They were wonderful. Showed up promptly. The only problem was that two of them did not speak English, but I got my daughter on the phone - she speaks fluent Spanish, and we were able to communicate in a very respectful way. Thank youl.

The Maids front office has always been so accommodating to our schedule in making sure we are getting our home cleaned on a day/time that is best for our family. We have been using them for 3 years and everything is always spotless. Now, we have a 15 mo toddler who makes messes everywhere, and nothing is missed! I also do a lot of heavy cooking and my kitchen is degreased and absolutely stunning. On a specific day, our 12 tier shoe rack was disheveled and falling apart and the team - literally- pulled it all apart and put it back together. They went above and beyond without me even requesting it! Very very happy! Highly recommended.

I initially hired The Maids to deep clean our home. I had fallen a bit behind on my cleaning and was willing to pay to get the house back in order. After watching the crew of 3 women just dive in and clean everything in a couple of hours I was hooked. Even though the service is on the expensive side, especially for a retired couple, it was such a treat to have it all taken care of that I decided to reward myself and have them clean once a month. WIth 2 dogs messing up the floors and shedding, I still have to sweep and vacuum frequently, but that is not a real issue when that is the only cleaning i have to do. Also, because they send 3 or 4 people to clean my smaller home, they are done in 2 hours or less which is very convenient for me. The only thing they could do better is to offer a senior citizen discount!

The Maids come to our home every other week and have done an outstanding job! As they arrive in a team of 4-5 they can clean my very large home in less than two hours. Every inch of our home is spotless, and they even change all the bedsheets - my personal favorite of all the jobs they do each visit. Since COVID, they are all wearing masks and have added additional procedures for both their safety and ours. I appreciate them and find their work indispensable to my life and my family's.

The Maids are amazing. I was struggling when I moved to find cleaners who consistently did a spotless job. The owner Dan met with us, personalized the experience, and has always been attentive to ensuring we are getting great service. Our home is large and has a large sport court, but they don’t have any issues making it look great everywhere. We are both partners at a law firm and have two kids and a dog. We rely on the Maids to make our lives so much easier. I highly recommend them.

The Maids are fabulous! I came home after a long day at work and kids sporting events to find our home looking perfect! Nothing was missed, closet slat doors cleaned, stain on wooden cabinet removed, dust behind TV cabinet gone, floors spotless, kids rooms picked up and clean, everything was great! In fact, one son wasn’t feeling well and he went right to bed in his super clean room with clean sheets and got a good nights sleep! I highly recommend The Maids!

we have had a number of cleaning people in the past years, but the MAIDS are the best. everything is spotless, sparkling, and they clean or dust everything! Even better, the team of 4 gets it done in an hour and a half. they follow strict guidelines for Covid, scheduling and payment is all online.

I have been a faithful client of The Maids for over 5 years now. I am never disappointed and always amazed at how they work in our house. In 5 years we have never had an issue, anything broken or missing - and its so nice to come home the day they clean. The house is spotless and fresh smelling when they leave. They work in a fairly large team, so they don't occupy your house all day - just a part of the day which is an extra bonus! They deserve more than five stars.

I needed a seasonal cleaning and The Maids exceeded my expectations. The crew was on time, professional, prepared with necessary Covid-19 precautions, and left my home absolutely spotless. So happy with the results — I will definitely refer them to friends and call on them again in the future.

A little disappointed with this cleaning service. First time using this company and not sure if I will use it again. First, the price is a bit pricey. Quoted at $178.00/hourly with four maids cleaning, which was fine initially. However, the maids which were extremely nice took almost two hours to clean. Keep in mind that I don not have that big of a house and had other cleaning services take 45 minutes to 1 hour to clean the entire place at half of the cost. My place is not that dirty or messy. Secondly, signed up for $50.00 voucher online, but was told at first that $20.00 would be taken off for the bill and $30.00 would be taken off for subsequent cleanings. However, when the final bill was tallied, the front desk said that it couldn't be used until next services. Why was that not mentioned in the original voucher? The cleaning service was okay, but not great. I would use it again, except for the way overpriced cost hourly and the inconsistency of the voucher usage. It would have been smart for this organization and good business practice to let me use the voucher, even half of it to lure me in and make me happy. Because of that, I am not sure if I would use their service again or recommend it to other individuals. Can find cleaning services MUCH cheaper elsewhere, as it was not worth paying almost $400.00!

I had The Maids come to my home and clean 3 normal sized bathrooms, and kitchen. It took 1.5 hours for 4 people to clean, charging me $318. The clean provided was "good", but I had to call them for a second cleaning on the shower/sink hardware from hard water stains. Rather than calling and asking while cleaning if they could use stronger chemicals, they came back and used some elbow grease to correct the mistake. Overall, I think this company charges way too much. I had a whole home cleaned in another area for $200, which is 1400 SQFT, versus the roughly ~600 SQFT I had cleaned for $318. Friendly staff, good outcome and commitment, just too pricey.

I had a last second need for a substantial cleaning of my 2 bedroom duplex a few weeks ago, and after calling around The Maids were able to get a team out the same day (which was a lifesaver!). They did a fantastic job given the amount of work needed. They stayed well within their estimate for time and the quality fo the work was amazing (if you saw before and after pictures you'd be shocked). I now have them doing a routine cleaning every other week and I can honestly say having used other housekeeping services before they are at the top in terrms of quality. HIGHLY recommended.
