I worked with Kim from Texas to setup a cleaning for my mother who was going through some medical challenges and had a house full of people arriving. Kim was so responsive working with me to get the initial cleaning setup and completed in a tight window and was a lifesaver for my parents. I've been using That Extra Touch Cleaning Services for several months now. Kayla and Kyle have been my primary team always punctual, respectful, and thoughtful. It's the little thigs I appreciate such as watering my plants from time to time when needed and to go that extra step to ensure satisfaction. They are trusted and have frequently cleaned my home when I'm out of town. I've had other teams fill in from time to time and they have provided the same level of professionalism as Kyala and Kyle.

Needed some help to clear my rental in time. Called and was scheduled for the same day. The cleaning tech was super friendly, she helped me with the two bathrooms and the kitchen. Kim and her team have been cleaning my home for several years. They are trust worthy, and reliable. I live 20 + miles outside of Cheyenne and it isn't easy to find people who are willing to come this far.... I'm so grateful for that but even more for their professionalism and friendliness. That Extra Touch Cleaning Services did such an amazing job in our house. We used their services when we first moved into our home and then for a move out cleaning! The house was immaculate, the light fixtures, the outlets, cabinets, all the details you could think of - they got to it! They also sent a team to clean my windows and glass doors and it made such a huge difference for our open house. They cleaned appliances as well and focused on bathrooms and the oak wood floors. Kim went above and beyond by helping with all the little details of preparing for the house to be listed for sale. They brought in all the supplies, vacuums, ladders, and they also wore protective booties while walking on new carpet and our wood floors. The inside of cabinets and its shelving was clean, oven was cleaned inside (and they were so mindful of our quartz countertops and aware that some supplies can cause damage, using only quartz friendly cleaning products). Long after they were done the house smelled fresh, but not overwhelming, smelled cleaned and looked as it had been staged, as the cleaning made all the difference. We also have used them for regular cleaning and our Airbnb reviews reflect the care and how detail oriented they are, by mentioning the cleanliness of the house and how immaculate it was. I highly recommend their cleaning services, be that a move-in, regular cleaning or move-out cleaning.

Kim and her staff are lovely and did a good job, I will say for the price, attention to detail lacked in some areas and although I know she would happily come back and make it right, I didnt have the time as we were closing on the house the next day, so I just did it myself. In the end I would hire them again, but I would very clear about my expectations.
