Josh, Jarrett and Steven worked well as a team and did an outstanding job. Because my husband had had a severe stroke recently and only come home December 20 the house and especially the bathrooms were terrible. And because dealing with the stroke as been overwhelming for both of us I did not have time to clean. All 3 of them were kind and understanding of this total mess post moving everything around to accommodate my husband's return home. I am grateful and would highly recommend this team.

They do a great job and have a good rotation program so different areas of the house receive deeper cleaning on a schedule. They have never cancelled or had to change schedules and when I’ve needed to change a schedule they do so with ease! Now if only I could keep my kids from messing up the house for more than 10 minutes then I’d get to enjoy it even more!

Maria and Lilly from the Cleaning Authority in Brookfield have been cleaning our home for a few months. We have lots of pets and a pasture out back from which debris is often tracked inside. Maria and Lilly are very professional and attack the mess with a great attitude and some fine cleaning skills. The cleaners are phenomenal. The customer service is absolutely horrible. If there is any issue, they hardly ever call you back and use a call center to relay information to them which apparently they never follow up on.

Our toilet had backed up last week and the plumber used a device that scratched up the interior horribly. I told the Cleaning ladies not to expect to be able to get those marks off of the toilet, and that I didn't expect much improvement. When I went back into the bathroom, I had to do a double - take. The toilet bowl was SO much cleaner that I actually wondered for just a second whether I was actually in the right bathroom! There are just a few little scratches in the toilet bowl! Very minor ones! The ladies were already gone, so I didn't have a chance to compliment them. Hurray, Cleaning Authority Ladies!

Kai, Melly, and Salena showed up to do our initial clean this week and were fantastic. They came in and needed very little direction from me due to the information that was gathered during the initial quote. They divided and cleaned the entire house (2 bath, 3 bed, basement, living, dining, kitchen, hallway). The biggest pro for me was how quiet they were the entire time while my wife and I were working. Some other pros - when they arrived I had a work meeting in 20 minutes and requested that they did my office first. Without hesitation one of them jumped in and started getting it cleaned. - We opted to not have my wife's office cleaned every time because she has to work, but wanted it cleaned adhoc. We can manage when they clean it on the app - The initial clean was said to take about 4-5 hours (or at least that is what I expected) they were in an out in 2-3. Overall extremely positive experience from quote to first clean and ready for the next few cleans.

Feels so great to have a professional business, bonded, super easy to use app, and a great crew. Yuliana and Rosa are ON IT! They have a great work ethic and put up with my dog who likes to inspect! Never thought I would see a clear shower door again - and my kitchen shines after each visit! UPDATE...caitlin and rosa just left the house. Can you see the sparkle and shine?!
