She arrived on time and had a lovely personality. She was very thorough. I was very happy with her work and expect no issues with my apartment. I would use their service again.

First deep clean we have ever had done and we are highly impressed! Ryan & Michelle did our cleaning and even my OCD husband approves. They cleaned EVERYWHERE & even got our tile shower looking brand new which has been a struggle for us. Very nice couple who was also very accommodating to our little ones nap time. Definitely recommend

As a millennial being able to book this cleaning via text was a huge plus. less time wasted more time to do what I needed. As a new home buyer and looking for that wow factor when we officially move in Team Ana from Maid Attendants did not let us down. They arrived onsite right before scheduled to do so and even sent me a friendly text about 15 minutes out to say they were on there way. The team left the home sparkling in the sun light and the fresh smell to our new home was the icing on the cake. If given only three words to communicate my experience I’d immediately say quality, timely, and efficient. Don’t miss out on the chance to work with this team! Adding to initial post as it appears my statement at the beginning was confusing. I found the communication to be superb and very modern. I have zero concerns with this company or team!

Dania showed up right on time, was super professional, and our house has never looked better.. so much so we have requested Dania for all our future cleanings. I contacted this company due to theit high rating to have a move out clean done on our rental properties. I ended up having to contact the company two additional times because it was not meeting standards. Baseboards, ceiling fans, refrigerator, floors and showers not properly cleaned. And when you pay extra for baseboards the expectation is that they get cleaned. Opportunity number three they sent out Troy. He spent five hours re-cleaning the property that had already been cleaned twice. He did do an amazing job. But, it should not have taken three attempts

This is my first time using Maid Attendants. I changed services because it became sub-par. Karla came today and did a remarkable job and was very professional. I work from home, so was unable to give her much direction. I gave her a tour and from there she got started. When I finished working she was already gone and I couldn’t believe my eyes. I called Maid Attendants to arrange a $20 tip, signed up for bi-weekly service and told them I only wanted Karla!

Wow! Maid Attendants are a life saver! I am so absolutely pleased with their work. I called them on a Thursday in a panic because my scheduled cleaning company had to cancel my Move-Out cleaning service last minute! I was extremely overwhelmed with possibly having to clean my apartment before my move-out date on Saturday. Their customer service rep responded right away, was very kind and helped me schedule for the next morning. The cleaners were on time and very professional. My apartment literally looked better then when I moved in! I would 100% recommend them! The price for the service is very affordable and you better believe I’ll be using their services again! Hands down the best cleaning I ever had by far. The attention to detail is impeccable. The cleaners found places to clean I had never even thought of and they walked me through to check their work. The fridge, toilets, microwave, and stove have never been so clean and it feels like I got brand new appliances. Maid attendants is by far the best in Nashville. Maid Attendants is perfection 🙏

Wow. All I can say is wow. This is the cleaning service to use if you want a spotless cleaning and you're in the Nashville area. I highly recommend their deep cleaning. I own a business and it's that time of year where I get really busy. My 2bed/2 bath condo needed some TLC because it hasn't been cleaned properly in at least 2 months. I called and spoke with a gentleman who booked me same day, great customer service. My home hasn't looked this clean since I first moved in. I feel like I'm in a hotel. Thank you Maid Attendants, awesome job. I will be booking monthly!

I’m not an easy person to impress. But these folks blew me away. I called at the last minute because our closing date change and I didn’t have time to clean. There was no way I’d leave my home without a cleaning. I was so happy when they could work me in. The staff at the house was professional and courteous. And they super cleaned my home. Sparkling clean. Nothing left untouched. Very impressive. I’ll definitely use again when needed. Highly recommend!

In the pandemic when my house also became my office, I lacked any desire to dust or sweep anything! Given the fact I have allergies and 2 cats, it was actually a terrible thing to neglect. You could say that maid attendants, and our cleaner Sheena, have saved my life...they at least saved me from a consistently running nose!

I called for an emergency service to be done the day after and they came out and took care of everything. Super thankful for this company and everything they've done for me.

Need a deep heavy move out clean for a rental property..they stated from the top, ceiling fixtures high shelves etc. and worked their way down.. the bathrooms (tub and showers) needed a lot of scrubbing and the shower had trac doors that had gunk all inside of them.. they left the bathrooms sparkling clean.. the oven had a lot of built up debris that need to be cleaned.. the oven door and oven looked amazing.. the refrigerator was cleaned and they even pulled the refrigerator out and got behind the refrigerator and cleaned the floors.. got the grill under the refrigerator cleaned!! We paid extra to have the baseboards cleaned and it was well worth it.. the blinds, ledges etc.. were all wiped down.. they finished by vacuuming the floors… and asked us to do a final walk through with them to see if anything was missed.. I highly recommend this cleaning company!!
