WE HAD OUR GROUT CLEANED IN ALL ROOMS THAT HAVE TILE FLOORS. SCOTT MATTHEW LISTENED TO WHAT WE NEEDED AND WANTED FOR OUR TILE FLOORS GROUT CLEANING. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND WORKED IN A TIMELY MANNER AND EXPLAINED INSTRUCTIONS AFTER THE JOB WAS COMPLETED IN EACH TILE AREA AND WHEN TO MOVE ITEMS BACK IN PLACE AND LET IT DRY FOR ABOUT 8 HOURS PLUS AND WALK BAREFOOT OR WITH SHOES.

Air duct and vent crew worked well together. They were friendly, respectful of my home and explained what they were doing. We also had the ceramic tile floor stripped and cleaned. Not very impressed with this part of Coit. No attention to detail around edges, door frames and baseboard. Pricey for the tile services I received.

The initial visit with the sales person who did the estimate for me was perfect. He was very professional and personable. The technicians were unable to actually clean my ducts because of some condensation in the duct work, but they did perform a sanitizing of the duct work which eliminated the smell and seems to have removed the bacteria that was aggravating my allergies. I will call them back to perform a thorough cleaning when we get control of the condensation problem. I would recommend this company.

My experience had some miscommunication between admin scheduling and service providers in the beginning. When I expressed concern, the director of ops Josh contacted me immediately and everything went fantastic from there. He was timely, professional, and genuinely wanted to make things right. His staff (Craig and Drew I believe) cleaned our air ducts and were true professionals and deserve a pay raise. I had to leave them unattended in my home in order to pick my son up from school in time, but they were so friendly I wasn't concerned about leaving them. I also thought, well they will rush this job now that I'm gone, but they proved me wrong too. His team was attentive and had a passion to do a good job. They showed me all the detail and work that they had accomplished as they did it. That quality is getting more and more rare nowadays, so I hope Coit recognizes this and appreciates quality associates. I have career in the hospitality industry and appreciate customer care along with quality service. Thank you for your help and recommend them.

Unless you're going off a friends recommendation you're crossing your fingers and hoping you picked the right company. I'm here to tell you going with Coit is the right move. From the woman on the phone to Greg who came out to give us an estimate and the 2 men that did the work, it was perfect. I had all the air ducts and dryer vent cleaned. Professional and efficient! We have cats and dogs and they were extremely considerate and patient as I moved them from one room to another so they could finish the job. The difference we saw in the air ducts day one was amazing. Though this was the only service we used, I imagine that whatever you need them to do the results would be as good.

The two different crews were polite, professional explaining and discussing situations/options during the processes. At times the two crews worked simultaneously. My technician showed up on time and introduced himself and the process he would use. He worked steadily and was done in just an hour. He then showed us the filter and all the dirt it trapped. Thirty years worth of bad air gone in an hour! I would highly recommend this, especially if you bought an old home and dust is everywhere all the time.
