Our home was 911 filthy. I am recovering from the after math of Covid and am on oxygen and cannot clean our home at this time. My sweet husband asked for me to find a company that can clean because he knows how much it means to me to have a very clean home. I called Two Maids and a Mop and they are accommodating and communicate very well. My appointment was b/t 1130 & 1230 and they called at 830 to say they could come early. They got right to work. Very organized. Our home smells good and it’s obvious they did a really thorough job with the deep cleaning. I had the privilege of having and meeting Emily, Kylie, and Kristy. They were super friendly and they did a fantastic job! I would highly recommend them if you want a very clean house! My home according to my husband looks clean and smells clean!!’ That’s a major compliment!!!

Miss Barbara came to clean for us this past Saturday and was AMAZING. She arrived on time, was very nice and polite, and did an amazing job. She took her time and paid attention to detail... our home was SPOTLESS and looked and smelled amazing when she left. Barbara was so kind to my partner and I. Two Maids & A Mop exceeded expectations. To start, they were very communicative, answered all my questions, and scheduled in the way that was easiest for me. When I initially reached out I said I preferred text to schedule and they confirmed that when they texted the first time. Every response was prompt and informative. It was so easy to schedule exactly what I needed. They arrived exactly in the window I was given and didn't rush through the job. It was a true DEEP clean, from baseboards to the ceiling. The house smelled and looked amazing when they finished, which wasn't time based, but job based. The ladies who cleaned worked so hard and were respectful and friendly. They wore masks in my home and it felt like a new home when they were done! I was skeptical it would be to my satisfaction and thought it might be more of a general cleaning, but it exceeded expectations for a deep clean of my home! So grateful I chose Two Maids & A Mop!

AND she finished in the same amount of time that it normally takes two maids to clean! I have 2 maids come twice a month and I love it! My husband and I both work full time and this helps me tremendously! They always arrive on time and do exactly what I need. I don’t want a deep clean just a thorough clean! My bathrooms sparkle, my floors are very well vacuumed and my wood floors are mopped, and the house smells so good! I keep a clean house as we are a very neat and tidy family but they just help me even more! They also change my sheets! Barbara is definetly a fav of mine but they all do a good job!!

My house hadn't been professionally cleaned in over 2 years, except for the VERY light cleaning that I do myself. This was the first time I had engaged Two Maids & A Mop, so the house definitely presented a cleaning challenge for them! The two women (Hunter & Kayla) who were sent over by Two Maids & A Mop did a fantastic job!!! They were friendly, professional, & worked industriously the entire time they were on the job, only stopping to chat with me after the work was completed. They vacuumed the carpets, swept & mopped the hardwood floors, thoroughly cleaned the bathrooms until they shined, cleaned the counter-tops and appliances in the kitchen, dusted the blinds, cleaned the windows & windowsills, and more. I've worked with other maids & maid services in the past, and I have never seen anyone do as thorough and intelligent a job of cleaning. Whenever they had a question, which wasn't often, they asked me before acting (like whether I was deliberately saving all the little pieces of soap on the shower counter; I wasn't). A pet peeve I have had about other maids/services in the past is that when they clean counter-tops (especially in bathrooms), they rearrange all my stuff which had been organized on those counter-tops. Hunter & Kayla are the only ones I've ever had come in who cleaned the counters and then replaced everything back where I had originally placed it! And I hadn't even thought to tell them to do that! Wow! I liked living in my home before but I really love the way it looks now! It even smells fresher! If they can continue this level of quality service on future visits, I'll never use anyone else except Two Maids & A Mop!

Update: I've now been with Two Maids for two years, and they continue to make my life easier and my existence cleaner. I can't say enough good things about them. They have a guarantee if you are dissatisfied with anything, but honestly, I don't think you'll ever need to use it. What an amazing company. Thanks, Two Maids! Two Maids started cleaning for me three months ago on an "every two weeks" schedule, and I have to say it has been the best spent money. They are professional, quick, and pleasant, and my life is so much less stressful. I get to spend my time after work doing what I like to be doing, and taking care of the more personal chores, like laundry, gardening, cooking, etc., instead of worrying about mopping or taking out bathroom trash. On the one occasion I was not satisfied with the cleaning job, they responded immediately to fix the problem and sent me a different team on subsequent visits. If you have been on the fence about whether to hire Two Maids to clean your house, just do yourself a favor and have them come out. I fully recommend the Deep Clean service to begin your regimen--it's a full scrub and clean-out, and I plan to get one every year to keep all the nooks and crannies clean.

My service on 8/31 was pretty good. There were a few spots that were missed while dusting, which I always let folks know is the number one focus in my house. We have three dogs and the dust just seems to accumulate so quickly. I have noticed that there is a slight lack of consistency amongst the different staff Two Maids & A Mop sends out. My first service was with Angie and Alexa. They were amazing! Overall, I am satisfied with my service, however just a little more attention to detail with the dusting would be greatly appreciated.

I have been using Two Maids & A Mop for about 2 1/2 months and so far I am satisfied with the level of clean they have delivered each week. There have been only a couple of times that it did not appear that they did not completely do what was expected with my touch up cleaning but other than those couple of times I am happy so far with the service I receive. Update: The staff that have recently been cleaning have done a great job... I am very particular on the level of clean my house is and this company and their staff have been doing a great job even to my standards. My husband would agree as he knows how particular I am. The two girls who came to clean my apartment were absolutely wonderful (I wish I had gotten their names)! They were very friendly and personable and asked multiple times if there was anything else they could help with before they left (as they cleaned much faster than I expected). They even cleaned the outside of my patio doors upon request, even though that's not something they normally do. I was very pleased with their service and my ability to schedule a cleaning in my desired timeframe on short notice.

My husband and I hired Two Maids and a Mop for a deep clean of our house in May. They were very professional and showed up as scheduled. I was impressed with the good job they did on the details. However, there were a couple of obvious spots that were missed. The kitchen sink had not been cleaned and the surface of our island had a couple of spots they did not wipe. I used Two Maids and a Mop for a Move in/Move out clean. Overall I was satisfied.... on the phone the scheduling was courteous and informative. My only complaint is that I requested an afternoon appointment, and was informed the day prior that my time was at 11:00. After I made arrangements to have someone present for the clean, I was informed the morning of the clean that my time had changed to 9:30. And, if I didn't like the time change I would need to reschedule. Once cleaned, it was done well.

Been using Two Maids for a long time at 2 properties. They are always very receptive to and invite feedback. They are VERY accommodating on scheduling, if you want to try a different team, etc. Today, because of a miscommunication, I was not on the schedule like I thought I was. But since I took my dog to doggie daycare this morning, they went out of their way to find a team to come out and help me today! They are always trying to give great customer service.

Update on 7/21/13: Once again had a great experience with the cleaning team - and this time, no sticky floors at all! I've been really pleased with the level of service and professionalism with Two Maids & A Mop. The house has looked wonderful every time they've come out, and it's been such a relief to not have to worry about cleaning my house! The only item I would note is just that the floors have been a bit sticky - may just need to dilute the cleaner a bit, but that's all and is really not a big deal!

Ann and Andie (hope I spelled those correctly!) came this week for my first deep clean and they were fantastic! They did a very thorough job and everything was so clean and fresh after they left. At one point, I went to check on them and they were both on the floor of our walk-in shower scraping soap scum off the tile! That shower has never looked so good! I started using Two Maids & A Mop about a month ago. I like that they call the business day before they clean to let me know a time frame as to when they will arrive. Thus far they have done a GREAT JOB cleaning our home, and, with the pay-for-performance system they utilize, I believe the GOOD SERVICE will continue. I cannot describe my satisfaction with the Two Maids & A Mop service. I ordered the 2.5-hour Design with Time package. Erica #1 and Erica #2 did an absolutely beautiful job on my new condo. They were late without calling the first week, but then right on time the next week. I received a quote within 10 minutes and was called the next day to schedule my cleaning. Today was my first day with Two Maids and the condo looks really good. I would have loved to give 5 stars but it appeared several small things were not moved out of the way in order to get to all the pet hair. I had to do some extra spot vacumming once I got home. I was surprised to have this happen with the deep cleaning. Otherwise the tables, mirrors, floors and blinds looked great! Thanks guys!

I had a one-time only service for 2.5 hours yesterday because I have a broken ankle and have not been able to do many cleaning chores. Brooke and Keeley came in and far exceeded my expectations. My main priority were the floors (mop and vacuum) and wiping down of the bathroom and kitchen. When I came home I was so pleased with what I found. They left the place spick and span! There were little touches that I was not expecting: dishes had been run and trash bags were in all the cans. I will definitely use Two Maids & A Mop the next time I need some extra help!

My only "complaint" is that they used too much soap on my stairs and turned them a bit sleek. Besides that, everything was great and I will use their services again

We have been using the service for 2 months now. We are satisfied overall and enjoy having someone else do the dirty work. The bathroom sinks, toilets, showers & mirrors are always cleaned above average, but I have to clear the counter to get a thorough wipe down, or I have to ask to have the light switch and door jams wiped. We have an alternating touch up/deep clean schedule. On the deep clean schedule, I usually ask for fans, windows, walls, cupboards, doors & baseboards to be wiped. The majority of those surfaces get touched, but never all. On average, they clean what is exposed. However, on the first visit, I found one of my son's toys underneath the dining room table AFTER they had swept & mopped that area. They do not pull out chairs or move any easily movable furniture to clean under them. Several occasions, I have had to specifically request for them to sweep and mop behind the kitchen trash can or they will not do it. That seems like an easy and obvious area to clean. Corners of rooms and under tables are not touched by the floor cleaning. On last weeks visit, there were a few dirty dishes in the sink and someone removed clean dishes from the dishwasher only enough to put the dirty ones in, spoiling the REST of the clean dishes IN THERE. I had to re-run the load. This weeks visit went well and everything seemed clean, but to my dismay, it would appear that a piece of my trash can is missing after they emptied them. It is a simple thick band that holds the bag in place and now they are gone. We will continue to use the service, because overall, they do a good job, but I would not want to leave them unsupervised.

I just started bi-weekly cleaning with this company and the experience has been very good so far. I LOVE not having to track down the cleaner and go back and forth before we arrive on a day and time every time!I am only giving 4 stars instead of 5 at this time because the first clean was better than the most recent, this last team did miss some spots dusting - a layer of dust on a chest in the kitchen and a layer on the back of my desk. We have bad allergies to dust which is the main reason I need a cleaner.

I have recently begun using Two Maids and a Mop for household cleaning services. I have had numerous services, as well as, several individuals cleaning my home over the last 13 years. The problem I have constantly encountered is they all start out doing well but slack off as time goes on. What caught my attention about Two Maids and a Mop is that they pay their employees on a "pay for performance" scale which eliminates that problem. The employees are invested in the job they do because it impacts their salary. So far, I have had two separate crews in to clean my house and their attention to detail is unsurpassed. They are professional, caring, and meticulous in their technique. They are by far the best service I have ever used.

I am beyond pleased of 2 maids! I bought this service as a gift for my grandparents because they needed help. After seeing the progress of each time they arrive I am happy of how it looks at the end. Overall, we were happy with the results. My husband and I are both very particular about our house staying clean and we both continually clean throughout the week. With two children and a dog, we stay on top of the housework including baseboards, window, blinds, etc. There were only three things I noticed after the crew left. One, my kitchen counter tops weren't clean. Granted, they have a granite look to them and they hide dirt. But a touch with the hand would have told you they weren't completely clean. Additionally, some of the dusting was spotty. Third, the I had to spot clean areas on the hardwood floors. I usually empty the water and start fresh about half way through the floors. Maybe the cleaning solution was too diluted or just dirty by this point. I am hoping that these little things will improve as we truly liked everything else.

This is only the second time I've used Two Maids and a Mop while our regular house cleaner has been unavailable due to vacation or illness. Both times, the 2MAAM teams were very efficient and very careful. So often, furniture gets bumped and scratched with the vacuum cleaner or shutters get broken while dusting. This team didn't damage anything. I also really like the fact that they don't use bleach products, This has been a problem as well with shower curtains and/or bathroom rugs being damaged with bleach. I believe this team even dusted under the bed, which never gets done! Thank you for great service!

The service can be somewhat inconsistent, depending on who comes to clean. Sometimes it is excellent (you get home and say WOW!) and other times there is much to be desired (you get home and say, what did I pay for?) However, I have reached out to management multiple times and they always resolve my complaints. The last time (10/6/17) they did not do the sink load of dishes and completely missed one of our trash cans. A different trash can had a new liner in it, but there was still trash in the can under the liner!! Also, they did not go under the bed with the vacuum or mop. We don't keep anything under the bed so it should've been easy to clean. They call the day before to confirm the time the team will arrive, but only one time have they showed up within that scheduled time.

We understand it may take few visits to get a routine down, so hopefully next cleaning visit will catch.
