I would highly recommend Maid in Nashville. Brandon was prompt, organized and very responsive. He was able to get us scheduled for cleaning in short notice. The automated texting service that tells you when the person is on the way to your house is very helpful. Rhonda was prompt and super friendly. She paid close attention to detail and left the house spotless. I cannot wait to use them again.

Not only did they do a great job but were done quicker than the estimate I received over the phone. I am so impressed by this company! I was super nervous to hire a cleaning service because you never really know what you’re going to get but Brandon was so helpful. A lovely lady called me a day or so before my clean to see if there were any specific details I would like addressed, Brandon followed up with me to let me know when service was on their way, Jessica (who cleaned my house) did a killer job and also let me know via text when she was done AND Brandon followed up with me to make sure I was satisfied with the job provided. I was quite honestly shocked at the stellar communication, professionalism and the awesome job Jessica did! The price was totally fair and I already have my next clean scheduled. I really appreciate this business and the level of care they provide their customers! Highly recommend.

Jennifer Vasquez was AMAZING!!! She cleaned my apartment for a move out and did an exceptional job. She was so thorough, kind, and considerate of my space. I highly recommend her. Everyone is super professional and responsive. From the time you call to the cleaners leaving I’ve had a good experience with Maid in Nashville. The company tried to send the same person each time they come to your residence so you have more personal service and less people in and out of your home. I like that my cleaner knows what I’m hoping to get out of the service. All good qualities!

Maid in Nashville is the best! They offer a personal touch and will treat your home like it's their own. Brandon is excellent to work with and will take the time to understand your cleaning preferences, big or small, and tailor the service to fit your needs. We have very high expectations and often feel like no one can clean our home as well as we do. We've also had bad experiences in the past with other cleaning companies. Brandon and his team exceeded all of our expectations, listened well, and were very respectful of our family and our home. They even worked with us to clean around our kids' naps! I can't say enough good things about Maid in Nashville, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking cleaning services big, small, one-time, recurring, or anything in between. You will not be disappointed!

Brandon runs a fantastic business. Prompt communication, kind and trustworthy staff, and a thorough clean. I hired them for a deep clean service before a new tenant moved in. I really appreciated that the cleaning was done well and in a time sensitive way! Tiffany in their booking department is so sweet too! Where's that 6th Star? From discussing the necessary services and scheduling with Tiffany, to the on time arrival and excellent job by Lorena and McKenna, it was seamless! It's obvious these folks take excellence seriously. They interacted well and were great to communicate with about specifics and details. They also, with careful attention, regard for our possessions and home, kicked into high gear and knocked out the job in half the original estimated time. Highly recommended!!! Excellent service coupled with a reasonable price is a business plan that will succeed everytime when filling a need.

I just received a deep clean by Leah and Nishaa. They did an incredible job! They were on time and made sure to ask if i had any specifics so that I was happy with my end result. They also asked if I would do a walkthrough to ensure everything looked good - which it did! Super accommodating and kind. I would highly recommend them!
