Samantha Yang regularly cleans our house and I want to say that she does an amazing job. I look forward to the days when she cleans - its a perfect reset. I come home to an organized space and the house feels as fresh and new as when we moved in. That is saying a lot because we have small children who leave toys like bread crumbs where ever they go and don't get me started on sticky surfaces. Samantha is professional, hard working and friendly and I highly recommend her.

Samantha and Caitlin were absolutely incredible!!! I am blown away by how clean they made our house they were truly the dream team. My house is sparkling from top to bottom. My favorite is my white polished sink and in my sons room a book was propped up on his chair for when he next reads. The attention to detail was incredible I can’t stop smiling. I had my first cleaning today and was very impressed! I had the talented Samantha, who is a hard worker, efficient, detailed, and very kind. My home absolutely sparkles. My husky also loved her and literally howled for belly rubs...which she doesn't do if she doesn't like you so that's definitely 4 paws up from a hard to please jerk. Looking forward to our weekly cleaning with Samantha...she really is quite a delight!

I needed help with house cleaning after having foot surgery. MaidPro gave me a fair price, and very professional service. The gal who came to clean (Samantha) was friendly, kind and efficient. She was good with our pets and respectful of our things. MaidPro provides a check list of things that are done at each visit and it's amazing to see what they can do in under 3 hours! The house always looked wonderful after she was done and I am going to miss their service very much now that I'm back on two feet & have to go back to doing it myself. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anybody!

I hired maidpro to deep clean my newly bought house. I told them that it needed some cleaning love and that I had celiac and would love it if they paid extra attention to the kitchen! The person who cleaned did a great job on the floors, walls, and bathroom (except for the knob that they broke off of the shower.) However, the night before we moved in we went to give the kitchen a once over, and it appeared nearly untouched. There was grime and gunk in the drawers, mustard stains in the fridge, and other yuck that should have been cleaned. It seemed like the kitchen had been skipped completely. I'm really disappointed!

Sarah from MaidPro is the best house keeper I have ever had! Everything has a bit more shine and detail than the work done by my other home helpers over the years....and I have lived on 3 continents and several states: Texas, Maryland, Kansas and Minnesota. I am picky and a registered nurse who understands "clean" done in the right order, which means moving from cleaner areas to dirty areas: kitchen food prep areas first and bathrooms are done last. And dusting begins top to bottom: ceiling areas done first and baseboards last. Another plus is Sarah's unobtrusiveness: I hardly know she is cleaning if I am at home. The whole family has been home at times when Sarah has been cleaning and we never feel inconvenienced. If I ask for special cleaning like dirty dishes in the sink, windows and blinds she is always willing. I do not hesitate to highly recommend Sarah and MaidPro Bloomington-Edina.

I love how they paid attention to the little things like dusting under some of my clutter and the deep cleaning of my carpets.
