Steamdry saved our carpet and much more damage that could have come from the rare huge rainfall Milwaukee saw in September 2022. I was late to find out our basement was flooded so all restoration companies were swamped and had said they couldn't come out for DAYS, and Steamdry was able to come out that afternoon to get the flood clean up and repair underway. Torrence was awesome and so professional, worked late into the night to make sure we were taken care of (and others in our neighborhood). The team oversaw the cleanup process for days and made sure everything dried correctly and was salvaged. Bonus that they are a local family business!! Absolutely will use for carpet/upholstery upkeep moving forward (hopefully no more flood cleanups!). Thank you Craig and team!

Highly professional group, Sean Stahl is a champ ! They were the 1st ones to arrive after my basement got flooded and needed immediate attention. Sean arrived and immediately took control of the situation, he ensured that all areas of the basement were cleared and setup blowers, dehumidifiers. Amazing, just amazing. I chose this company to clean my Mom's carpet in her independent senior apartment with a 5 X 7 area rug based on the Google reviews that I read. I thought to myself how does any company get a collective rating of 5 stars with hundreds of reviews. I started by reading a few of the Google reviews and then clicked on their website. Their website allows you to get an immediate cost estimate and I was able to choose the day for the service and a 3 hour window when they would arrive. I chose a Tuesday between 9am and noon. The next business day I was contacted by a really pleasant person from SteamDry. She asked me questions about the service details of Mom's apartment and about the carpeting. After answering a few questions she came back with a lower cost than the estimate on their Website. Who doesn't like to save a few dollars? I was given confirmation that a 2 person crew was going to arrive between 9am and noon on Tuesday morning. Guess what. The crew called me about 8:25am on Tuesday morning and told me that they were in-route and that they will be at Mom's apartment at 9am. Then, they called me again at 8:50am saying that they arrived at the main entrance to the building and that they would be up shortly. Tony and Nick from SteamDry were knocking on Mom's apartment door at 9am, sharp. Seriously, at 9am, sharp. They looked over Mom's carpet and the location of Mom's apartment to their van. They determined that they could use the equipment in their van and would not need to use a portable carpet cleaning machine. Now, this is what blew me away. Mom lives on the 4th floor of a senior apartment building. That is a long way up there from the ground. But, SteamDry had hoses that reached from their company van in the parking lot up four stories into Mom's entire apartment. Those hoses delivered the hot cleaning water / solution and another parallel hose that extracted the dirty water back into their van down four stories to the ground. They sprayed the areas of Mom's carpet with what I think I remember them saying was electrostatic water which is their pre-cleaning solution. They arrived knocking on the door at 9:00am and at 9:50am they were completely finished and were back in their van. The carpet looked amazing. Both Tony and Nick were pleasant, personable, professional and respectful. This company is the real thing. You just read another 5 star review. Pictures of the van and van with hoses are zoomed in from the fourth floor of Mom's apartment for detail.

I’ve been using STEAMDRY for a few years now. I always go with Luke as he takes such great care of my carpets and furniture. His attention to detail is outstanding. I have three dogs and a teenager so it’s not easy keeping furniture and carpets clean. I never want my home to smell like I have pets. Luke will take his time to check for any “potty training accidents” that can’t be seen by the naked eye. He will go over the areas to confirm the stain and odor is gone so the pups don’t continue to have repeat accidents. He’s very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I’m not one to give reviews, but I’m always one to read the reviews. I’m too impressed by Luke at STEAMDRY though to not take the time to give my own review. Their water source is out of their van not our home. They took great care in moving any necessary furniture, placing tables up on pads so the legs don’t get wet or ruined. Joe Bentley was awesome. I worked in the basement while he cleaned my first floor carpet, and I could hear the effort he was putting into his job. Allergens in the carpet were my biggest concern. I didn't think the carpet was exceptionally dirty, When I asked Joe to see the waste water extracted from my carpet, it was embarrassing. My carpet was in fact, filthy. When Joe finished, it was beautifully clean. I'll sell my home in approx. two years, and I will definitely call SteamDry again prior to the sale.

I have used Steam Dry professionally and personally now for 8 years and I have to say they are simply the best! Not only can I count on them to clean just about any condition of carpet, but they go above and beyond to patch areas when necessary as well. They always make sure to come to me first if they feel a cleaning will cost more than usual. This is probably one of the best companies I have ever worked with. I needed someone to come to my old apartment and clean the carpets after I moved out. Luke came to the wrong address but still drove to the apartment I needed work done at. He was so laid back about the annoying mistake and was still willing to get the job done the same day. Even after that he offered to clean the stairs for no charge. Luke also cleaned and deodorized a few small urine spots at no charge. He was absolutely fantastic. Craig walked me through the process they were using & showed me the technology they use to assure drywall and insulation are dry & will not mold. I called right away and they got me in 2 days later. Sean came to our home and said he’d to the best he could to remove the stain. After a heavy rainfall I called Mike at Steam Dry to help my parents out of a jam. Their window well filled up and poured water into the basement. Luckily Mike had some availability and came over almost immediately with his coworker Tony. In less than 2 hours they had cleaned up the water and were able to clean the carpet which hadn't been cleaned in quite a few years. It's been a little over two months since Steam Dry treated our basement rec room carpet for cat urine smell, and we can now say with confidence that their treatment WORKS. After a previous senile cat peed along two of the walls, we tried unsuccessfully for years to rid the smell with home remedy treatments, including a home carpet cleaner, enzyme cleaners, baking soda, peroxide with dish soap, and pet store sprays. When a newer cat picked up the residual smell and decided to leave his own mark, we gave Steam Dry a try before our next step of replacing the carpeting entirely. Joe and Curtis came out in early December 2018. They were both professional and courteous, and called ahead of time to confirm their arrival. We had the entire carpet steam cleaned and their magic solution applied to the peed-on areas. They used a strong ultra-violet light along with their noses in the carpet to confirm the problem areas. The treatment left a fairly strong but pleasant odor (kinda smelled like an almond kringle) that faded after several days. We did take them up on their offer of a free second treatment when we still noticed some smell along one of the walls, which we now think may have been another cat "episode" (he's now banned from the basement). Curtis returned and again was very professional and courteous during the treatment visit. After 2+ months the basement is smell-free and even passes the "nose in the carpet" smell test. The small investment in the Steam Dry services saved us from the cost of a carpet replacement. Thank you Steam Dry!

We had Tony and Nick come out from SteamDry last week due to pet elimination issues. They were both super friendly, knowledgeable and explained the process before they started cleaning. Our dog had an accident in the living room which then led to our dominant cat marking around it and another spot in the house. We tried numerous chemicals to get the urine smell out but nothing worked. They used a black light to target the spots and did the urine treatment. I did not treat one area because it happened the day before they came out and the smell is COMPLETELY gone. The areas I tried to treat myself with Nature's Miracle still have a slight odor, but I have to get on the ground to smell anything. Before, I used to be able to smell it just by walking into that area of the room. They were also able to eliminate any smells from 2 of our couch cushions. My recommendation is if your pet urinates on the carpet, DO NOT use any chemicals and instead have SteamDry out. The rest of the carpet where we didn't have pet issues looks years newer! I would definitely recommend this company and especially those two guys. Thank you!!

An important update to my initial review below! Within a day of posting my review below, the owner of the company contacted me to apologize and stressed that he was not happy that we had an unpleasant experience and he wanted to make it right by offering a free cleaning. They came out yesterday morning and cleaned. The stain is gone and the carpet was dry within 12 hours, as they had said it would be. They had found an equipment issue that was the cause of the issue, and they showed their integrity as a company by making it right. I plan to use them again in the future when I have a need for carpet cleaning. =============================== The person who came out used way too much water. I asked how long it would take to dry and he said "With A/C and fans, maybe 12 hours". Over two days later (with A/C, fan, and de-humidifier running in the same room) the carpet was still too wet to move furniture back. Then I was left with a big stain in the living room that was not there when he started. Now considering hardwood flooring as a replacement. Will make one final attempt at cleaning myself with a machine borrowed from a friend.
