I wouldn’t recommend maid pro for true deep cleaning. I hired them to clean a newly purchased home. It was before we moved in so the house was totally empty. They sent out a team to clean areas I specifically requested and only did a light cleaning. I sent some photos and asked if they could come back to fix some not cleaned areas/items. They sent someone back at no charge, which was great! But, they didn’t clean the additional areas much so the house was still pretty dirty. Most of the dirty areas were dusting, edging, baseboards, doors, vents. They seemed to clean toilet, sinks and counters fine. I requested a partial refund which they gave me, and I feel is very fair. The photos attached are after both cleaning crews came out. I wouldn’t hire for more than a light cleaning.

Isabel did a fantastic job. The company is reasonably priced. Very professional and respectful! We work from home and can work without worry when in the home. Amazing if you have dogs. I also love we can add on fridge or basement when needed. Love our maidpro employees!

I used MaidPro for the first time this week and was impressed with the quality control. Someone came out in person to check on the work done and agreed that the cleaner had not done an adequate job. The company sent out someone else the next day to do a re-cleaning at no extra cost. That cleaner, Tricia, was terrific, very meticulous. She even managed to clean the hard-water stains off our shower door (something we've struggled to do). Kudos to a company that works to make things right.

They provide outstanding service, and proved it today: we have a cat with a stranger danger thing, and he wouldn't let the cleaner into a bedroom. We normally put him away, but we forgot. They sent a manager to help the cleaner try to move the cat and didn't have any luck, so they called me. I work too far away to be any help, but made a suggestion and they tried it. When it didn't look like it was going to work, they offered to send somebody back just a day later. In the end it worked, so no need, but I am so impressed that they went so above and beyond. This service is some of the best money we've ever spent. Great job, and thank you MaidPro of Maple Grove!
