My fiancé owns a Cigar Bar in Nashville and he was in desperate need of a cleaning crew that would actually clean, be on time, he could trust, and be in compliance with using the correct cleaners because of Covid. I just happen to be on FB scrolling thru one of the small business networks and I saw a post from KU Cleaning Crew. I immediately sent her a private message and she responded right back. With in 2 hours she was at our place of business taking notes and telling us about her crew and how they operate. I had a quote sent to me with in 30 mins. Fast forward 3 months. I can't give enough praise to Katlyne and her team. They are hands down the best cleaning crew we have ever had. They go above and beyond what was and is expected. Communication is top notch. We never have to worry when we unlock our business doors each day because they exceeded our expectations the first day they cleaned. She now cleans our homes as well.
