Very thorough cleaning. Responsive to owner’s requests. Cleaned up insulation that fell and insulation that remained in attic. Followed through on all promises. Daily left our home in presentable condition. Always concerned about our personal property in adjacent areas. .This company responded to us even though it was the day after Christmas. We would highly recommend this company to anyone.

We installed an unvented gas fireplace in the addition we built when renovating our farmhouse. Within about 6 weeks, soot had marred the brand new walls and ceilings. The damage was beyond the repair of Magic Erasers or any other cleaners marketed to fix the finish of our interior. I was most impressed when I called Clean Slate to schedule a quote and they dispatched a technician that very day! Gina was gracious and kind, but also very competent and quick, spot-testing the damaged surfaces and taking digital measurements of the space to be repaired. Within hours, we received 2 very detailed, itemized quotes from them. One with, the other without, repainting the surfaces after the cleaning process. We liked having choices of services that we did or didn’t deem essential to restore our rooms. After making a few additional quotes with other companies, we decided Clean Slate was offering competitive pricing and was certainly the most prompt in their responses, via calls, e-mails and scheduling actual work completion. A team of three was dispatched to our home (which is not in the Kanawha Valley, but about an hour commute) for two consecutive days to complete the work. Each employee displayed professional integrity and respect to our home’s structure, contents, and even our pets while on site. This company was patient when addressing our many questions and concerns, as well as fair in their fees and work ethic. We can, without reservation, recommend The Fox family and Clean Slate Restoration for helping to repair any home that is loved, cherished and depended upon as much as ours is.

These guys are amazing! Especially if you are renting! These guys came to our rescue .. at 9 p.m after house flooded. They talked to the landlord .. did the best job ever.. replaced sump pump and has always kept us in the loop with updates along the way! They will be here Monday to replace all the flooring. They are super friendly and get the job done! I would recommend them to anyone! Great job guys!! And thank you!!

We had flooding in our downstairs area and called ServPro first. They said they do not come out for less than $2k. I called Scott next and within an hour he had a crew in my house fixing the problem on a Friday evening. They worked quickly while keeping me informed of what they were doing and why. Overall, they were fast, efficient, and extremely professional and it cost me less than a third of the minimum of the other company. I would 100% recommend Scott and his guys!

Just wanted to say what a pleasure it was working with Clean Slate Restoration. I had an AC that had been leakn in my home which had caused some major water damage or at least i thought and i was worried about possible mold so my insurance company had Mr. Fox from Clean Slate Restoration come out on an emergency basis. I was skeptical at first and thought he'd find every reason to get in my pockets but I was wrong. He assessed my damages and then was able to explain and show me what needed to be done without breaking the bank. If your ever in need of services pertaining to water damage or mold control then Mr. Fox is your man!!!
