I’ve used both cleaning companies and self-employed house cleaners throughout my life and The Cleaning Authority is the first company or person I’ve had clean my house and not had to clean after they left. They clean my house like I would clean my house. It is so wonderful. I work all week (from home) and to not have to worry about cleaning my house on weekends is such a huge help and relief. The Cleaning Authority makes at least that part of my life worry free! Carla and Team 19 are the best! They are friendly, professional and excellent at what they do - I am very appreciative of their hard work.

They have a rotating plan and break things out to insure that they don't execute the same thing, part of the plan is the base and that assures it is not the same every time. They have their cleaners are in a team, ours is Team #1, they don't take a break. 2 person team (Marliene and Roxana). We really appreciate the results. We are really pleased and love the quality.

The team I had, #11, were very hard working, didn't take a break in 4.5 hours even though I told them they could. They did an amazing job cleaning baseboards, blinds, floors, scuzzy showers and dog salivated on windows. I highly recommend.

I’ve had the privilege of finding the cleaning authority as our new cleaning service for our home. I was having difficulty finding professional, customer-focused cleaning services for awhile now. Always settling for unresponsive texts, having to constantly confirm appointment times, and inconsistent arrival times. I was over it!!!! I found The cleaning Authority through an advertisement in our mail. I immediately liked their professionalism in the virtual walk through to assess our home to give a price. The price is a bit steep, but worth the quality work and professional communication. They have an app you can download to know when your next cleaning date and time are scheduled. Also, each cleaning service includes a rotation of a deep clean in 1 of 4 areas of the home: living spaces, sleeping quarters, kitchen & dining, and bathrooms (I think I got that right 🤔) I would definitely recommend The Cleaning Authority! I already do, to my friends and family when asked who we use☺️

Two professionals came in and we sorted out what the biggest concerns were for me and reviewed again what I could expect from them. The interaction was great and very professional. The finished product was a sparkling clean house! After just four days, I want them to come back!! I will probably change my service to bi-weekly instead of monthly.

We use service for bi-weekly cleaning of our home. A team of two clean, which makes the cleaning much more efficient and less down time in our house. They clean the entire house each visit with a deep cleaning rotation of rooms. Very satisfied! Deducted one star due to an issue with a broken item and the time it took to rectify. Luckily it was something which could be replaced. While Cleaning Authority replaced item, it took nearly 2 wks to do so.
