My wife and I moved into this house about 2 years ago and the grout, tile, and concrete were in bad shape, we mopped and used a Swiffer over the last 2 years but it never felt clean. I saw Abel's great review and contacted him immediately. Abel was great to work with, I contacted him and we set up a time for him to come deep clean my tile, grout, and garage concrete. The before, during, and after went great. He is very professional and gave me a 30-minute heads up that he was on the way to complete the cleaning. He did a great job on all the above, the tile looks brand new. The grout is back to its original color and the garage concrete looks incredible. He takes care and wears boot covers while working in your house to prevent making it dirty even further. I would recommend his services to anyone looking for any cleaning in your home (Carpet Cleaning, Upholstery Cleaning, Tile & Grout Cleaning, Garage Floor Cleaning, Pressure Washing, House Cleaning)

I contacted Abel at Alien Steamers and was able to set up an appointment at my convenience. They called to confirm and also sent a reminder text, as well as a text when they were on their way. Abel arrived on time. He worked very clean, and his process and equipment did not disrupt the rest of the house. I am so pleased with the way my carpets came out! Alien Steamers is not one of those "3 Rooms for $99 Special" type of fly by night operation. You definitely get what you pay for and Abel was worth every penny. Highly recommend!

So I have little dogs that can't seem to respect carpet. Today, Abel (owner/operator) from Alien Steamers came by. He had the whole house enzyme treated and cleaned in under 90 minutes. It looks beautiful and smells super fresh (not like wet dogs, like most cleaning companies). HIGHLY recommend!!

As a contractor finding companies that consistently show up and do good work is near impossible. Able has worked on multiple homes for me and never fails to exceed my standards. Even came back a second time to finish something that I forgot to ask him to clean. Abel was very helpful and professional to communicate the process as well addressing any of my concerns. He executed my expectations. I had alot of pet stains and dirty build up due to pups and build up of my own chemical removal that seam to leave more damge than good. Abel was able to remove most stains out of our high traffic area. He is definitely worth the cost although, price was well quoted. I've had past experiences with carpet cleaning services who not only rushed to get in and out but did not pay attention to detail like Able did. No order was left and he cleaned up after himself, friendly and professional. Will definitely continue to use his services.

Alien steamers advised me of the scams other carpet cleaning company's would try to use to get them through my door, with there super cheap 4 rooms for 49 bucks special deals then up the price with sales tricks after just starting the job. in the end I fired that cleaning company and remembered Alien Steamers green van and what they told me the week before , I called them and said "you were right about the scammers and there special deals" , I advised alien steamers "my furniture is now all over the place Ive moved everything out of the way of each room for the previous company I need service today", so at short notice Alien steamers booked me in that afternoon and cleaned my carpets using all the chemicals the other companies wanted to up sell me. Alien Steamers has the correct industrial grade equipment, in a company logoed van. They did an amazing job and the owner was friendly and the price was competitive and service professional. No upselling no tricks, I will definitely use alian cleaners again when I need to clean my carpets Thanks Richard Scott

Alien Service cleaned my kitchen tiles. I have been in this home for 6 years and I didn't know the tile was that nice. They also cleaned our area rug and it made a difference. I would take the area rug outside to wash it. I will be having them come out to do our living room next time. Alien did a great job for us. So if you need your floors done just call the Alien.
