next Monday. All in all a great experience!

We utilized City Maids to do a deep clean of our residence and now use them for bi-monthly standard cleaning. We have found them to be courteous, responsive, flexible, thorough, and, in general, very professional. The initial deep cleaning was performed by a team, but our regular cleaner is Angie, who's game and affable no matter the state of the house when she arrives. We have dogs and our floors are very hard to keep clean as a result of their hair, dander, and the dirt they track in on their feet from the yard. Each visit, Angie gives our floors a full sweeping, mopping, and leaves them in beautiful shape. We also appreciate how she asks each time she cleans if anything special or specific is needed on a particular visit. She also makes sure to check with both my wife and me to ensure nothing gets missed. We also did a fair amount of research as to cost before hiring a maid service as we had to be conscious of how the recurring service would effect our monthly expenses. We found City Maids to be quite reasonably priced, comparatively speaking. Finally, I would say that everyone we've dealt with at the company has been always pleasant and accommodating (Peach is an absolute peach!). City Maids is a company that lets us know they're grateful to have us as customers and seems keen to hear from us how they can improve upon the service they provide us.

Was highly impressed with the level of service; the staff cleaned everything from baseboards to ceiling fans; concentrating on windows, doors, and in the kitchen the refrigerator, stove/oven and sink. The bathrooms were cleaned and they even cleaned the window and cabinets. They worked nonstop for 4 hours, cleaning upstairs and downstairs. City Maids is definitely a company I will use again and recommend to family and friends. Thank you for getting my house ready for sale.

City Maids quality of cleaning is excellent. They are very dependable. All appointments are very important to me because of my strick Airbnb check-ins and they always stick to their time frame. I also feel very confident that my homes are secure during their visits. After every cleaning, my Airbnbs are inspected by Sabrina, who is very detailed. She goes above and beyond to take care of every issue that may arise in my homes. City Maids is affordable, but the quality of service and peace of mind is worth the extra expense I pay.

The ladies I had went above and beyond. They were fast and extremely effective. They call before coming everything in hand didn’t have to provide them with any supplies. You let them know your main focus, mine were my walls, baseboards, doors, and cabinets, because I have kids and they cleaned them through the entire house. I love the little duo.
