I needed my carpet cleaned for my final inspection as I was leaving my apartment. Tom arrived on time (a few minutes early actually), he was professional, very pleasant to talk with, he got the job done in a timely manner and provided me with a copy of his invoice to present to the apartment manager. The price was very reasonable. He was recommended to me and I would recommend him to anybody.

I can't say enough good about this company. My dog had diarrhea on a white carpet at an elite air bnb. They came out and in a very short time had it perfectly white again! Very pleasant to talk to and exceptionally professional!!

3/24/23 Our septic backed up on Tuesday night. I was able to get scheduled on Facebook Wednesday, very easy! I received a phone call Wednesday evening offering pricing and confirming details- not only did we have carpet affected by septic but pet mess as well. Once we were about done she repeated the date to me and I had it wrong. They were able to accommodate sooner even though it was my mistake. Carpet cleaned up some dog and cat pee (that we thought we had cleaned- we did not do it well), cleaned up the septic mess and saved our carpets. Communication was on point, friendly and quality service. 4/5/2022 Had a service about two weeks ago. I love how clean everything is including my area rug. They showed up on time, were personable and professional. It was explained to me best care was to wait 24 hours or as long as possible to put items back. There was no heavy moisture in the air and no left over residue on the carpets. Will use again.

Service First is amazing from the time you make the appointment until the job is finished. First off their notification system is amazing. Seconds after making my appointment I had a email detailing the service requested. The day before our carpet cleaning we received a reminder and also a text when they were on their way. Tom and his people are know what they are doing. They explained their process and answered every question we had. The extra steps they take for treating the carpet since we have pets that shed was awesome. Our 3 year old carpet looks new again! Lastly they are very affordable for the service you are getting.

Service First is incredible!! Debi is so personable and schedules services around your availability. She took her time getting to know what we were looking for and overall concerns. Tom is a great serviceman, taking his time to explain the products used, the efficacy of each and how to properly care for them long term. He was careful to discuss dry times and when it would be safest for our fur babies to be on the carpet again. He also guarantees his work, that’s hard to come by these days! Highly, highly recommend Service First. I wish I had thought to take pictures, but our carpet looks brand new. We have four Aussies and while they’re cute, they are naughty at times resulting in our need for Tom and his staff. Additionally, one area of carpet is at the main entry from the backyard/patio and takes quite the beating of muddy, wet, yard-work-covered shoes. Thank you Service First team!

Service First was great! They were really easy to schedule, were timely, and stayed exactly within the estimate. Tom showed me the areas they were concentrating on from pet stains, and showed me how to better clean future stains with the stuff I already had at home. Tom even came right back when I thought my shoes had stained the freshly cleaned carpet! I thought it would be much more expensive than it was, but it’s something I will budget for every six months because I have cream colored carpet.

Service First is an all around professional company that goes the extra mile to make sure your needs are met. I used them to have my carpets cleaned and treated for pet stains. Super nice and friendly! When looking for companies for in home services I try to look for ones who understand what I need. Tom took his time at the original quote to explain what needed to be done and wasn’t in a rush just to get it over with. I felt treated like a person more so than a money source. Cleaning appointment was excellent as well as being reasonably priced. They also offer discounts to military which is awesome for pcs season! **UPDATE** After Tom’s wonderful service we had a sewage back up due to some ice and roots. At this point I will go to war for the man if he asked. Called back quickly and fit me in the schedule ASAP to come back out and clean the gross carpet. This man is a carpet cleaning angel

The best service ever! When I called to book the service I talked with Debra. She was just the nicest person. We talked a bit about our dogs and children and it felt like I was on the phone with family. Then Tom showed up today to clean our carpet. Tom was so friendly and professional. He even gave me pointers to keep my carpets clean so I wouldn’t need a cleaning service every time my carpets were soiled. They guarantee their work and he explained that if there was odor after the carpet dried, that they would come out and clean it again for free. I can not recommend them enough.

This isn't the first carpet cleaning service I've used in town, but they were by far the best. I've used them for 2 of the units that I own and I can't recommend them enough. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful and calling to schedule an appointment was easy and pleasant. When the carpets were done they looked brand new. As far as I'm concerned, there's no reason to use anyone else for your carpet cleaning needs. Will definitely use their service again. Excellent value!

I spilled paint (a lot of paint) on my carpet at 6:30am and was freaking out thinking I would never get it out and have to replace the carpet. At 8am I was calling every carpet cleaning place I could and no one was available. Finally, I spoke with Debbie at Service First. She was so nice and seemed genuine about wanting to help me. She called me back and told me Tom and his assistant were on their way! I was so relieved. Tom and his assistant were friendly, pleasant, and did an awesome job of getting the paint out of my carpet quickly. I absolutely recommend them to anyone and they will forever be the only people I call for carpet cleaning in the future.

I am in the process of moving out of a rental property and hired this company's services to clean all the carpets. They did phenomenal and were very meticulous in their process. I didn't even have any pets during my stay and he cleaned out probably years of different tenants dirt and pet hair from the carpets. Also, when doing the stairs he did every angle up and down. I highly recommend their services.

Came home early due to a flood at my jobsite cause by the Platte River rising over our cofferdam shields, only to walk into a second flood in my living room! The carpet was soaked! Thankfully this tall handsome guy named Tom rushed over and saved the day! He quickly sucked all the water out and installed an overnight fan to “float” the carpet! Handsome Tom made this a delightful experience, cracking jokes every chance he got! He went above and beyond with customer satisfaction!

Tom was on time and very professional. He has a counter rotating brush that scrubs the carpet in opposite directions in addition to the wand that most carpet cleaners use. The carpet is 14 years old and looked like new when he was done. I would highly recommend Service First to anyone in the area.

Tom from Service First did an excellent job cleaning our light colored carpet. He was careful with the equipment and hoses to avoid scratching the wood mouldings and painted corners, which kept my OCD in check. He explained all three steps in great detail so that I would know the advantages of the process involved and how I can utilize my own carpet cleaning machines better to keep the fantastic results for a longer period of time. He even left me with a small amount of his cleaner to use for food spills, pet accidents, and general farm/ranch stains when someone forgets to take off their boots!
