Maddie and Mollie were the team that came to clean my apartment. They did such a good job, it doesn’t even look like people live here. They were very kind and generous. I will 100% be using this service again and hope to be able to schedule the same team. I’m so happy with the results. They made me feel better and comfortable about the help I was embarrassingly needing with general clean up of my home.

The two ladies that came to clean for us were so friendly and had happy personalities. They were on time and worked efficiently for a little over 1.5 hours. I was pleased with how they made sure to dust mop behind all of the furniture and along the baseboards as that was my main concern. The microwave was sparkling, the bathrooms and kitchen were well cleaned and they did an overall good job. They even cleaned the floor right inside the office when I didn't have that room on the list (because its so cluttered!) The duster for the ceiling fans and ceiling/walls wasn't microfiber, so the dust was brushed into the air instead of collecting on the duster. Later, I noticed that there were a few places on 2 shelves, under a table, and two pieces of furniture in the master bedroom that weren't dusted. No major deal - I think if one of the young ladies had a little more focus - she seemed to be rushing as well as very talkative, those things would not have been missed. However - I enjoyed their conversation and felt comfortable with their presence.

I have used this franchise of Molly Maids for about 10 years, and another franchise for about 6 years before then. Obviously, I am very pleased with the service. A benefit of these service companies, in general, over a single person is that you don't have to deal with one person's drama, cleaning lapses or scheduling problems, and you can request, complain, etc. to someone who is just managing the service. With regard to this particular franchise, I particularly appreciate their responsiveness and willingness to accommodate changes. I love the ease of it, and the fact that they have protocols for cleaning and it is very professionally done. All of the crews are friendly, attentive, professional, and responsive, but I have one of the best in Melody and Krista! I have asked that the same crew clean my house every time, because they have a sense of continuity and ownership and know what is scheduled to be cleaned each visit. I recommend this service, company, franchise and team!

As long as Mindy cleans my house, I am very happy. If they try to substitute other cleaners when Mindy was available as they did for my February cleaning yesterday Feb 2. I insisted on Mindy and she came at the usual time with absolutely no problems. I was not happy with the office staff trying to substitute newer workers when Mindy was available. She has cleaned my home for 16 years and I choose not to try new cleaners.

We love our cleaning crew at Molly Maids. We are in a stage of life here everything is so very hectic, we have jobs we work hard at, and we have kids and their friends in and out all of the time. I actually need and rely on Melody and Rebecca to help me stay on top of the cleaning for our home. It is all we can do to keep our rooms straight and keep clutter away. Melody and Rebecca come in and do the actual cleaning of dust, grime, dog hair (ew), etc. Having them helps me (as a mom) feel taken care of. Not sure you can put a price on that nowadays!

I was impressed with the first cleaning that we received. I could smell the clean when I first walked in - I am not saying that my house stinks, but with 2 cats and a large dog, if you don't clean regularly you get the animal smell - even if you bath the dog once a week. I work long hours and just can't keep up. My kitchen appliances looked like new. My stove top was awesome. We use our toaster a lot and it was crumb free. Bathrooms excellent, blinds, baseboards, cabinets, floors clean. The return air vent was even dust free - I have tried over the years but thumbs up. Tiffany and Lisa even re-made my son's bed because we hadn't got around to it today! He even commented on how well it was made - that is a lot from a 12 year old! We have used MM-WC for 12 years. They have been attentive and responsive to our concerns and requirements. In particular, we LOVE Melody and her teams - they have gone above and beyond and are actually partners in maintaining our home - very attuned to what we need, and wow, they work hard! A few of tips from our experiences with home services: 1. Use a service like MM rather than individual cleaners because no matter what is going on in the lives of the cleaners, if they can't make it, MM will send someone else. 2. Try to get a *regular* team that is attentive to the ongoing status of your home. They should say, "it is time to do x, or we will do y next time." You know that they are looking out for you. 3. Research says that getting your home professionally cleaned is the #1 stress reliever for a 2-income family. Think about the benefits of that! And MM-WC will make it easy and satisfying for you. The word that comes to mind is thorough. There are four cats in this house. They are generally clean, but they leave used fur **everywhere**:) Molly Maids find & remove it. Of course, there's stuff that isn't kitty fur that we want them to clean up, and they find and clean that as well:) We've had to change our service a couple of times; they're responsive and friendly when called.
