I moved to Minneapolis a month ago on a short notice and needed a move in clean. Was glad that Errund could send a cleaner the same weekend. Cleaner was on time and brought her own supplies. She cleaned according to their checklist which included bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and living room. After the cleaning is completed, I noticed specks of dust on some surface areas. I called their customer support and they offered to send someone back to touch up. I was hesitant at first but decided to give it another try since I understand that everyone makes mistakes (plus my cleaning was done at night so it might be hard to see dust on lighter surfaces?). Cleaner came back the next day apologetic and immediately recleaned the problematic areas. Would definitely use their services again since their cleaning is satisfaction guaranteed!

Booked a service for mother's day gift. Managed to get a booking online the night before. I was shocked that I could get a last minute clean at only $26/hr and $25 same day fee. Still this price is cheaper than what other services are offering if they even offer at all - most other places if not all have no service at such short notice. I lated booked a service in Madison where I go to school which you can read too on my profile. My cleaner was great she arrived a little late but due to traffic and clean well according to the checklist

I contacted many cleaning services in Minneapolis but all others could only accommodate if I called them a week before when I need a cleaning. ONLY errund could help with 1 day notice. I think this is awesome. The cleaner came and do a great job according to their checklist. I was very happy and will recommend this service again

My parents came to visit so I had to book a last minute cleaning. My goal was to find a reasonably priced but good cleaning. I found it really easy to place a booking on their website so I decided to give it a try. I wanted to do same day cleaning but that would have incurred an additional $30. There were able to accommodate me the next day. The cleaner came and did her magic for 4 hours. Needless to say, my house was in such clean and tip top condition that my mom did not nag at me a single time the entire visit.

They charged $25.5/hr for a one time service which is great price and sent a cleaner located in Minneapolis who is obviously experienced. I asked her how they did the background check and my maid said she was required to send in her id. I am really impressed because I know not all cleaning companies bother to check backgrounds which is really important.

Errund contacted me a day before my cleaning to request my ID to verify my identity. At first I thought it's weird and did not give but eventually did and I got an official email confirming my identity is verified. I guess this makes sense given that I was not home and I was getting a move out cleaning. I recommend errund

Love this service. Booked one online for my move out cleaning and the maids came on time. They usually send one person but if you request and if you have more than 6-7 hours booked, they may be arrange to arrange for 2 people to come so ask them.

My airbnb guest left my place in a mess. I was in a bind as I was out of town and my regular cleaner found the place disgusting to clean. I called errund and they agreed to help me the same day while not charging me an exorbitant fee which a few other services are asking for.

One of the main things I like is that errund charges me after the cleaning so I don't have to go back and ask them to review the charge which is unlike other cleaning service. Also, if you ask errund, they can provide other services not listed such as organizing or decluttering or even moving help which I got from them at the same rate. What a bargain! Don't tell anyone else I said so.

I use this on a regular basis for my mother-in-law's house in Edina. I have active service in Chicago. All bookings are managed under one account. They have hardworking locals with experience clean. In emergencies they notify us asap and worked hard to find replacement. Can't go wrong with such a service.

No hassle booking and top notch service by vetted cleaners. Most cleaning companies don't even vet their cleaners because they pay them very little. Glad I know people who are safe are at my home as sometimes I am not home for the cleaning.
